Never buy perfumes from there. I think they sell duplicates. Bought Paco robanne one million from there at a discount price of Rs 3600. It was a fake one. Doesnt even last for 2hours

Its a great place to shop dress, kitchen wares and goodies. Good customer service. The escalator and view is so good, it gives you a feel you are in an airport.

Some salesmen standing around was very unprofessionally giggling on us while someothers were very helpful in getting our shopping done easily..No customer care to report too

I am getting messgaes from lifestyle mall of travencore.. i didn't purchase anything today(6/12/2019). Continous messgaes showing that i gave something to alter. And they delivered it on proper time... review the delivery etc etc... i dont know how they got my number... if they are watching this review take an action.

Dissappointed by the lifestyle service being am edge customer still have to wait in line and the counter is closed, We have paid premium membership for such experience lifestyle seriously? Not happy by the staff behavior awaiting since 10 min no one has came to attend us.

I went to the phoenix kurla lifestyle store, purchased a dupatta and sweater via the self check out kiosk. After I made the payment, I was told I had to go to the counter to have the security tag removed. The two sales people were taking so long and wanted my time, couldn't even verify my purchase even though I gave them my bill. What is the purpose of a self check out kiosk if it's just wasting customers time?!how should I leave my contact number? I'm not going to post it here in a public forum. In addition, I have replied to your email but no response back. Your response was just a meaningless copy paste without even reading my complaint. So obvious . clearly you do not care about your customers!

I have purchased for nearly 4400 Rs and i have tried paying using my debit card. Three time my card was declined and so we paid by cash. But in this three card attempts the cash was deducted but only one time it was credited back. I have been calling lifestyle store and emailed them all the details. Its been one week no response from them and I have to travel Back as well. Nearly 8800rs has to be credited and no response yet I have already emailed to your helpdesk team . Still there is no reply yet

Yesterday went to #mall of travancore. Went to #max, #playaza, #food court inside that mall and spent over 15000 rs there.. It took around 4 hrs there and while exiting from the mall.. The security guard asked me to pay the parking charge also. He informed me that persons who are going to #malabar gold, #hypermarket and #playaza are only eligible for free parking. This is not mentioned on the parking board placed over there. Anyways... It was such a bad experience to pay parking fees even after spending a big amount of money inside that mall itself. Kindly make this note into the notification of #mall of travancore's management team.

Wide choices, quality products and garments, but worst billing experience. On a Sunday noon, spent nearly an hour to select the items, had to wait over 30 mins in a single operated billing counter. Although they have multiple billing counters in the ground floor, management is least bothered to expedite the processes. Lack of involvement from senior staffs, however the assigned trainee staff tried his best to speed up the things... Summary: Worst experience from a lifestyle store.

Irresponsible and higly ill trained staff. They often leave trackers on clothes resulting in significant difficulty to customers.

Have got an offer last week for United Benetton shirts, 1+1 free, was worth purchasing it. The sales person at UB section was extremely helpful and accommodative, i don't remember his name. Such people are really an asset for any organization. And expecting some more collections in shirts if different brands, may be due to covid it's less. The store is well maintained, you will get your bills via WhatsApp. That's great, no wastage of paper and contactless purchase. I went for an exchange and it was seamless. This is not my first visit but my first review. Overall had a good experience.

Firstly,the amazing collection this place has that whenever i i need something specific for any occasion,i waste no time and come here and always find what i am looking for. Secondly, yesterday while i was selecting clothes i tend to loose one of my wireless earpod here. By the time i realised the store was closed. I went at the info desk and the two gentleman helped me out there to coordinate with the lifestyle team. Many thanks to them. I spoke to the store manager and he searched the place for me and i requested if they could let me in at the store so i would take a round. And they allowed me. With the efficient help of the store manager Mr. Girish and the security staff Mr. Pandey i could find my precious earpod. I am so thankful to the team. Even after the store was closed they took my concern very important and helped me out. Thank you lifestyle for keeping such efficient staff. Also would bring to your notice that the billing staff was exceptional. They had great knowledge about the products and the offers. They told me about the various benefits of the lifestyle edge and suggested me to get enrolled in it as it would highly profit me in near future. Really appreciate it.
