AVOID THIS PLACE, they mandatory charge you service charge & give no service, I had to pay ₹200+chillar for a service where I had to ask the steward to make my drink, get ice constantly and also he missed to place my order. If I am paying ₹200+ of my hard earned money I expect a service. The place was empty and the steward missed our order, I imagine what would happen if it’s full. My suggestion avoid this one and find a place near by to enjoy 🪔

I went here with family on Sunday night. We were the only customers and entire lounge was empty. We ordered cocktails LIT and Margarita. I am sure the bar guy didn't know how to make one or thought we don't know what we were ordering. The price for that place and quality was not good. We ordered food too which wasn't good. We all had upset stomach that night. Most importantly this is on 3rd floor while right below Zenzibu there is a dance bar i guess. Would not recommend to go if you have female company

One the best bar cum restro in kopar khairane 🤩 really enjoyed this place with live screening world cup match. Actually they got a very big space n too amazing foods. But u might haven't find that much good from outside. But inside of the bar u gonna love it.

Lounge owner is very rude and disrespectful. If they don't like our kids, they should not allowed us at all. Owner was shouting on our kids in our absence. It was really pathetic experience. Even service was very slow. Tasteless food. Cheap ambience. Will never go to Zenzibu again.

4 stars for the awesome food with great taste. Ambience was good as it is a open terrace lounge.. Have deducted 1 star because of the poor maintenance of the place and unhygienic washrooms.

WROST EXPERIENCE. Please do not visit this place. They will force you to pay service charge and they will also not accept Zomato Pay or Swiggy Dineout and they will force you to pay by cash card or either UPI. Also, music is so pathetic that my ears started to hurt because of the poor quality of speakers. Please avoid this place. Parking is not available. You have to park on road only with no guarantee of your car.

Recently visited this place and trust me had a very bad experience. Won't recommend this place. Overpriced and the staff don't even keep a proper count of drinks offered and they will add extra bucks in your bill and yes they don't obey government laws and charge a hefty service charge. The service isn't good and you have to repeat your order multiple times. Food is okay and ambience is good too. But please keep a personal track of things that you order or else get ready to be fooled. Not recommended. Instead try 7th Sky lounge, Vashi they offer way better service and ambience in lesser price. I wish I could give Zero stars but gave 1 because of IPL screening and good ambience.

Visited this place on a tuesday night 23rd May...parking is an issue here...when asked about the parking the staff said u can park on the road...so if u visit this place please enquire with the watchman sitting below the bld besides first cry shop thats the entrance for ZENZIBU...now coming to the pros as soon as we entered the ambience was good with real dim lights..as some would love it...comfortable seatings...as it was a weekday the place was quiet empty..they have live screening of matches...we ordered chicjen triple schezwan fried rice mumbai peanut chaat and coron beer...and paan magai hukka mild...and the total came up to 2000rs including service charge...all three irems were good...my main reason of giving 4 star is the chefs werent wearing CHEF CAPS...which is the most basic nd mandatory rule for any chef in the kitchen...and having a dim light ambience you wouldnt know if theres a strand if hair in your food...please ZENZIBO have your chefs wear chef caps..

The area has great potential but it is not at all well maintained, we were seated at the terrace area and when we looked around we noticed that the parapet and bulbs and the partitions were all dusty and not at all cleaned or maintained. The food was very average, the peri peri chicken tasted like chicken tikka, *we had a pure vegetarian fried and her plate of paneer kathi role somehow had a piece of chicken nugget on the side with the potato wedges - she did not know what it was and ended up taking a bite - after if felt weird she asked us to taste it and we confirmed that it was chicken, so did the waiter* this is the worst thing you could ever do... Like how could they be so careless. *She was devastated after she ate it and realized it was chicken.* This clearly shows that they do not use separate fryers for veg and non veg. How could you serve a chicken nugget with potato wedges otherwise. When we brought it to their notice, the staff did not even take the matter seriously or give us a prompt reply or did not even try to handle the situation. We demanded to see the manager but the staff did not even bother to call him. Above all this they were giggling about the major screw up that had just happened. I do not recommend anyone to visit this restaurant ever.

Firstly they won't allow you to enter the AC room as they say minimum 20 to 25 people are required and we were just a group of 6 people. It was very hot to do outside and there were limited air coolers which were not provided for all the tables. Later, after continously telling them, they had arranged to start the AC room whose cooling was not upto the mark. We were perspiring. They are poor at attending the guests on table. We had to call the waiters all the time. The food as well as alcohol was served very late. Also, the liquor was diluted as we couldn't feel intoxicated even after 7 large pegs. I will never attend this place again. The ambience is great but please make good use out of it. Please don't cheat your customers. Thank you ?
