Ambience is nice, they have a sanitizer placed at the entrance, one of my favourite and best coffee shop in thane. Coffee may costs you from 200-400. So I tried strawberry freakshake as per the season and whatta taste, quite impressive. Just what I observed was that the lights here were hitting everyone's head as the height of the lights/lamps is quite low, so I hope you will look into this and also the wing chairs were uncomfortable to sit.

Place Description: I heard a lot about this Australian premium coffee chain serving best-in-class innovative coffee since 2002 and when it got newly launched in Thane, I decided to pay a visit in person. To my surprise, this place is just amazing. This place is quite well known for it's coffee on the rocks, frappes, premium milkshakes, chai, luxury leaf teas, iced teas, hot chocolates, smoothies, slushes, signature coffee, speciality coffee, freakshakes, all day breakfast range, etc. which are also absolutely spot on. The place has a very comfortable and better ambience when compared to other cafes in the city. Music is subtle compared to loud songs in other cafes, however there was some noticeable machine noise which can be eliminated. Also, I found beverage add-ons on a pricier side, so you may need to be more careful and attentive while customising your beverage. Service charge (optional) is also applicable by default on your dine-in order which will rather increase the grand total of your cheque without your notice. Great Comfort & Convinience: The seating has been designed in different formats and can be easily adapted to different people. Clean and spacious cafe with seating beside the glass window to enjoy your coffee and have a proper street view. They also have a waiting room inside along with a seperate smoking area. The best part where this store has got an edge is the huge frontage, that tempts bypassing people to move and try something in the cafe. In addition, presence of 2 spacious unisex washrooms and a seperate meeting area is also a great move by their interior designers. Awesome Beverages & Amazing Hospitality: The staff was very friendly, welcoming, responsive and also support you choose the right menu item/s. Special thanks to Mr. Vinayak, Mr. Sajid and Mr. Balaji for an indeed quick and attentive service. Timings are flexible from 9:00 am in the morning upto 1:00 am in the late night and availability of free Wi-Fi connectivity is also appreciated by several customers due to poor indoor network coverage. Ordered a Di Bellaccino and Koalaccino. Koalaccino was very well presented in an extremely innovative way with shredded chocolate with a dash of vanilla flavour in a sangria glass along with a complimentary mini soft toy Koala attached to the stem of the glass. Relatively speaking, Di Bellaccino comes topped with marshmallows along with a dash of caramel flavour, served in a stylish ceramic cup. Positive Conclusion: This place is strongly recommended for all those who crave for the best coffee, waffles and shakes in the city. I assure that one can have a really great time having wonderful conversations over a piping hot cup of coffee or leisurely meals. Great space and opportunity to grow your relationship with the premium coffee brand made by the coffee freaks, for the coffee freaks. Truly worth a visit. Cheers...!!!

This is such a beautiful cafe! It is very spacious and the elegantly done interiors are noteworthy. Every corner is picture perfect. I order Chocolate Waffle and Res velvet milkshake. The red velvet milkshake was my favorite of the two. For the price we pay, it would be nice if Di Bella served the quantity like wise.

Ambience: Perfect for date / good time with friends Staff: Friendly staff makes entire experience better. They got our order wrong but that was not much of a big deal. Overall : It was bit expensive but totally worth it ! Had great time. Wl definitely visit again and recommend others.

I heard a lot about this joint and when it opened in thane I visited it and what I heard was true this place is just amazing. This newly opened joint in thane is near teen hath Naka. It is quite spacious to sit and they also have a waiting room inside. The place is famous for its variety of waffles and they are just delicious. Soft crunchy loaded with chocolate the waffles melt in your mouth. The cafe is also known for the different coffee and freak shakes which are also absolutely spot on. The staff is very friendly and polite and also help you choose the right dish. The service is quick and in my opinion the cafe is quite affordable. This place is a recommended visit for all those who crave for the best waffles and coffee in town. Truly worth a visit. Coffee by Di Bella was founded in Australia. This outlet is newly started in Thane. Ambience is beautiful and has a comfortable seating arrangements. Service was quick and staff was helpful. Other than coffee, shakes they also have healthy food options and all day breakfast range, smoothie bowls and salads, waffles. Things we tried : 💠 Rose Cappuccino - The cappuccino looks really pretty with edible dry rose petals on top. It has mild taste. It was a bit much for my taste buds to handle. 💠 Grilled vegetables in pesto panini - These paninis were filled with vegetables like tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini tossed in pesto sauce and grilled. Served with salad and french fries. It was tasty as well as healthy. 💠 Veggie delight pizza -Thin & crispy crust pizza was topped with mushrooms, corn , black olives, bell peppers, zucchini & cherry tomatoes. This pizza was an all-around delight! 💠 Mac N cheese - Definitely one of the best mac and cheese. It was creamy and tasty. 💠 Strawberry Nutella Waffle - Dessert lovers here's what you cannot miss out on. freshly baked waffle topped with nutella and strawberry pieces, strawberry syrup was crispy on the outside and soft from inside. Served with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. Overall loved the place and surely will come again to try different waffles.

Service - ok Pesto chicken panini - looks delicious but was dry when eaten. You might require water while eating. Nutella hot chocolate - nice presentation and delicious. Penne arabiata whole wheat pasta - Nice taste. Mosquitoes are in huge numbers because the main entrance door remains open most of the time.

Though its a popular cafe chain Proportionality odd design scales and planning The entrance is at wrong side, preferably it should have been on right in this case Therefore as u enter u feel weird as u will have all eyes on you that's how sittings are planned Then u go into order section which has a narrowed space with high desk behind which if staff work wont be able to see you nor u can see them They are quite slow in responding even u have 2 customer to serve, they are quiet and disinterested The heights inside doesn't make sense with lighrings that directly come down to your table Coffee table with literally coffee beans was something amazing The lighting feels amazing in isolation bur doesn't go with the vibes and ingernal context Overall the vibes and experience will still stay good and classy for you Tried classic mojito for first time Costed 200₹ And was worth the try But won't go for it again It's a lemonade with pudina sprinkled over it Though it has its own intense touch of uniqueness in flavour Satisfaction - 50% Recommendation - 60%

Loving the ambience here. I have been to a lot of Di Bella outlets in the city and this ones my favourite. Di Bella is super famous for their waffles and milkshakes along with the food items and coffee. They have a unique range of waffles and a wide range of freakshakes too. For all the coffee lovers this is a must try place.

Amazing staffing, amazing food , amazing ambience they never fall to amaze me by their seasonal menus and also from regular menu they have got one of the best chef and staff.. price is pretty much cool Better than Starbucks and other overrated cafes. Keep growing and going 🤟

Nice place to hang out with. They serve tasty shakes, waffles and ice-cream. Ambience is lovely and happening. Try chocolate waffles with vanilla ice cream ....it’s heart warming. Overall a nice coffee house.

Pleast place to visit and have coffee. Has both types of seating place for couples or groups. Sofas are most comfortable. I had cappuccino which vas good not that great. And its a foreign brand franchise and not a Indian cafe.

The place is very good to chill alone or with your loved ones. I ordered a classic cold coffee with hazelnut flavour which was really good. I was served by Namrata, she's very sweet and makes sure you get everything you want. It's a welcoming place.

It's a nice cafe with good coffee and good food. Their cold coffee topped with whipped cream is quite nice. Major USP would be that they are open upto 1 a.m. Overall, decent place to hang out and chill with friends.

Go to place for waffles and coffee I did try the garlic bread around this time. Was good too. Great service and ambiance

We had classic cold coffee and chocolate explosion and both tasted so bad.. it was highly unecpected from such a reputed place with such ambience.. both had extreme bland taste.. one too sweet and one just cold milk .. may be the quality of the coffee used was not good.. even after telling them and remaking both it was not tasting good.. ultimately we mixed both the drinks and then it was better. Wont recommend at all as of now..
