It is quite wonderful to have a park for dogs to be free and off the leash. Good place for your dog to make friends and run around playing. Generally clean. Get some water for your pet as they can get dehydrated after a play session. Also parking around the garden is not difficult to find. But if you aren't a resident of powai, check the traffic before coming.
