Fleur is one of the most underrated premium restaurants in Mumbai. Taste of food is fabulous. Staff is super friendly and courteous. Ambience is comfortable. Variety of cuisine is unimaginable. It's one of my most favourite restaurants on western line. The manager Suresh is a very friendly and amicable person who makes sure you as a customer are not disappointed at any cost. He is a fine example of service with smile with philosophy of customer first. Pricing is decent for a premium restaurant in a premium hotel. Valet parking available. Must visit.

There was a time this restaurant was as good as the ones in westin but has deteriorated over time, There were fruit flies and housflies around our table when we went for an a la carte dinner. The expanse ad variety of the buffet dinner is decent given the various better clubs and hotel around the suburbs and other parts of bombay. Over all its a fine restaurant as a part of a hotel.

It is a great place to go to with family or friends. The food is delicious, reasonably charged, and the quality is also great. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the ambience is super-aesthetic and beautiful. It has the spread such that you won't feel there is a lack of variety, and not too much such that you can't have everything. If you are a dessert person, this is a go-to. The spread is beyond anywhere else I've been to.

The restaurant has a nice ambience and a big dining area along with a good menu . Buffet service available with good desserts and starters. Service was good.

Fleur Located in goregaon is  one of the most beautiful places, As soon as we went inside, the staff greeted us with a lot of respect! The seats and tables were being sanitized with special sanitizers and machine's. The atmosphere is very pleasant And the lights are just perfect. Comfortable seating & sofas is one of my favorite parts. Loved the atmosphere, the decoration, the service and the food. It has really amazing lighting and wonderful atmosphere. This place is definitely a hit when you are in the mood for a buffet.The quality of each and everything was upto the mark.They have a wide variety of starters, main courses and desserts. The best part is that you will get unlimited starters here Unlimited dessert Everything is unlimited . So the surroundings and interior of this place are just charming and very polite and the staff here are very polite and friendly! Fern Hotel is famous for its cultural influence on food. Culture is also strongly influenced by food. And specific cuisines are considered as a master specialities during those cultural events. You find those dishes delicious specially during such occasions. Gudi Padva, being an auspicious occasion considered as a Beginning of a New Year of Maharashtrian, I was glad to be a part of this enchanting lunch experience @ferngoregaon @fleur_thefern. Thank you @sureshkumartamang and team for great hospitality. Entered in a positive ambiance, nice seating arrangement, vibrant light shining from outside, simple yet elegant decor. I have dined here in past for lunch, dinner, Sunday Brunch and festive occasions. I love the preparations made by chefs, spread is outstanding and focused on specifics. Started with assorted Bhajias sets a right tone. There were few Maharashtrian dishes and I guess the chef justified it. Potato Vegetables served with Puri a typical dish had a nice flavor of Jeera. Crispy Puri also went excellent with Shrikhand. Apart from that there were couple of starters sweet and spicy, soft Paneer Shanghai and Veg Seekh Kabab had a nice smoky aroma. In mains apart from above there was Paneer Tikka Masala, Dum Aloo, Navratan Kurma and Dal Fry with Corn Pulao. The mains were prepared with a nice balance. Navratan Kurma was sweetest in contrast with other vegetables. A rare vegetable to find in buffets. I had all these sabjis with Butter Naan. I tried everything however my favorite combination was Aloo ki Sabji and Puri and Shrikhand Puri. Can't go wrong with this on this occasion. What I like about the food is every dish was certainly prepared with different ingredients. Fresh Salads were also part of the meal. In desserts apart from Shrikhand, I had soft Gulabjam and Crispy Jalebi. Also at last I had Kiwi Pinacotta and Yogurt. Mocktails were served but usually I avoid drinking liquid during meal. I love cultural events, it gives us a motivation to build our community strong but also it gives me happiness to eat authentic food which is prepared for such occasions. Cheers..

Ambience: The ambience was so elegant & eye pleasing. It was classy & luxurious. Staff was very good & made us feel real comfortable, also made sure that everything was on table fresh & hot! Food variety: HUGE! Even for vegetarians ! 🍷There was a super yummy welcome drink which was worth a second turn.. 🍜There was a soup & bread counter: There was Mint Pea soup (VEG) & Chicken Man-chow soup(Non-VEG) accompanied with croissants. 🥗A well decorated Salad bar, which had chicken, egg, veggies salad -with over 7/8 salads! All of them were so good!♥️ -We were served with VEG Starters Potato wedges with salsa✅ Paneer crispy✅ Veg Manchurian Dry✅ NONVEG starters had crispy chicken and tandoor kebabs!!! The main course was a damn wide spread-You have Punjabi, Indian, Italian, Continental & Oriental.( More than enough options-12/16) Dessert bar was super crowded with pastries, kunafas, indian delicacies, pies & mousses!🥶 ❄️Overall Rating- 5/5. I recently had my Sunday brunch at Fleur Restaurant, Goregaon... and to be honest, I enjoyed the non-vegetarian delicacies (and variety) more than vegetarian! Live music performance was fun (but the performer must have felt bad for singing in such a crowded place where people are just eating - chatting, ignoring his performance)! The restaurant has very little space and should be organised in a better way! Staff is really courteous and polite. Lovely place to have a memorable meal!

Me and my sister went for a Sunday brunch which serves unlimited food Cost: ₹1399+ Everything tastes as good as it looks😋 everything freshly made, tasty and beautifully presented. From local cuisine to international dishes, they have something to delight every palate. Serves both veg & non veg. They Even have live counters where I had pani puri. The hospitality here is top-notch, with friendly staff

Highly disappointed. We visited here to have a dinner buffet for our anniversary and to say the least our anniversary was spoiled. Very limited option. Service was extremely slow. Had to ask 3 times for water. Few requests were not even entertained like I asked for a Roti which was never given. Starters were below average. Infact one of the fish starter has distinct smell like it's not fresh. Not a single dish or item where we can say that it was value for money. Not recommended at all

Wonderful Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. It's a good restaurant having vibrant ambience. The food preparation was excellent and delicious. Service took it's time but was quick in preparing and clearing tables. Staff is courteous.

What a lovely experience at Fleur Goregaon. Our waiter Hemant was very courteous and polite, Even the chef came by to ask about the food and if we want any dish which was not included in the buffet menu. Intricate things like this makes you give them 5* for the phenomenal customer satisfaction. The food was tasty; everything in the menu felt good to the tongue, to the mind and to the stomach. Just loved the Desert spread here; they have a live ice cream counter which serves you ice cream with Oreo, cashew, choco-chips, wafers etc. Loved the hospitality given by Fern, would love to come back here with entire family!

If you want to spoil your celebration or event, then visit this place. The food was good (not out of the world) & hence had gave 1 star. Else it deserves a negative rating. Staff is super duper stupid, disinterested, rude & in their own world. When I asked to serve a small piece of Mutton, the staff literally (as if in anger) served me small bone & rudely said this is it. Who does that? Literally we had to wait for a long time after order was placed & many of the food items were not served in spite of repeated reminders. On top of it, the staff didn't even know how to serve. They fully leaned onto us & served dishes. How cheap can it be? Honestly I'll never recommend this place to anyone even if they are offering anything in free.

I visited this Restaurant with office colleagues for my farewell celebration. We had buffet. 1. Superb food especially starters both veg and non veg. Pasta was awesome. A wide variety of salads and tasty desserts. 2. Staff was quick, active and polite when it came to service. 3. Nice ambience which facilitates inner happiness.

Didn't like any of the food here... The salads were sad. The starters were bland. The main course was okay. The baba ganoush and hummus was somewhat better. The desserts were below average. There are better options to explore.

I had stayed at the Fern and ordered room service as well as dined at Fleur. The thalis were decent enough, we ordered chicken, fish and mutton thali. The fish was not fresh and the mutton curry was salty. However the breakfast buffet was below average. The spread was not great and the taste of food also can be improved big time.

We visited this Restaurant for dinner. Ambiance was really good. Lobby of this Hotel is beautifuly decorated. We opted for buffet menu. Which was quite tempting and yes good also. Sitting arrangements are little compact but it can accommodate u well. We loved desserts special ice cream and starters were really good even welcome drink was refreshing. We enjoyed pasta paneer tikka, veg Manchurian dry, cheese balls. Worth visiting this place would like to visit again.

The Ambience is pleasant, the hospitality is excellent, the food is delicious and spiffing. The Staff is very cordial, the Chefs are amazing. A wonderful place highly recommend for family social as well as friends get together.

For the price of 1300+ it's a turn off. They had no starters in chicken which is a big red flag for non veg customers. The seating is cramped. Cheese cake for some reason was not sweet but salted. They take forever to serve. We were just waiting with empty plates. Noodles were dry. Roti was half cooked. Butter Chicken was high on cinnamon and cardamom. In all its a waste of money.

Been here for Sunday Father's day Lunch on 16th June 2019. I have visited two of the Fern properties so far this was the third time I've visited "Fern" but this time it was for exclusive Lunch. It was pleasant experience. Sunday Buffet with wide spread of food was a great idea after all. Good food, great service. Only thing which was down side was that this restaurant don't serve alcohol. Great place for all you can eat thing.

I recently hosted a lunch party at Fern Restaurant for a family gathering of 27 people, with my sister and brother-in-law visiting from the USA. Mr. Sabirji, we sincerely appreciate your warm hospitality and providing us with an excellent venue for our special occasion. The food at Fern was nothing short of outstanding, and the ambiance was delightful, with the added charm of live music. While the staff was friendly and offered great menu recommendations, the service was a bit slow for à la carte orders. However, this minor hiccup didn't overshadow the overall wonderful experience. We eagerly anticipate our next visit to Fern Restaurant and will happily recommend it to others. Kudos to the entire team for making our family gathering a truly memorable one.

Calm atmosphere and Courteous service. Guests are seated and socially distanced from tables to table. Waiters wear masks all the time. The food is splendid. Squid Chilly Fry and Tangdi Kabab is highly recommended. They have a QR code on every table that logs u into the menu on your mobile, making for contactless food selection. The sanitizers are automated as well. One can visit this place and have dinner here with a full peace of mind. No paranoia, just follow basic safety measures.
