Superb, visiting any water park after 30 long years and coming out with cheerful face made my day. It was a pleasant experience. Very limited rides, but all together a very well managed place and good crowd. A very well mannered culture at food serving counter. Eat as much as you want but don't waste it. Quality food. Too fresh and really delicious. Very nice staff. A place to be with family. 1 star less just for some slides that need some minor fixes to make them more smoother so that during a slide a person doesn't gets stuck and loses the fun. Overall thumbs up. Great Escape !

It was a well spent day Many things were perfect few are as follows: 1. Special staff at all water rides for queuing discipline. 2. Overall good food taste, depending on your taste buds. 3. Low chlorine level. 4. Many slides for kids and adults too, sufficient to spend whole day. Few improvisations required: 1. Water used to frequently get off in all water rides for around 3 to 4 minutes. 2. Need to add coffee to menu. 3. Parking area need to be constructed well.

This place has good for Kids. Not much slides to adults, also existing slides has not more equipment for rides. We spend lots time to take slide equipment. For food court place are different position, lunch and breakfast gets different places. Food quality is averaged. Lockers are not separate for male and female. Changing rooms and lockers are also different places. Wave pool also small in size.

Visited this place with my group of kids. We booked tickets in advance to avoid waiting at the counter as we were a group of 22ppl. We were all excited to visit. Tickets were booked for Thursday so got it for 699/pp. They don't club other offers on Tuesday and Thursday. We reached n had our breakfast which was served hot and delicious. For breakfast we had idlis with coconut chutnet and sambar, kanda poha, jalebi and phapada with refreshing tea. We were all set to hit the slides. The place wasn't that crowded when we entered however as time passed it got crowded as there were other groups and school kids also. There was a wait for the slides however the wait was worth. They have different sections of slides for kids, adults, bigger slides, wavepool and rain dance. One can enjoy unlimited rides. There is a time set for the wave pool which is after every hour for 15mins. We enjoyed every slide and still can't get over it. The slides and the pools were clean. Lifeguards were available in every section of the pool also at slides. Well maintained and efficient staff. For lunch we were served Paneer mix, dal rice, puri, dhokla, Chole, green salad, fryums. (UNLIMITED) For snacks we were served Pav bhaji, Fried rice and Tea. The quantity of food was unlimited. Refilling was done every min. The quality of food was good. Unlimited Candyfloss, gola was served. The washroom were well maintained. Cleaning was happening throughout. Everytine I happened to visit the washroom I could see cleaning happening. The staff was polite and cooperative. Overall a very good experience. No regrets or complaints. Highly recommended place.

It was great visiting Great Escape I liked this place. One can enjoy and have a good time. Taking your family & friends which will make your trip much more amazing. For me personally Wave Pool was fun I really enjoyed. Speaking of Food it's was Veg which was provided to us all and it was really good satisfying it won't disappoint you. Life Guard were giving attention where, if any children are going to Wave Pool because it was 4'5" feet so children aren't allowed there. When you go to purchase Packed Water there's only Cash payment was available, we didn't had cash with us. So make sure when you visit carry enough cash with you for water & cold drinks.

A budget friendly place providing your money's worth. Location📍: The location of the park is Virar. Travelling from Mumbai in the morning will take you around 1 to 2 hrs to reach & be prepared for the heavy traffic while returning back in the evening. Ambience &crowd👨‍👩‍👧‍👧d: We had visited on a weekday, so there was little to no crowd. We almost had the entire water park to ourselves. The park is well maintained. Rides & Safety🛝🛟: The rides were well maintained & safety was perfectly taken care of by the staff. Staff & Service🤿: The staff is helpful but not that upto the mark. Felt like they were forcefully doing their duty which made me hesitant in engaging a conversation with them. Food🍲: The food was hygienic & delicious. We had a special request for jain food which was served on time. Summary💬: Overall this place is really good for a one day outing with friends or family. Visits during weekdays is highly recommended to avoid the crowd. You won't be disappointed visiting this place.

The Water park has numerous rides but there is a huge queue for it. Also the wave pool is too small and gets easily crowded. The best part of the water park is amazing food they provide from breakfast to lunch to evening snacks. If you are planning to visit the park you can come here by private vehicle or by local train to Virar station and then take an autorickshaw or a cab. Tickets can be booked online and they are also cheaper than buying tickets offline.

Breakfast, lunch and snacks were also very tasty and we lived everything here. Absolutely worth the price of tickets. Best place for resort lovers. Very great experience...a bit crowded but not an issue. 4 pools with a lot of slides.....pools are not that deep except the wave pool. The food served was very great and tasty. Food is available the entire day.. breakfast..lunch...live fast good counter....snacks...all included in the fee paid....Worth the money....

Well maintained environment & hygienic food along with best safeguards around the premises. 5-6 feet pool should be there for 20+ age group. 1star deducted for ticketing counter, must improve ticketing system as for online booking should directly allow to get hand band & entry. The place is not that grand as other water parks. They have kept it quite simple. Most of the rides are for family. Best thing was food. You will definitely enjoy the food. Nice water park. Ride's are all so much. Food quality is also good. But there is no deep swimming pool. The great escape has to add the 1 deep swimming pool. And they have to increase the time of the wave pool. So people can enjoy the wave pool more. And prices are so reasonable.

Wonderful place to visit with family and friends. Cost me 899 per person on a Saturday. 200 deposit for a locker with 100 rps refundable after handing over the keys.The 899 was a complete package of breakfast, lunch, live food counter( fun snacks) and evening snacks. I must tell you the food was surprisingly worth it. The experience was amazing. Some cons about the place is that its too far from virar station which cost us 300 rps one way and it’s exhausting. The resort doesnt have deep pool. All swimming pools are till knee length . And they also hve dashing car dat wil cost u 20 rps for max I believe 6-8 mins . However had a fun time with my friends.

We had a great family time here enjoying each ride and pool, especially wave pool. Only thing disappointed us was 10 minutes wave pool which is too less. It should be atleast 15 minutes every hour. Whatsoever, we still enjoyed our complete day spent here including the delicious food and hi-tea. Would definitely recommend anyone who are looking out for a day break to enjoy this water park. It is reachable via almost every transport mode, however with public transport you will have to break journey to reach here depending on from where you are arriving from. Kids friendly, senior citizens friendly and definitely family friendly 😀

The experience was average since there are so many crowd visiting during weekends that the joy of thrill and adventure diminishes as you wait in queue for more than 30 mins for all main rides. The best part is unlimited food, Gola and cotton candy you get here. Also in Mumbai, it's one or the biggest water parks with nominal charges.

Great Escape waterpark is a huge property with many rides n pools, rain dance etc....we made online bookings at their website...theres a different counter for those who booked online....request them to open counters early by 9.- 9.15...so v get time to go in , have breakfast n then go to pool n rides after it opens at 10am. ....food is decent...variety in menu .... n more than sufficient....we get gola n cotton candy too.....clean dining area........but if senior citizens come then its slightly difficult making them walk to dining area....some other arrangement should be made .... we had one unpleasant experience - being a week day v thought crowd will be less n they gave us a nice group discount too.......but sadly we weren't updated abt 4 different schools kids coming there for picnic.....it was overwhelming in waiting queues , changing rooms n in all rides n wave pool. We tried n enjoyed ourselves in present circumstances......still do call n make enquiry before going there. Overall nice place to enjoy water rides with friends n family.

We organised an office trip for our partners who are mostly above 40 age. They enjoyed the rides, wave pool,Rain dance. Cherry on the cake is their Food which is inclusive in your entry ticket. They provide you four times unlimited buffet without any compromise in quality. Value for money 💸

You can see all the resort in just a one blink of your eye. If we come to the breakfast and lunch , its Great 😃 They serve Good amount of brekfast and Lunch as well with Great taste . Mostly i loved the way the provides unlimited vadapav and it tastes So good. You can eat even after your lunch . One of the employee of GREAT ESCAPE Said that “ The lunch facility is available until 5:00 pm of evening ! Which seems to be beneficial when you're hungry at the time of leaving and you can enjoy the Food and Vibes . 🙌🏻🥂.

Best place to visit for a day trip, breakfast and lunch included. Food quality is good, other shops are available to purchase food items, ice cream, toys and pan shop. We'll maintained waterpark, security personnel are always active and helpful. Kids friendly waterpark, separate section for kids/toddlers/infants to enjoy. We entered the place at around 12pm and still the breakfast was available. Locker facility is available, clean washroom, changing rooms Huge parking space for two and four wheeler.

Great time spent on the weekend with family. The food quality seems to have degraded as compared to earlier, they need to level up with their food. Takes time for main rides, need to have more Tubes for rides.

A waterpark located in the picturesque mountains of Pelhar in Virar. It offers amazing waterslides, a wave pool, a lazy pool and delicious multi-cuisine food. This waterpark is a good place to beat the heat. It gets crowded during the weekends. It also offers adventure activities as well. A valid Indian ID proof is required before entering the waterpark. There is an accommodation facility for an overnight stay. The toilets in this waterpark are filthy, has no electricity and has insects inside. There is an ample parking space outside the waterpark. The rates were reasonable. Had enjoyed the waterslides, the delicious food and adventure activities as a school going teenager. It is ideal for a one day picnic for families, couples as well as friends.

This was my first water park trip which I loved very much.

Poorest water park to visit. Had served unhygienic and bad quality of food. You will get those foodfood in 40rs plate drinking water is not also good. Lots of chlorine in wave pool water. And timing of wave pool is 8min/hrs. For approx 4hrs. Feels like bathing in chemicals. For school picnic only noodles are available for students aand that's also not properly cooked.

Never ever visit this place during public holidays/weekend, too much crowded with students(as a fav picnic spot). Food service is good. Rides is good. But quite far from Virar station (E) - 19km. Rest everything is good (worth of Rs.600) :)

It's good water park known for its affordable price of ticket and foods.Here, less slides are available but then also it's fine. Here, proper management system are available. One more thing I want to add, one slider of this water park is not proper or good because the proper surface finishing is not in between two pipes(rounded slide).So when you go through that slide then u feel your back is striking with that slider. After this every things are fine.

I visited Great Escape Water in Feb, which in my opinion was best as it was not to hot not to cold. Cons : Hygine wise i would give 3* as water was bit cloudy and had loads of leafs in it also pathway was made of tiles which was slippery and may have caused slip hazard. Pros : Location is very close to Mumbai and is very accessible with public transport or by private vehicle, Park tickets are very economical during my visit there was promotion and got ticket at approx 600/- which included Water park usage and also meals throughout day. Overall it is great place for quick break if you are careful to avoid slips you will have a blast here and food selection which consisted mostly Indian was amazing as well.
