No windows for the office. Opens very late. And Leakage at various places. Lift not working. Centralised AC. Most office are under government custody due to some legal issue.

Unlucky place for the people who bought galas in this mall. There are two banks who dobt have parking place There are some of the shops because of which this mall is still remembered. 1. Wine shops 2. Sweet shop

It's an ok mall with small time shops. Many shops in this mall are still vacant as it is difficult to get a tenant here. The shops here are mostly used by professionals and commercial business. The mall is situated near Dindoshi Depot area so the bus connectivity to reach here is good. Hardly any retail shops or business can be seen in this mall. It is a one storey mall having different sizes of commercial spaces available.

A misnomer "Mall". Seventy percent is empty. Not even a super market or a grocery store. No parking. Barring a sweet shop, snacks shop and some offices, it doesn't have much. A place to skip.
