Envi salon is a really nice salon. It's good to take membership over here Their services are Excellent.. One should definitely get their nail extensions done from here as well as gel polish. For my marriage I got my nails done from here. Uma & Jyoti are really nice , they will advise you properly for facial , like which will suit your skin type. The staff over there is really nice & polite. They do take care of the cleanliness too.. Love Envi salon✨

The worst manicure i had i years and I've been in many places in the world! Nail polish old, cheap quality and badly applied, not dry even after waiting 30 minutes and put on the thumbnail near the exit door waiting. Very poor service. Maybe a good colorist but the care is abysmal. I asked to remove the nail polish and I left even less relaxed. Run away, too expensive and not worth it!

With my personal experience, i found this place too over expensive and also not good for haircut though its same as a local salon. No special haircut or looks or creativity with hair. I get my haircut here for the first and last time, i regretted because my hair was looking good earlier and after a cut for this place nothing new i see in my hair. The only haircut they know is layer which is what even my near neighbour parlour is doing in just 200-400rs, whereas you are charging 1200-1500 for the same. Bad experience! Not recommended.

I go to Envi regularly to get my nails done with Dilshad because her work is amazing and she always does justice to the customer's choice. She has always given her best when it comes to doing her job and satisfying the clients. Her suggestions are always the best and it is something which is very much genuine for a good results.

I visited the salon and despite having booked an appointment they always take someone else and have no work ethics. Geeta on the reception has done this thrice. She gave me an appointment and took some other client in my time. This time I confronted her and she was straight up lying at my face. Apart from her other staff members just bang the phone or don't receive it for hours. I took an appointment but the female staff banged the phone without even listening to me. Shameless behaviour from their side. I have visited twice for nail extensions and the first time Geeta was waiting for someone who never turned up before half an hour and the next time she gave my appointment to someone else.They did nail extensions for my daughter where the staff left her appointment mid way and entertained someone else. On confronting Geeta the next time she flatly started lying.At the same time another client landed whom they had given an appointment at the same time as another client. This is how they take appointments for two people at the same time.Geeta and her staff lack work ethics. Not visiting this zoo again

Really poor service and no people skills I called and ask if they shape beard and clean up , booked an appointment When I walked in they refused after me waiting in the chair for 10 mins Then I requested for the face clean up menu , they said they will get back and I kept standing there They were having altercation amongst them that whether or not they provide certain services. Definitely need to improve on people skills, management skills and services I returned back to Mumbai after 8 months and appalled !

I visited the salon 2 weeks back for a Cystein hair treatment. The front staff harped about the benefits of taking a membership which includes "5 free hair washes and a free manicure". BEWARE. They do not talk about hidden costs and leave you finding about it only when you walk in for your "free service". I came in for my 1st free hair wash and was told that there would be a 100 Rps charge for the product that is being used (GST extra to be found again by surprise). Why cant Envi maintain transparency from the start? It is not about the money but this reading between the lines has left me completely losing trust in them. I for sure am not leaving with a good experience. I am never going back here again and i do not recommend this place. Additionally, the front desk staff could do well to be more attentive and courteous. I found the staff looking elsewhere while i was sharing this feedback! Again, poor customer experience.

I have visited Envi for the 2nd time for a haircut. My complaint is that their stylists don't clean you up properly, there's hair stuck to my face and my clothes. They also don't "style" your hair after the haircut. So the service is pretty bad. Also, today I decided to get a head massage and it's duration was 15 minutes. What's shocking is the price I paid for that massage ie. 600 INR. This massage was more expensive than my haircut and seriously overpriced. Don't think I'm coming back.

Envi salon is great, I’ve been a regular for 6 years. However, what happened today at the billing counter is something I wasn’t prepared for and has made me realise that you don’t value your customers! Two days back I underwent a procedure at the hospital for my ingrown toe nail and my left foot is bandaged. I had a few greys in my hair that I needed to cover coz of an office function tomorrow. In such emergencies, I resort to “shampoo color”, as I didn’t want to do a proper root touch up just yet, as I’ll have to do it again in 2 weeks time before an overseas trip. However, coz of my bandaged foot, I knew I won’t be able to apply the shampoo color and wash it off at home, as the bandage would get wet. So I took the shampoo color sachets to Envi salon with me, and told Kayyum, who’s the guy who does my hair regularly and he’s absolutely superb at it, that I need a hair wash; but instead of just a hair wash, pls apply the shampoo color and wash it off after 10 mins, and then blow dry my hair. I expected that I would be charged for shampoo/conditioning and blow dry, and perhaps a little more for the color application. Instead, I was charged a full Rs.1200 for root touch up!!! I’m not one who wants freebies, but this seemed totally unfair, and I couldn’t accept it. So I questioned the lady at the counter about this, and asked her how she can charge me for root touch up; whereas the product was brought by me and the application is like shampoo application n wash off. I even showed her my bandaged foot, and told her that had it not been for my foot, I would’ve done the whole thing at home and would probably only come to the salon to blow dry my hair. Despite this genuine condition and request, coupled with the fact that I’m a loyal and regular customer, she showed no empathy at all, and charged me the full amount!! She said the color application is captured on camera and the owner won’t allow billing for anything other than color…I asked her to call the owner and explain to him, but she wasn’t interested in doing so, and went ahead and billed me for root touch up! It’s indeed a pity that a reputed salon like Envi does not understand or consider these special situations, and doesn’t value its customers. All I can say is - you’ve lost a loyal customer today!

I had taken services from Uma , she has been great . She took lot of care to understand my needs for the wedding function and suggested me right find of facials and other services . If you are looking for skin care ask for her Uma .

Hair styling not very good. I also find they dont offer hair wash, u need to ask for it while u pay for it. My last 3 experience is very average. Not personalized as the same stylist is not offered in your next visit. Anyway, Thanks

My worst experience ever with a haircut. I had categorically told the stylist Fahim that I don't want the hair shortened. Just need a trim with layers in the front. This guy couldn't care less. He was hellbent on doing layers overall because that is what he wanted to do. He kept pushing for a blow-dry just to cover up the bad hair cut. He cut my hair over 3 inches short. Completely unapologetic about it, layers in the front all uneven. The salon functions like a factory, they just want to move on the next client.

I had horrible experience at this salon. Their hair styler are inefficient and specially the guy who was at counter who was handling customer and collecting payment was rude and have no patience while talking to customer .the office manager or owner was doing mimicry joke to me when I questioned his impatient behaviour. The owner was showing his ego as he has done favour to provide service . This is not the ENVI brand should be ,after paying premium service fee for simple hair cut they should have minimum courtesy to be polite with customer . #ENVI need to think about this owner .when I said I will write feedback about this owner was laughing and making fun of my sentiment. #envi please monitor this store owner Please don’t go to this place if you need proper hair style and peace of mine post service . They are behaviour is like rowdies and will spoil your look .

2 stars for cleanliness and hygiene standards. But not recommended for haircuts. The guy is not even aware how exactly he needs to give shape for A line Bob. Chopped my hairs too short that I can't even go to other salon and get the shape done correctly.

Another fabulous visit to Envi in Powai! Ravi is both a color artist and a hair doctor. He took my hair that had become brassy, dry and damaged from over processing (not his), and turned it into healthy and natural looking blonde in only one visit. He took time to listen to my needs and even did a test patch first. The results were superb!

Very good service for hair by Sameer and waxing n threading by Uma. But the rest of the services are not upto the mark and nail section is not good staff doesn't seem very trained or professional at their work. Management does not know how to keep a client happy and how to attend to dissatisfied clients.

I took hydra facial and other services from uma at envi saloon....she is just amazing, cooperative and very good in her work....post pregnancy I was having a lot of acne marks on my face but hydra facial works like a magic for me.....and I took my haircut with kayyum ....I must say amazing haircut.

I have been going to envi for over a year now and I get my gel paint / nail extensions done from Dilshad Khan. She is sooooo good and super quick - I haven’t seen anyone do a neater and quick job that her. I don’t go to anyone else for my nails now. The service is good... but the service list don’t include descriptions of what is included so the patron ends up getting tricked into a sales pitch and overpriced services and products. The prices don’t include tax And even when asking for price multiple tax they don’t say it. Not a good feeling. However Nanda the nail technician did a really good job with one of the nail services I purchased.

I have been a member of envy for last one year and a regular visitor in chembur branch. Chembur branch has been great but Today was my 1st experience at powai branch and it was jus awesome. I got my facial done from Monica and pedicure done by satish. Both the services was done so perfectly and felt value for money. I would recommend to get these services done from them and i am sure you would go with a Wow feeling !! Must visit !

I have been going to this particular branch of Envi for the past 3.5 years and the one reason why I always go back is Dilshad. She's the nail technician and works magic on my nails. I've tried other salons and nail spas around bombay but compared to her skill, I've always been disappointed. I would most definitely keep going back till the day Dilshaad is still there! The rest of the staff is very welcoming and courteous and polite. Have never had any complaints of people trying to sell me any products while I'm there. Which is usually a big problem at every other salon!

Dilshad Khan is the best nail artist envi has. Her work is detailed and very accurate..she is also very patient with her work and doesn't hurry. She also gives right advice to the clients which is genuine and not commercial which is rare. Very good service overall.
