Best mall

Central in Xperia gives a 3rd class service and they are trying to misguide customers by showing wrong discounts/prices often tags are misguiding and people only know at the time of billing. Today I have wasted my time at lee Cooper and lee counter. Service levels are pathetic.

Special call out for Swapnali from W. She helped us in finding exactly what we were looking for and collaborated across the store till the checkout. Great attitude and humility.

Never had any problem until today Date 10 Oct 2021 time 9:45 pm at Central Lodha Xperia Mall Dombivli(purposely mentioning for the management people). So after waiting patiently for our turn at billing counter, this lady staff was making tantrums because it was closing time (15 mins still remaining) and was rushing us at the time of billing and talking very rudely (when asked to check loyalty points she made a face, then while my husband was asking me whether we shud buy the bag she instantly said baki customer bhi line me khade hai). OBVIOUSLY we didn't buy the stuff as this is not the way to treat customers. You just now lost a customer from long time today. Another male staff came asking us but She didn't apologize for her behavior! Worst experience!

If you haven't read my review on LODHA XPERIA PALAVA then please read it... It will be very helpful. You'll get only one CENTRAL outlet in downward location (badlapur ambernath ulhasngar) so I request all of you to visit CENTRAL as the collection of clothes are the best. The quality they offer is really good. At lowest cost you'll get best quality of clothes. CENTEAL also have really good collection of men's clothes. Also you'll get many discounts during occasions.

So many brands with different options. Sale is best time to buy with discounts. Service is good, easily reachable, it's inside mall so many options to eat with PVR cinema.

Central is the best place for shopping. You get varieties, discounts, multiple offers, etc. Amazing is the right word. People should go and try branded items at the best rates.

People doesn't wear mask properly or do not wear at all. Chances of spreading corona is more

Good Shop for Branded products inside Xperia Mall. Got Spunk Lower worth 1199Rs on 30% discount and additional 100 Rs Discount on downloading future pay app. Also, be careful while finalizing the products you purchase, some are overpriced then market too...

On a Sunday Evening like today they have only one cashier at the men's section.... And they have kept the air-conditioning off.. people are sweating here standing at the long queue

Worst central store in and around Mumbai.. People rated mostly to xPeria Mall than Central store..Unorganized and rude employees..even their security women consider herself owner of future group..I used to always purchase from Central but horrible experience let me leave my selected items at store only..Not ever going back to Central again. Management should replace such unsocial staff immediately or customers have option to go for reputed foreign brands with reliable quality.
