I have visited this salon a handful of times for hair related services because of the brand name Enrich, the senior stylist during my last visit was pretty pathetic at understanding my requirements and giving suggestions based on my hair type. She cut it extremely short and when I complained to her regarding her haircut she put the blame on me instead of taking responsibility. I would not recommend this place for someone looking to get a new haircut, for a hair trim or very basic cut you can consider it. There are far better options for salons in Powai if you’re looking for a good stylist.

We had an extremely bad experience at Enrich Haiko Mall, we checked the reviews online and booked a haircut for my daughter and myself, there was this short, fat lady with a funny nose, dressed very shabbily sitting at the reception who has thrown a hell of attitude at my husband and me, we enquired her about the waiting time and she was least bothered to revert and was busy on her mobile, one of the staff helped us with the details and we left as the fat lady's attitude was really unbearable. Please keep a watch on the kind of people you are hiring and especially those who sit at the reception, they are the face of your brand. I am attaching her picture for your reference which my kids clicked while playing around.

It was my sister's wedding coming week and we wear out on shopping at Powai.....we visited Enrich Salon to buy some skincare products and perfumes. We were really impressed by the way one of your employee named Dimple guided us. She was so empathetic and suggested us the exact type of product that we were looking for, felt like she already knew what we wanted. To be Frank i have never bought expensive perfumes, but all the perfumes presented to me smelled sooo good i ended up buying 2 perfume. Keep up the good staff... Thank you Enrich❣️

I got my hair spa done , costed me around 4500 the results are so below average, it’s more dry now then before (but they will only be bothered to sell there products ) also the staff is not polite, technician told me to get it done without looking for price I did it . Now nobody even picks up the call at the salon.

Terrible customer service. No one to help. I had a voucher to avail.Its a nuinance to get in touch with them. And then even if you have an appointment, they don't respect your time and waste half in hr. Further some of the services were not available and there was literally no one to help me out or make me feel comfortable. Such a bitter experience almost left me in tears making me feel inferior. I walked off the store and they didn't bother with an apology. Instead of offering me with a tea or coffee, try saying a sorry first and make sure the customer is comfortable

Great place to pamper yourself with worthy beauty & salon services. Rubina, Saloni are amazing staffs for guests who visit. Will recommend Parvez for all types of hair services

One of the best experience I ever had at enrich firstly the facial service from Swati was really soothing with the music at the background. She gave priority to my skin type which was really best and later on the best haircut I ever had with Mohsin.He was really good and gave me the best suggestion according to my head and face shape. He was really knowledgeable.

Very disappointing experience. They have no idea how to schedule appointments despite having so many people on their staff. Insisted on me styling my hair before getting a pedicure - so I would have to sit there while my hair got undone. When I requested for a pedicure they made me wait for extremely long. In the end I didn’t get anything done due to their mismanagement.

This was my 2nd visit to an Enrich salon, but the 1st to Enrich Powai!! (30th July) And I was in for a big big surprise, since enrich is a renown brand. (Without taking names) they allocated a so called stylist who couldn’t understand anything I told him. every time I would tell him something, he would go and discuss this with a few people, and there was this annoying girl who seems to had a good laugh (I presume she’s from the admin team). And in the end he just left me in a big mess. I escalated this issue to their senior manager, and he finally put someone else on the job. I should admit that he did help me come out of the mess and did a decent job at it. However what I feel sick thinking about is the callous attitude of their staff! Is this is how you treat you clients?

Please beware of Jayshree if you’re going to wax. She literally peeled my skin off and had the audacity to tell me that she had done the same to another customer. The salon management itself didn’t have the courtesy to compensate for what had happened in anyway. They charged me the full amount and said it won’t happen next time. Why would someone wait for a next time after an experience like that.

Went to Enrich at Haiko Powai for the first time since my earlier stylist Mohsin got transferred to this branch from the Enrich at Tandon Mall. Superb experience as usual. The staff was very welcoming and Mohsin as usual was very good at his work catering to me and my son. The billing done by Ms Nishu was seamless and very fast. Kudos to the staff here. Will be visiting again though it is much far away from my house.

Took a Qod hair treatment at Powai Enrich and I will not recommend this branch. It is a quite expensive treatment with a short term result (one month) and they do not entertain you or try to help you if reach out after the treatment. They added extra Rs 1000-1500 for senior stylist without informing me. The most disappointing aspect is 1) the effect of the treatment is very short (one month) while they claimed it can last up to 8-9 months on fine-virgin hair like mine 2) they will not try to help or provide any solution; they simply deny and say ‘sorry we can not help’. Very disappointing!

Today I experienced an absolutely poor hair cut skills by Rohit who also was in a lot of hurry. Was interested in selling shampoo rather than giving a good hair cut service. Apparently he is a senior stylist. Please avoid him. I have tried several stylist at this Enrich Powai outlet. Only couple of them are satisfactory, rest all are quite poor in their skills. The outlet needs to improve on hiring skilled stylists please. Also request not to change the stylists when the appointment is with a specific service provider. I never had my haircut appointment with Rohit today. Poor organization by those at the reception as well. Disappointed.

Very bad ambience and service. Went there for a haircut. They have no clue how to sell services. They assigned a fresher for my hair cut, who while cutting hair was trying to pursue me to buy some products which were on discount, then she tried to sell me spa , which I turned down politely but she kept going on, ....I mean seriously can't They understand basic thing, instead of concentrating on hair cut she was only focus on selling things . I just had to leave in the middle of haircut and paid 778 INR for this nonsense.

I had booked for an Olaplex service and haircut with them. However, on reaching there the stylist told me I had a lot of dandruff and should go for their detox treatment instead. I was aware of my dandruff issue, yet I was a little reluctant with going for a service that might ruin my curly hair. I went ahead with the detox treatment and I was expecting some kind of a massage as well with the treatment, but no dear I barely got any massage. Then comes the haircut part which was done in just barely 5-10mins. So where I was expecting the service to last for 1 & 1/2 hour, it got done within 45mins. I have curly hair, so I was expecting enrich to be aware about the CGM method. Sadly, I left with a frizzy hair because the stylist knew nothing about it and was trying to style my hair when it was almost dry. Please train your stylists with how to treat curly hair or just deny the fact that you don’t know how to do it. I had to come back home and restyle it with my own products. Plus, it was a waste of my money because the dandruff was back the very next day. Such a poor service.

I went in for a basic gel removal and the person assigned to me did a terrible job. She didn’t use acetone to remove the gel nail polish and instead aggressively scraped it off which left multiple scratches to my nails. Because of her rush to finish the job and complete negligence, I have to face the consequences. Terrible experience.

Everyone here is a professional, right from front desk to your hair dresser. Always satisfied with their service. But of course the rates are quite high compared to local shops.

My hair stylish suhail was very informative and super attentive to my needs during my visit. He recommended the best treatment for my faded balayage. I also got an amazing haircut and i feel really good about my service at enrich powai. 100% will return for my next hair appointment. Again, thank you suhail!

Did not have a pleasant experience. There was no proper place for people to be comfortable and sit across for gel nail extension. After much talking about it, they gave a place to sit across each other. The nail artist Lakshmi was not the most experienced. Twice, she stuck the nails at a wrong angle. The gel applied on top was not buffed properly and then the nail paint too is all iall over the place. The paint is smudged and gone inside of the nails too. Seriously, it's not worth the time and mone. Have definitely been n seen better artists and better and more comfortable planned than enrich powai.

Parvez sir at the salon has given me a completely fresh look. Extremely passionate about his work and took his time to set my hair. Absolutely in love with their service!! ❤️

It was one of the worst experience at Enrich Powai. The botox treatment they offer is a complete missell. My hair quality detoriated and became very dry and unmanageable after the treatment. Dispite agreeing that the treatment disnt work and seeing there was no result as expected....they kept on giving false assurance that they will try to rectify their error but they never did anything...sadly their service was worst.... I would never recommend anyone to visit them for such treatments if they love their hair. I am spending time to write this review so that what I went through no one else does.

I came here for a hair wash and dry by Neha and my experience with her has always been amazing and incredibly smooth. The patience and care with which she carries out her work is always so welcoming and leaves me feeling utterly fresh and loved. She’s a must recommend.

I had visited here for brows, forehead and lower face (lip + chin) threading. The technican shabbo was fast and methodical in her approach. The work was also quite good. She did not indulge in a lot of hard selling. The price is reasonable as well. Moreover, I found the front desk staff to be quite courteous as well and didn't make me wait a lot unlike other Enrich centres. Worth visiting.

Facials provided by Enrich are below average. The facial suggested by the beautician for my skin type was a Thalgo one with a hydrating mask and it has left more acne and marks on the face. The beautician (Swati) was fine with massage and waxing, however, not good with facial & blackhead removal. I have got rashes and skin has peeled off a little bit after the facial. Hence, I would not recommend her. The other services such as haircut, menicure and pedicure are good.

I availed beauty, pedicure and hair service yesterday with Swati, Prachi and Prathamesh respectively. It was my first visit to the salon since my shifting to Powai. Enjoyed my services and highly impressed with the warmth and care expressed by all three of them. They were more concerned about me and advised services and products as per my need and not just for marketing. I especially thank Prachi who advised best treatment for my pedicure which gave much desired instant results. As a salon, Enrich has sustained it's hygiene towards the consumables used during the service to customer. This is why I have been a proud patron of Enrich for past 14 years. Thank you.

The waxing experience with Roshni was good. However haircut was pathetic. I spent 6000+ on hair treatment and haircut. I had to go back again to ask the hairstylist Rohit to correct it but still he couldn't fix my haircut. I have curly hair, but clearly one side is longer than the other. There was supposed to be layers but my hair looks like it's cut by a kid who was playing with scissors. Poor job. Now I have to find someone to correct this tragedy.

Service was excellent. Special mention and shout out to Prathamesh, who did my hair. His kind and gentle approach to be specially mentioned. Also, Pragati- who did some other services for me, performed a really good job.

Best salon service. Have been a regular customer from 2-3 years now their staff is very friendly. I always do all my services from them specifically from Reshma for waxing, threading, facial etc. she is well mannered and well experienced one of the best at enrich. Keep it up guys.

Reshma always makes me feel comfortable and treats well. She is very good at her work n hospitable. Enrich should not schedule back to back appointments that the technician has to attend 2 clients simultaneously. This takes clients time too.

I have been a regular customer with Enrich and Everytime I go it’s a pleasure. I had been for Hair SPA and Sohail gave me really good tips for hair and as well service. My Hair looked lovely. All in all a happy customer again 😃

There was a little amount of waiting, but once my haircut got underway, it was finished quickly, and the hairstylist adhered to the instructions given without making any adjustments. I am extremely happy with the service provided by enrich powai. Even the lady who does the eyebrow was good.

Got my first ever pedicure done here. Imraan did a wonderful job with it- he is very good at his job, very patient, polite and sweet. Products used were of really good quality and my feet feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. Very grateful to Imraan, will definitely come back here.

No communication between the front desk staff and the technicians!! I took an appointment for a head massage, hair wash and threading. After my head massage, I was waiting for 20 whole mins, without being attended by a single technician for my next service!! I tried reminding the technician (after 7 mins of wait!) who did my massage service to send the next person for my wash, but in vain! Eventually had to get up myself and go to the front desk to inform them that I’m waiting for my next service to start! And to my surprise, the front desk was unaware of my next services!! What lack of communication between the staff themselves! The staff needs proper client management training for sure!! Came to get my self relaxed after a hectic day at work, but leaving disgruntled!

Enrich Powai : excellent service by Prathamesh - he is experienced in cutting hair for donation, handled the requirements perfectly. Reducing hair length from 14" to 4", he suggested a look that would be feminine yet easy to maintain. I liked the vibe of the salon. Staff and management seemed welcoming, ready to help the customers and put them at ease.

Visited enrich Powai for hair texture services. Prathamesh (master stylist) understood what i wanted and clearly delivered par excellence. My hair is looking healthy and not too flat! Thank you, Prathamesh

Hair styling is an art and Mohsin is Michaelangelo... he has been my go to person for 10 years... A couple of times in the last decade when he was unavailable I have tried at couple of other places but the quality was not even close. The front front is also very cordial and everything is always well organised with hygiene standards always maintained

Avoid getting ur hair scrubbed with neha shes untrained unprofessional has no dedication to service. The front desk doesn't receive feedback wel on quality of service. Rushed up non dedicated services not worthy time money both.

Third Class servicing staff. Prachi Patil a technician of this branch is so busy that she cancels appointment and send someone for hair service. They take charge for senior one’s and send junior stylist for the service. Scamsters.

Horrible service and very target oriented staff. They don’t aim at repeat customer rather try and meet their targets asap by selling expensive ineffective treatments. I got a dandruff treatment done on Aug 31 and by sept 30th the effect had worn our even though the precautions were taken. They had promised one sitting would last 3-4 months but here they are getting this review.

Am very happy with their service. For any kind of hair treatment like keratin, hair spa or even hair cut. I visit this enrich salon. Very good staff and they even guide you well with what new trend or style is on.very nice experience by Rahul Borade.. he is perfect with him work n professional..
