I bought a TV for ~Rs 64000 via Order ID:108938976 and found it was used TV. When I wrote the review on my order, they didnt publish and removed the option of refund before time. Then I tried to find out any negative review, it was not there. Then I realized tatacliq are so much fruad that they dont publish negative reviews Dont buy any product from Tatacliq!

I would give it less than 1 star rating, if Google allowed it. Absolutely no care for Customers, I bought a Tab, which turned out to be a damaged unit and probably used too, coz, it shows someone else's email address, when asked for inputs, so asked them that it needed to be replaced, but they refused to do so, coz I was 3 days late, from the 7 day return period. Its such PATHETIC customer care, that makes us move away from trusting Indian Companies to compete with Amazon (who replaces items unconditionally, most of the time). All that Tata Cliq representative Mr. Priyank told me, was he was sorry, and understood my predicament and agreed that my problem should have been resolved, but mentioned that his hands were tied because his seniors didn't permit it. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM TATA CLIQ again !!!

Bought Sunflame Juicer apart from many other stuff from their website. Sunflame refuses to honour warranty and Tata cliq says sorry we can't help you!! Seriously!! You wish to create a super portal and compete with likes of Amazon and you can't help get simple resolution for low ticket item, how will anyone get any confidence to buy anything from you. Buyers beware. Amazon service is far better. When I review a product on their website and give them 1 star they don't post it!! So much for trust of Tata brand. I feel company is in wrong hands!! Parent company please take note.

Very Fraud Company. I dont know how they can run there business with all fake activity . I ordered laptop on 7 june . But not shipped, hence i cancelled order. They didnt refund money yet but , TATA cliq app shows Refund successful. Customer care number is always busy though you hold call for more than 5 minutes . Also Email is also not working . Please do not visit the website

I ordered a new laptop (VivoBook 15 X505ZA-EJ274T) from tatacliq but I got a refurbished laptop instead of new new one. so I requested for return on 3rd day if delivery and company has 7 day easy return policy. But Company is refused a genuine return request.

One of the worst online shopping experience with Tata Cliq. Needed a mobile phone as mine has some issues. Placed an order for Samsung A70s mobile on the 11 July 2020 and paid the requisite amount in full. I placed the order in Tata Cliq as it is the only online retailer who showed that products could be delivered in Chennai. Was waiting for the delivery, but after 9 days, on the 20 July 2020 Tata Cliq automatically cancelled the order saying that the product is out of stock. I am not sure how a retailer cannot know the inventory status at the time of order and only realise that it is out of stock after 9 days. The funny fact is the same mobile is shown as available even at the time of writing this review. How can any retailer can take the full payment with out being aware of the inventory and hold the amount for 9 days. I did not expect such a poor quality service from Tata Cliq. Will never recommend Tata Cliq to any one.

There has a lot of problem in contacting the customer care and even when I contacted they could easily cut their call within 10 seconds. Still they could not solve the matter... Initially the service is very poor... And they don't guarantee their product.... In case of complaints all they ask for is to contact the parent company.. All over this is not trustworthy to buy from...

I had ordered a garment steamer.And the quality of the product was defective.The water started to leak from the steamer.When I contacted the customer care they disconnected the call after 10 seconds and this happened 3-4 times.After that some how I managed to talked to them.They said that the customer care incharge will call after some time and then they called and again the call started to disconnected after 10 seconds.And this happened for 10-12 times.In short no response has been given from their side after so many complaints.Even I have sent mail regarding this.The company is pathetic and no response has been given.Concerned authority please look into this matter.

VIDEO WILL SPEAK FOR IT. CUSTOMER CARE HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER. WORTH 18000 PHONE IS WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

This review is for Tatacliq online platform. I bought a Hitachi refrigerator and received a defective product, Tatacliq engaged me in talking and gave false hopes to replace the product. Once return period got over then stop responding. They are big cheaters and have no business ethics. Flipkart and Amazon always have a better option to buy online products. I am planning to go to file a complain in the consumer court.

I had ordered a Samsung A52 from Tata Cliq on April 01, 2021 and in return exchanged my Vivo V11 which was picked up by Tata team on April 07, 2021. The cashback for the exchanged phone was supposed to be credited to my account within 2 days of phone pick up as per Tata Cliq's app however today is May 05, 2021 which is almost a month and I have still not received the cashback. I have called the Tata Cliq customer care more than a dozen times till now and everytime just get a response that wait for two days/four days and your cashback will be credited however nothing has happened till now. My order no. is 112289064. This was the first time that I ordered from Tata Cliq and now regretting my decision as it's been the worst service experience. Today again I called up the Customer care and they have again asked me to wait for one more day however I don't think anything is going to happen. I want Tata Cliq to return my cashback ASAP or else want my old phone returned back.

Hi ...We had ordered few clothes order ref number 112641871 on 8 May which did not reach me ..The delivery boy called up and disconnected the phone within 2 rings and returned the order saying that we are not available ..we had done pre delivery payment for this order.. This has happened multiple times .. no action was taken even after repeated complaints to customer care...1 of the 8 items in the order was delivered .Now system is saying the order remaining items were delivered on 21st may but we are unable to pick it up(return the product) as the area is covid affected...but 7 of the 8 order items (type clothing) was never delivered. And horrible customer service experience. They just show false hope of solving the problem.
