    The store appears to be big but it isn't and can only accommodate a limited number of customers at once. The store isn't designed properly and there's only 4 counters to help customers instead of it's competitor Vodafone who has 7-8 counters in the same vicinity. The staff is rude, arrogant, clumsy and absolutely lazy who just probably doesn't even know the meaning of customer service. The staff's behaviour clearly reflects that they don't care what the customers think and feel about their company they're working for i.e. Airtel and the fact that these people are working there also states that Airtel itself doesn't care about it's customers too. The problem or issue you're facing with the network will never be resolved at this so called relationship centre, trust me!

    Very ridiculous staff. We visited here for such a basic service and even if the staff is available to serve, they were doing timepass (few were roaming outside). They made us and other customer wait for no reason. No internal coordination between the staff and unprofessional attitude towards clients. This is not the first time, we had to suffer from such a pathetic service thrice and now we are forced to put a negative review about them. Need lot of improvement. Not recommended.

    i am having airtel no . which service got disconnected from 1st aug 2022. when i was travlling to my native place. Today i came from my native and visited to airtel pawai branch and asked to check for disconnection of service. The service was very poor and instead of solving my problem he was asking original document to restart the service which he could have done through bio matric device . Height of all you do not require original document for new connection and your existing customer who is suffering form connectivity issue asking for original document .

    I visited the outlet for closure of my Airtel Payment Bank account. The executives there are not aware of the process and guided me the incorrect way. Subsequently, I wrote to the customer care and getting it done.

    Worst behaviour by one of the staff. Just now had a visit. Firstly his language was so rude, full of disrespect & took many photos but still there was issue. Later he told to his colleague that " bro handle this problem as uncle has some problem on his face " !! Is this the way to talk to an elderly. Such a disrespectful tone and words. Anyways issue was resolved... by another guy. Thank you.

    We (foreigners) were able to get a sim card for our smartphones (500₹) for one month 1.5GB per day included and call inside India included. You need to show your passport and visa to get the sim card.

    Worst experience, I went to store to get the solution on how can I transfer my sim ownership and the employee named Neha she was telling me the only solution is move your sim to postpaid is the only solution she didn't hear my problem just started telling me about the postpaid service .These people don't help with proper solution they just guide you for their advantage! Seriously worst experience with the Galleria store team! Hope the better experienced new members come .

    The worst customer service experience ever. They have no solutions, no options, just keep repeating the same thing like robots. No empathy, no wish to help the customer. And they don't know anything, they have no idea why my sim isn't working and are not willing to help with anything at all.

If you are purchasing new Sim or Converting from prepaid to postpaid - you will be assisted well by Airtel staff BUT If you are looking for assistance on any issue... then be prepared to hear following directions without solution a) Please dial 121 or 198 - you will be assisted by Airtel b) Our system is slow- please wait c) We have updated our records - your issue will be solved in some time d) Please meet the executive who assisted you earlier I have 1st hand experience -:do not waste your time visiting Airtel gallery. Filled with unenthusiastic staff wasting time Thank you

    Should give them negative rating. Worst team of people, practically illiterate and dumb. Had to send email to airtel office and sort out my problem. Instead of sloving problem manager kept telling "if problems come I will support my team mate" even at the cost of customer loosing money. Have changed to other providers never will touch airtel if such ppl are in support and services.

    I have visited this show room 3 to 4 times. All the time I got good service. Today I added another mobile number which was attended by Ms. Aarti & team well. Earlier I took WIFI connection, that experience also was really good. Wishing the team there all the best.

    Wost staf and wost mangament they are so lazy that the close at 8:20. When company claims that we are open till 8:30 when I forced them they said server down hai nahi hoga and shoed a bad attitude..

    Store agent followed up after I left the service center to help me through the activation process. Everything went smoothly and my dual sim plan was up and running within a few hours after the purchase. Hello blazing fast 5G!!! A big Thank You to the agent for all their help.

    The staff here is ill mannered and does not know how to deal with the customer. Shows lot attitude in answering to our queries. When I asked them to show me my data after KYC as part of airtel payments bank process, they strongly denied me my own data!! Quite arrogant and irresponsible behavior. Surprised you are operating in Powai area but highly misbehaved staff. The store manager Pankaj Pardeshi also seems to be quite relaxed even after complaining to him. Would request Airtel corporate to look into this matter.

    Store agent assured that the sim will be activated in next 10 minutes but still it is in activated stage. Later SIM was activated. Thanks. Customer care number is of no use. The same way store customer care is also useless. Calls can never be transferred to any store agent to help the customer simply press 0 to 9 and so on. Why forcing the customer to visit the store for small small things?

    Very horrible experience. Specially Neelam Vishwakarma, she even don't know how to handle customers and how to speak with customers. Such a bad service they are providing in gallery store. Airtel really needs to work on it.

    Totally sucks.... As genuine experience, advisor has no knowledge how the queries will be resolved. I visited here by 14Aug,2021 for network regarding issues where I already raised the complaint for the same over the App on 11Aug,2021. But still there's no resolutions are going neither response receiving from technical support; till the today's date (7Sep,2021). No email notifying neither customer care call received. Even after dropped the mail to High authority persons in Airtel. But still no resolutions. Totally sucks this centre. And the *MAJOR* point is "Airtel thanks app" doesn't track the location for raising the complaint. They do refer third party application named "GNetTrack". There advisor suggested that to download that and mail to us then they'll take action. Where I dropped the email by 2Sep,2021 but still no singular response from there side.

    My Sim card had damaged due to which I had to visit the store to get another sim card for which it required a few steps of verification and my work got done just in 5 mins. Honestly, I didn't expect that. It was indeed a great experience.

    Yes. very attentive staff. I just wanted to drop my cheque into their Cheque Drop Box. The security guy asked me to wait. I explained him that I need to just drop the cheque. He did not convinced meantime, requested him to call the supervisor. The moment he informed the supervisor immediately, he came & collected the cheque & droped into their drop box with in minutes he vashied to attend his work inside the office. This is my second such experience, Last time when I changed/upgraded my cell phone i had faced problem to reset it for interenet network connection though I could make & receive calls,sms on my new phone. Again the supervisor only my request walked out of his office to the entrance & the moment He heard me, he just asked one question are you a postpaid client, this he needed to go for settings & sytem, I said yes. He just set it with in a minute near the entrance only not only that he also attended to a few of the people who were waiting along for some minor queiries along with me. He attended to them at the entrance only and cleared all of them with smaller queries.

    Here staff are coordinating and helpful sometime some staff are not so coordinating as from the communication skill. If you want to port/post paid to prepaid your number then please carry your identity card physically or else you have to take your printouts in which you have to go up and down lead to hassle.
