A very impressive club with large pool, lawns, wonderful gym, squash courts, tennis court, spa and two restaurants and a conference room. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Gym facilities excellent. Dinner on Sunday night was quiet with excellent service and tasty food. The hotel and this lovely club are a good secret!

This club is superb.It has a large swimming pool, big garden area and even there are banquet for wedding functions and a dining area for guests. It also has huge badminton court, 2 squash court, room which is no less than movie theatre, indoor games like table tennis, pool, word games like scrabble and also sitting place for those who don’t enjoy playing indoor games. Staff is really cooperative.Not to forget the lobby which has ample space for relaxing. Overall a wonderful experience with waterstones club and hotel. Will surely visit again😍🥰.

We had the most amazing Birthday celebration at the Waterstones Club!!! We had private dining and movie experience curated for us by Francis and Pratik, They were the most hospitable hosts and make sure we had a celebration to remember!! From the decor to the food, the whole experience was incredible and we will always remember this evening..the food was delicious and made as per our taste, beautifully presented.

There service is excelent, very attentive and polite always. Prices are a bit overprice

Our Experience at the Waterstone Club was very good .. staff was very cooperative and food at restaurant was very good. Rooms are very spacious and clean and our room has view of International airport which was very good. We used club activities like Long tennis, Badminton, and games rooms during our stay. We had also booked Movie Lounge ( Charged extra) Pool was non operational due to COVID restriction, however our overall stay was very nice

Waterstones is a wonderful spot offering the best service, food, recreation centers and hotel for all expats and curious visitors to Mumbai. It's definitely worth the hype.

Loved the entire place , specially the pool area . The staff was extremely friendly and helpful , fabulous decor and extremely comfortable . This club is extremely exclusive and open to a selective crowd , hence I loved the privacy that is maintained . The pool area is huge and totally serene and green . Totally cut off from the busy Mumbai life , felt like I was not in town . The bar is on the entire night and was totally mesmerised with its wooden decor . Apt for people with families and the expats who would want some privacy after their hectic schedule

Liked: Check-in process was smooth and it hardly took 5mins. The lobby area is quite big and has a lot of sitting area with beautiful decoration. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options and included in the Staycation package. 15mins Neck, Shoulder and Foot massage was part of the package and it was relaxing. The pool area is a sight to behold so we spent most of the time near the pool. Bathroom featured a bathtub which was nice and clean. Disliked · Room was too far from the lift so we had to walk quite a lot. Some of the switches in the room weren't working when we arrived. Room phone wasn't working when we arrived. Even after complaining at the reception, no one came to fix it. Finally we realised that the plug was loose and once we plugged it in it properly, it started working. Number provided for housekeeping never worked and we had to call the reception area to transfer the call to Housekeeping. Room service too didn't pickup the call for most of the time .Lunch and Dinner which were part of the Staycation package did not have much options.

Visited Waterstones club for Breakfast on a week day. The place is beautifully constructed and has a large swimming pool and restaurants that are elegantly designed. The food was good and the service staff took good care of us. The location of this place is behind The Lalit and probably that's the reason we never got to know about it.

The food and the ambience was really good the pool side area was good enough to relax and chill with your plus 1.

We had a company event here. Medium sized conference room which opens to a nice lawn. The star attraction is the huge pool. Overall a nice cozy and calm place.
