Horrible service by Croma. I bought a Hitachi AC but installation is pending since days. No communication from Croma and product company inspite of repeated followups. Reducing 1 star , with my recent experience I have been regular customer of CROMA trusting the Brand , but my mind is changing .. I order a 628 little Haier fridge and it was defective .. they have done the promt replacement and that is more defective now i have been following up to get them picked up..

Does not apply to all Croma stores, giving it a 2 because of faulty marketing tactics. The staff is hardworking but very inexperienced, the manager also admits to them being new and fairly untrained, I hope that this situation improves. The problem is that they gave a wrong value for exchanging iphone 11, which they changed in two days. The employees kept on insisting that there was some damage to the screen but could not prove it. This might not seem like a very big difference, but it is false marketing nonetheless. The store is nice with a huge collection and this was the first time I encountered something like this in this store. Hope to see some training in the future.

Store is very good product are also has variety. Only issues billing. They take too much time for billing. Store or company should look in to this that billing should be done within 1-2 minutes of span for each customer. Right now it’s taking 25-30 minutes I have experienced this twice in a months time that is also in without rush hours.

Sales representative are always trying to sell oppo and Vivo they even told me lcd display is better than super amoled, too much marketing of oppo and Vivo just for getting more margins.
