While the food was decent, people don't visit establishments such as these just for the food but also for the overall experience. I came in with my family, and we were told there was a 5-10 minute waiting time. Fair enough. I thought I'd get done with a couple of short calls standing outside so the other patrons are not disturbed. I came back in 10 minutes later and was asked yet again for my requirement. Apparently we had not been put on the list for the tables at all. We told them about the 5-10 minute waiting time mentioned to us earlier. They were gracious enough to provide a table shortly after that. I placed the order for 1 plate of starters at 2:28pm - a platter. The rest of the things would have been ordered basis the same one it would have arrived. Alas, when the platter arrived AFTER 40 MINUTES, I had lost my appetite, and to be honest, the inclination to give them another chance given the size of the platter which was smaller than their dinner plate. Lastly, who does coupon pages anymore? 10/20/30/50/100 rs coupon pages for cover charges? Coupon pages that your own staff had trouble counting at the table while clearing the cheque? It is embarrassing at a 5-star establishment like this. I came here for the raving luxury reviews. I won't be returning for the lack of better service. Thanks Della.

PNF served good quality food and service offered Balaji and puita was very excellent they very polite well mannered .Iwould definetly recommend this place they also have adventure sports many senic view excellent place for party enjoying special occassions.

The food was delicious. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Server Pankaj was very attentive. Chef Pramod sent me another helping of the mutton when I didn't get a good piece. We had our dog with us for the trip; Chef even boiled the mutton bone to remove any spices so that we could give it to her to munch on. Service was slightly slow but we didn't mind bcos the rest of the experience was amazing.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is super friendly. They know what they’re doing , you can say customer experience is their main priority. Food is pretty good, worth a try after all the adventure activities at Della

Nice place for fine dinning. We went here for team lunch. We ordered veg and non veg food. All the food was amazing and awesome served with care. It took them very long time to bring each of the dishes but it was worth wait. We were not at all in a hurry since all of us had met after a long time post COVID. Had a great experience. Then we took a walk in the adventure park will visit again for adventures as well ;)

Pnf is one of the four group of restaurants at Della villa resorts in Khandala. It has the vibe and ambience of an authentic American bar with even horse stables surrounding it with a great view. Pnf has tables with each of them having their own screen for the screenings of sports etc and the menu is not extensive but well curated for a good lunch/dinner and good for ones staying in the resorts too.

The food was awesome and the ambiance if quite not the normal among the current restaurant Ashish V and Roshan were quite helpful and thier service was quite up to the Mark

Great location. Nice cottage style rooms. I would recommend the top floor for the stay. Woods restaurant is a must try, with an ambience like eating in the forest, with a private booth just for you and your family.Mr.Sandeep (Restaurant Manage) as a host were polite and and made the experience even more memorable.

A perfect restaurant, where quality food and customer service go hand in hand. The food quality is good, with good portion. The serving is also pretty fast and individual attention is given to all the customers dinning at the restaurant. A highly recommended place to eat if you are at Della adventure park.

The Food was very good and delicious. The service was on point. The chicken biryani should include papad. Chef Naresh cooked the food beautifully and Puran & Anisha's service was also quite good. Had a nice time at the restaurant.
