I needed to purchase a Laptop for my wife for her birthday. Not only did you have the Laptop that no one else had but you arranged for hand delivery at the hotel where her surprise party was held. It arrived in perfect condition and was just what I expected. The customer service was excellent and the price was reasonable. I didn't have good experience with this store. I bought a HP laptop battery from them. It failed within the warranty period and they refused the replacement because I informed them one day later outside warranty period. Afterwards when contacted HP support they don't recognise this store as their authorised service centre and recommended that battery replacement should have been done through their support.So I will not recommend this store for any after sales service.

Horrible experience. Don't visit this store. I gave them my laptop to change the keyboard and got it back with new problems. The audio of my device is not working. The finger print sensor is not working. Moreover, they do not take any responsibility for the same. And argue with us giving the most illogical reasons ever heard. Then they again ask you a huge amount to get those problems corrected which weren't even there in the first place. And while walking off their store disappointed, they have this audacity to tell you to go to a trustworthy service centre,,, because according to them destroying a well functioning device and not taking any responsibility for the same are the characteristics of a good service centre like theirs.

I write this review after about couple of months since I bought my HP All in One Desktop for this store. A special mention of Mr. Azeem & Atique. They were very helpful and prompt. The delivery of the desktop was before time and I’m very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking to buy HP Products.

Horrible experience. The worst service centre ever, went to the store because of a time constraint. My keyboard had a few keys that weren't working, so they replaced it, only problem being ~ I have a pavilion gaming laptop with a purple backlit keyboard, AND THEY GAVE ME AN UGLY WHITE BACKLIT KEYBOARD(they assured me they would give me the same exact keyboard and lied about assuring me the same). Oh and the display switched off, the day after I got it back from them. They ruin your laptop, and blame it on you. Will be going to some other HP service centre to fix it. They're unnecessarily expensive, 4k for a white see through keyboard, it's literally 'front' lit, I can't read the keys in the dark. It's probably a business tactic, fixing one problem, giving another so they can earn more.
