The SUBWAY outlet at Hiranandani Powai is open. The store is moderately safe to visit, encourages social distancing but not strictly. Sanitizing of hands is one's personal choice, the store doesn't insist on it. Many customers are allowed inside the outlet at a time....which could be an issue if you are concerned about crowding. Plus there are many delivery boys outside the store waiting to collect the online orders. This also could be a bit unsafe and unhygienic. Exercise due diligence when you visit the outlet.

Subway is best when it comes to healthy meal. The staff in powai outlet is very polite. They make amazing subway sandwiches hygienically. Its quite crowded on weekend but they manage it very well Now the location has been changed. It not quite far, just an opposite shop and it also have new decor. If there are no restrictions then they are open till 12 which is great.

Rude staff, very unhygienic service. Kitchen is worse than a roadside stall. Subway should take strict action and cancel the franchise license of this thug shop. The service staff putting the bread on the table directly and when told to put using the paper, he replied that that's how we do. Fraud and thug store. Please avoid

Superb. What an attention to details. By mistakenly i was served the wrong order within seconds while i was moving out they realised that the wrong order was served and the server can running behind with my correct order. Thank you subway for such a courteous service.

We are all aware of subway when it comes to the food they offer. This specific place in terms of service is good and quick. Atleast they offer better food. The ingredients looked fresh here. There's enough place to sit and they keep the place clean too. You can always go here for quick bites

Poor behaviour of staff members. They don't listen to your needs and demands. They are rude and won't allow for handwash also. Never take children with you there. No handwash facillity. What a stupid restaurant!

They dont listen to what customer says or wants.. When I placed order they simply handed over my sub in the very nxt moment without listening to my request. It was late so I did not complain.. After I read few other review below recently I realized this is new normal for subway services I guess I should have read reviews before stepping in this shady outlet. Bad service!!

This Subway is one of the only one in Hiranandani. The staff is nice and prompt. It has a small seating area to accommodate around 15-20 people.

Subway is a place where you can take you're food if you are in a hurry or you can have peaceful breakfast , lunch or dinner . The subs are also in verity and very filling , because you can make your own subs with any veggies or sauces and the non-veg subs are amazing and even the veg subs too. If you just had a workout you can have salad so that's it's not heavy and it will be healthy for you. You hangout and have fun with your friends and family in Subway because it's very peaceful place to eat.

They maintain a very good hygiene standards. Service is awesome and staff pay attention to every minute detail. They bake their own bread and breads are awesome. Varieties to choose from. I tried chicken tikka sub. It was amazing. Good to go on any day.

The lady at the counter was more busy to make her delivery order than serve us waiting with a card at the cash counter. Didn't feel pleasant and left even though I thought of sitting back but surely shared a piece of mind with the not interested lady at the counter. It's so funny how fast food outlets are like a second home to me. They say the one who serves you food is like God, and this Subway has served me food so many times, and delicious food at that, that it can definitely be my home, if not my God. I ordered from here more times than I can count, and when I didn't order I visited. Food is like the classic Subway and the same taste that I find in Delhi. The layout of the outlet is also like the one of my favourite outlet in CP. I love it and would visit again and again and again.

Powai Subway somehow is struggling with Good Staff. The Subs & The Salads as usual are excellent but the cleaning part of the tables are not taken care of and the staff seem to not know the proper ingredients of their specials. Suggest to take away and eat in your home's rather than seating there & eating.

This Subway outlet is located in the ground floor of City Park Building close to Hiranandani Business Park. The 6 inch Chicken Kofta Sub is good in taste. The Oatmeal Cookie is soft and delicious. The ambience of the outlet is nice with spacious and clean dining space. The staff are very friendly and cordial. The service received is very satisfactory and fast.

Loved it so much. Good service musics are quite good there. And discount are available there. You can purchase cold drinks n all. You can order online too. Food is so delicious and tasty veg and non veg both are available.

The place has a good vibe, but the staff is to illiterate, they do not have any manner in terms of approaching the customer plus they will not think before cheating you. The staff is working in a computerized manner they are not comfortable in adjusting the language ( Hindi )which is basic in Mumbai and India.

Just like any other subway outlet its as per the standards. All of their signature breads and subs are available. Service and taste of subs are great (depending upon your choice of sauces and veggies). One sad thing is that they have stopped sub of the day offer after COVID-19.

Given that bland poultry chicken is the only meat served, I always choose a tuna sub. Though it's nothing like the original, and has almost equal parts mayo and tuna, it's pretty all right with lettuce, olives, onions, tomato and pickles. There is a separate section to prepare vegetarian sandwiches. This is great for folks who are concerned about cross-contamination with meats and fish. Parking is hard, because the street parking is almost always full.

Our go to place if we want something quick to eat. Love their sandwiches. Good decor and great service. Situated in prime location, it’s almost always busy place. If you wanna grab a quick lunch or dinner, this is the place.

The experience with Subway Hiranandani wasn't good. Their staff isn't supportive and helpful. This outlet doesn't have any washroom. We wasted our time and money here. And kids didn't like the taste of Subs & cookies, so overall disappointing experience!

We ordered 6 subs today. Asked for toasted bread with mozzarella cheese. They were delivered without toasting the bread, cheese was missing. The order was placed through swiggy. Lately these outlets have become stingy with amount of toppings and quantity even when they keep increasing the prices. You will see that when you take something like tuna, where they pretend to put two scoops, but you will hardly get one scoop worth of Tuna (neglecting the amount of mayo or other liquids which are already mixed with tuna)

We are from the U.S. and this Subway is everything you would expect from Subway. Clean, nice atmosphere, very helpful staff - fast and friendly service and the food is outstanding.

I ordered 2 subs Mexican patty, Paneer tikka sub. Here is my review - Mexican patty sub - Mexican patty was way too small and thin that We couldn't even taste the patty the bread was dry and hard. Paneer tikka sub - again I was searching for paneer there were very small few pieces of paneer tikka.. The bread was hard and dry.. I was expecting the bread to be soft and fresh.. Taste wise both the sub were good but it could have been better . Please increase the size of the patty, paneer we are spending huge amount the breads were very dry found it different to eat it was hiting the throat. I spent ₹570 including delivery charges for these too sub which is totally not worth.

Subway is pretty standard. You know what you are going to get. This is relatively new location. Earlier it was across the street. There always seems to be a crowd and the staff busy to service customers as well as the delivery services which have placed orders. Unlike the US, you have to keep telling them to add more or the fillings are not sufficient. And in case of Tuna it feels like it is over diluted with mayo so there is less tuna and more "cream" and runny. Veggies are fresh and there are good range as always of breads. You can get your sub toasted but the toasted feels like bare minimum as they seem to be in a rush to pull out. As such this is a nice clean place. Staff is good though they all feel under pressure and hurry. Location is very convenient right on the street and in line with other restaurants so normally this place is crowded and a bit small for the number of customers that come. Over all if you have been to a Subway this is no different. You kind of know what you will get.

The taste is fine( depends on what type of sauce one orders), and it feels like a wholesome meal for average hungry person. On a side note, it's expensive for students 😃 Not a option of daily meal...

15 sandwich got cancelled twice when ordered from swiggy. Swiggy accepted it but then this Subway rejected it twice(inspite being just 3 km away), Hence disappointed with the service. 5 of us then had to visit this venue physically due to the extreme hunger after the cricket match

It’s a really cute and small outlet. The staff is nice and food is also yummy. Because it’s on busy space so generally in afternoon and evening it’s little crowded. My personal favourite is veggie delight 😍😍😍

Got a 6 inch tuna sub. The guy had already mixed something in the Tuna because of which the consistency was watery. The lettuce and cucumber were dry and stale looking. He was on top of it very stingy with the tuna.

I'm actually surprised seeing the poor rating it has received here on Zomato. Only Subway I love is this one though it's small and gets congested given the number of people it attracts on a daily basis. During evening hours to dinner time you definitely would've to stand in a long queue to reach the counter which becomes tiring. Service is really quick but it's sad that they cannot explain as to what's to be done and how it's too be done to the first-timers. I've seen so many people walking out just because of this. Taste - This 4 star rating is only for the taste. I've tried all the Chicken Subs and the Fish Sub and they all were amazing. It's too filling and one sub is enough for one I believe.

Staff service may be average good (visited round noon) and outlet may be slightly tiny but more than makes up for the lack of space in hygiene and A/C operation and background MUSIC (especially when compared to a larger outlet at new link road near kanderpada metro station). Love the food, the vibe, the hygiene. Everything. My favourites are - roasted chicken, Turkey and chicken, chicken teriyaki and peri peri chicken subs. Even the salads are nice and so are the wraps. I haven’t really tasted the veg subs. I recently ordered the spicy chick’s cheese sub, which is their new “special”. It was so good! I cannot recommend it enough. Peppered chicken sub - it was nice and juicy, but I didn’t really enjoy it as much as some of my favourites eg roasted chicken sub/ spicy chickn & cheese sub/ turkey and chicken sub.
