We were extremely happy with our experience shopping jewellery at Orra jewellery store of Powai.. Mr.Dixit, Sagar and a lady staff attended us and made sure we were shown number of options for solitaire rings and gave us enough time to decide the design thanks you guys to extra mile to even deliever product at our residence late in the evening. Poor customer care management and they will pester you for schemes and when the time comes to encash your scheme they are least bothered. Extremely disappointed with ORRA and never ever buying anything from this brand.

Everything else remaining same, as far as other Orra outlets go, the folks at Powai are superb, courteous, well-mannered. Items sold and orders taken are closed towards complete satisfaction of customers.
