Amazing place to buy gifts for kids of all age. It feels like revisiting childhood with advanced version. The cost are bit high, but if you loved it and why to think of cost. Staff too are helpful in selecting gifts and exploring this place.

Very nice store for kids. Almost every type of toys are available for kids. Staffs are very cooperative. Too much supportive. For every toy demo piece is also available. All staffs are supportive. Mr. Aniket is too much supportive, means when we ask for any toy, he explained very nicely. One negative point as per my opinion is no discount is available in major toys. 100% recommended store.

This is r city mall... All the kids wants to go in this store. A wide range of toys available at this store. Softoys, activity game, colors, stationery items, playing dough, dolls, battery operated toys, cushions and many many many more items are available. If a kid enter in this store he or she don't want to come out. Even sometimes not only kids but parents also want to buy the items available on this store. Very attractive store. The products are costly in this store. Discount in store is not available frequently. It's very rare.

A toy shop in the ground floor of r city mall located in ghatkopar , has various toys for kids and attracts adults too , everyone becomes a kid what ever their age may be when they visit an hamleys store , this hamley is one of the huge shop that I have seen and in the area . It was on a Christmas week that I have visited this store and this store was completely lit with Santa and kids playing around

It's like a heaven for kids. Huge store with number of toys and games for kids. Teenagers and adults too often visit the place. The presentation of the place is great. The toys and games are however massively overpriced. You're sure to burn a hole in your pocket if you get your kids here.

The best Toy store with plenty of options for kids toys n cloths. Bought adidas shoes n cloths, school bag, toys n liked to shop here. Mr. Rohit always helps to chose perfect shoes size n cloths. Toys are of good quality. All other staff are polite n helpful too. Do not forget to enroll for membership also.

Soon we are celebrating my Niece’s 2nd birthday. So we wanted to gift her something that challenges her to grow and not just play with toys for fun. So we went here looking for something that would be interactive, fun loving and challenging at the same time. Although we didn’t find the exact thing as we were looking for but we did found a puzzle for her which forces her to focus on it and we also believe it will also help her enjoy this game. All Thanks to Kunal from the Hamleys Staff, who gave us some amazing options and also some great ideas on how to use the puzzles in more interactive way. He had really amazing knowledge about the products, really good choice to go here if you are looking for some budget friendly toys for kids. We also believe my niece would love it.

Some of the toys and schoolbags are dirty. There was no stock available when a new piece was requested. The rest of the experience was fantastic as usual. However, management should prioritise keeping the product clean, especially when there is no stock available. Maintain proper hygiene.

Nice place to leave your children while you finish your work. However, only issue is if it is booked for some birthday party or for some other private event they don't allow others walk-ins. Which could be problematic especially when you have promised your child to take there and after reaching there you get to know it has been reserved for a private event.

Amazing staff at r city ghatkopar especially Mr. Umesh.. i had bought a bubble gun from pheonix kurla.. the gun stopped working within 2 days and i had lost the bill.. i got No support from that store.. but Mr umesh from hamleys r city was very helpful and got the gun exchange even after months of purchase.. really thankful to him and the r city store

Hamleys R city is a great place shopping wise n experience wise.I can’t stop raving about the staff specially who take great care in meeting our needs. They are polite n courteous, and great help during shopping too. I’ve been shopping at this store since 2017. Couple of times product was wrong but they always make sure to exchange or help. This time we bought a mojorette car track set worth Rs. 5500 for my sons bday. Opened and we realized it was bad. Please I would recommend everybody who’s used hot wheels to never buy this. The cars don’t even go 10 metres. Nothing in comparison to hot wheels. Sandhya n Srirani, made it easy for me to exchange the product easily. Thankyou so much . No fuss at all. Also I would request Hamleys to remove such incompetent products from under their roof coz they are just not worth it. Thankyou. We love Hamleys .

Hamleys have variety of toys. They are slightly costly but most of the products are high quality and not easily available in open market. They encourage kids to play with sample toys and kid will not want to come out from the shop.
