My
experience
with
the
HR-
Vipra,
from
Viteos
Powai
was
horrible.
I
received
a
call
from
her
on
24th
March
2017
(Friday)
because
she
received
my
reference
from
one
of
the
employees,
and
instead
of
sharing
the
JD
with
me
she
straight
away
asked
my
last
drawn
CTC
!!!
When
I
enquired
about
the
JD,
she
said
she
will
get
back
with
it
but
she
needs
my
CTC
information
first.
When
I
gave
her
my
detail,
she
then
asked
for
my
expecting
package.!!
Now
I
have
recently
shifted
back
to
Mumbai
from
an
overseas
country
and
I'm
not
aware
of
the
industry
standards
in
terms
of
salary
package,
which
when
I
explained
her
politely
she
still
asked
me
for
my
ballpark
figure.
I
again
hesitated
at
first
and
then
asked
for
their
budget
first,
which
she
didn't
provide
and
asked
repeatedly
for
my
expecting
package
(being
pushy).
I
surrendered
and
gave
her
my
confidential
information
trusting
that
being
an
HR
my
details
will
be
safe
with
her.
Post
which
when
I
again
requested
for
the
job
responsibilities
of
the
role
that
she
called
me
for,
she
said
that
she
needs
to
check
with
the
Manager
first
and
get
back.
Needless
to
say
that
she
didn't
get
back
till
now
!!!
I
learnt
from
my
acquaintance
(the
one
who
referred
me
to
HR)
that
later
in
the
evening
after
calling
me
up,
she
asked
my
last
drawn
salary
to
him
on
a
CHAT
WINDOW
which
left
me
agitated
because
she
was
discussing
my
CONFIDENTIAL
INFORMATION
with
someone
else
in
the
organisation.
This
is
so
unethical
and
unprofessional
!!!
I
further
learnt
from
my
acquaintance
that
the
Hiring
Manager
(whose
name
was
nor
revealed
to
me)
contacted
him
too
to
know
about
my
last
drawn
CTC.
Another
example
of
an
unprofessional
behaviour
!!
A
salary
and
a
bonus
package
are
amongst
the
most
sensitive
information
of
the
employee/
candidate,
which
under
no
cost
are
meant
to
be
discussed
amongst
peers.
This
is
the
rule
of
thumb
that
every
professional
must
follow.
An
HR
of
a
company
is
supposed
to
be
the
connecting
'Bridge'
between
the
company
and
the
candidate,
in
my
case,
I
met
an
unprofessional
and
untrustworthy
bridge.
THIS
WAS
A
ZERO
TOLERANCE
EXPERIENCE.
I
hope
that
the
Management
takes
serious
action
against
employees
who
do
not
fulfil
their
duties
and
instead
create
examples
of
an
unethical
and
unprofessional
practice
in
the
organisation.
