I would say this is overly priced place. No wonder you get real good products and some amazing ones things that would add grace and decor to your home. You would get all stuff from planting artificial to tools, to candles to lanterns to kitche ware to bedsheets to accesories and all here. I think they should not cluster things it's really too congested at certain areas. I didn't like few staffs behaviour kinda not interested to sell things and all. Rest products and all are above par

Very poor quality wood and bad workmanship. I bought a 6 seater wooden dining table with 6 chairs mid April 2023 and within less than 3 months the legs of the chairs broke. Two chairs suddenly broke when we were eating and we fell on the floor and sustained injuries. The wood inside is very poor quality with no strength bearing capacity. This is unacceptable and we demand immediate return and refund of this dining set. The sales manager in R-city Mall Ghatkopar, Mumbai Mr Rohan Singh is of no help. He doesn’t even pick up his phone after he sold the poor quality item. Home Center has duped us with a very inferior product that costed us around Rs.70,000/-. I will advise buyers to be careful before buying from Home Center.

Very good place for a modern assortment of crockery, home decor , kitchen ware and linen.etc. The only drawback is their points system which is a joke just like their discounts that are announced but never appear on the bill.

With just 1 week to Diwali, Sale was on only for very few selected items. Otherwise it’s very costly to buy decor items off sale though with its good and different collection from other stores.

Home Center is one shop for me to buy all my fabulous decor items. It has the best collection amongst all home shops specially at R City Mall. Mind you, they do charge premium for these products.

Good products, can see n buy. Some house hold kitchen, bathroom products are excellent quality, can use n try. Home furniture also they have some good collection , but better to see n buy . They send home delivery in chargeable basis which is ok.

Nice place to buy home decoration items at a reasonable price in comparison to the quality, staff was also polite and helpful, but getting to the location in the mall was difficult; they should keep a proper navigation board.

Pranit Kokane from the homecentre furniture counter was extremely helpful, informative about the product and won our trust and confidence. I just came for a window shopping however will soon pick up few furniture more than immediate requirement just for the customer service extended from his end. I truly recommend him to be rewarded by Home Centre as it is a unique trait among youngsters to be so hardworking which was displayed by his gesture of staying with us beyond his working hours catering our queries. Variety of decent decor items available. Almost all of them at premium price. If you are looking for some quick cost effective items, this is not the place for you. These are premium quality, highly priced, decent looked, decor items. Along with decor items they also have a variety of range in crockery, furniture, tools etc.

Appreciate the time and effort taken by the staff for ensuring delivery of product. Specially thanks to Mr. Rohan and Mr. Pranit for taking extra efforts and getting the product delivered. Also special thanks to the assembly person Mr. Shravan Gautam.

Good shop but limited products & designs. Most of the Furnitures / designs are suited for huge houses but not for compact flats like in Mumbai.

I was pleasantly surprised by the home decor and kitchen items selection at the mall. They had a wide range of stylish and functional products to choose from. Whether you're looking for trendy home decor pieces or practical kitchen gadgets, this mall had it all. The quality of the items was impressive, and the prices were reasonable. It's definitely a great place to shop for home improvement and kitchen essentials.

I like this place, merchandise here is superb specially the kitchenware and linen section. One must visit once, although it's very expensive store but you will like the design of their products.

Not advisable to go with toddlers. Everything has been placed at their eye level. It would be a stress to save those things from falling while shopping. Things are quite highly priced if you compare with IKEA. Durability and quality could be better though.

Disappointing customer service experience is the most I can say. I had been to the store on Saturday looking out for some purchases for my hall area. I liked one item however the same was not available. The sales personnel took a note of the item and replied saying that since it was not available in stock will call back once the same is available. I got a call next day on Sunday) from the store saying that the item is available. When I reached there the sales personnel replied that though the call was made that the item was not available and simple walked away to other customer by saying sorry. The point is that the sorry that was communicated was just for the sake of saying and not in literal sense

I visited Home centre to purchase a dining table. Sanitizer was available at the entrance of the mall. There was a good variety of 4-seater and 6-seater dining table. The wooden tables looked solid and durable. The colours were mostly dark brown and black. No one came to ask us if we needed anything.We just glanced through the stuff. They have a good options of all furniture like chairs , sofa set , beds , dressing table and side tables. But I found it prized on the higher side. The decor of the place was exquisite . We did n't plan to make any purchases . Liked the place

As they have good offers are there on products, now Diwali festival 60%and buy one get one free offers are attraction to buy for customers. Nice place to buy collection items.

Disgusting service by this store. Made 3 part deliveries and yet unable to compile a bed I had ordered 3 weeks back. Neither able to get my refund nor the product. Disappointed and annoyed by the service. No point ordering from here. The sales team acts very generous and hands you over their contact numbers which become unresponsive post the sales happen.

I went to buy some dining chairs and a recliner got a really good deal and great quality of products. This mostly was possible because of the assistance of Mr.Praniet. My experience was really poor. The sales person was sloppy and disinterested. Also he did not know enough of the wood materials. Payment should be made first and nothing is given in writing interms of what if they are not able to deliver on the promised date.
