After entering Powai plaza you will get a fast food counter and then you will get to the Amazing game office, whichever game you want to play, list of games and then pay accordingly..toy train, shooting, virtual gaming, etc. I went specifically for go karting. It depends on the ride/ lapse, for 5- lapse 250 ₹, minimum start with 5- lapse, depending on how much ride you want to take. The staff is supporting, the environment is good.

Dirty place , never ever have food here. This place is extremely filthy except the Mantra Restaurant , having food here would be a big no-no.( mantra restaurant viz. Is in the same building is an excellent restaurant) mostly for those who own shops there. Had been better if it had been restricted only to commercial space and not food joints and everything.

I have strong memories at this place since I've had my workplace out here for 3 years. The free parking facility for the building owners is limited and a small unprotected space outside. Inside the building in a protected area, the parking charges were quite exorbidant. The office are not well ventilated and incase of fire emergency, there's a casualty waiting to be happening. I have witnessed two fire outbreaks myself out here and the ventilation is pretty pretty bad. The good part of this place is that it is centrally located so it is convenient for commute and there's lot of food stalls at the base that offer economical eating options.

Powai plaza is a popular shopping mall in Powai. It was initially constructed to rehabilitate the shops which were to be shut down to facilitate the way for JVLR in early 2000s. It has a wide range of shops from eateries to doctors etc. overall a good place to do business. Neat and clean and well maintained.

You can find here some travel agents offices, stationery stores, snacks and food shops, and other offices.

A very vast hospital, doctors understand urgency. Approximately all kinds of treatments are done. I would suggest if the prices could be reduced so that even poor ones could find their way fr treatment in the hospital.

Looks shabby and unclean from inside. But that one restaurant Mantra offers nice food inside it. Try Masala Rumali Roti there

This place is besides the main road, opposite to the IIT campus. The building is quite old but well constructed. A shop or office in this building is everyone's dream. The Powai lake is also nearby.

The exterior is beautiful. You would want to visit it once but when you go inside you might se it's not that well maintained. Wires hanging down from ceilings. Washrooms aren't well maintained. If you ever want to use then go the third floor washrooms, they are much more cleaner and functional as compared to the other floors. They have good shops and few commercial offices and stores. You will find fast food counters for a quick bite. I wish they had equally maintained the inside as it looks from the outside.

Great Mall, but somehow it hasn't been able to function to it's fullest potential! Many shut shops, Maintenance issues etc, Some good shops do exist within this establishment!, But needs an overhaul.

Powai plaza is small complex where u can find tuition centres, dentists, places to eat and more, but definitely not a place to hang out. It is mostly business oriented. Meaning it's NOT a mall. People go there for a specific job that needs done. There is a restaurant that looks high end, but when passing by its kitchen, thought I would give it a miss...

Right at the IIT junction on jvlr this complex has a great location in trends of connectivity. The complex hosts carried types of businesses and had a big open space as common areas. There are places to eat and you'll have enough parking available outside the building 👍
