ICICI bank is becoming more like old fashioned govt banks, even now a days services of govt banks are far better. I visited this branch on this Saturday, my password got blocked after wrong entries. The babu sitting there told me to call customer care as it can be done very easily and instantly. If I do it through branch it will take 03 days, I came back and spoke to customer care, customer care is telling to visit branch. The people are just not willing to work, despite the branch is very less busy.

I have been to this bank branch a couple of times, and usually found the service quick and prompt, as well as respectful and responsive. The bank branch is well equipped and has place to sit and wait, and is in the heart of Hiranandani inside Galleria. The place is a good stewart for the ICICI brand.

The nightmare of an experience and the incompetent position and ability of “ PooJa Gupta” who used to be a happiness officer and now she is promoted.. I took this trip from UAE BECAUSE SHE NEVER LIstens even after giving all the documents she said login in front of her to show her my statement for my Mashrew bank when she saw my profile and everything of the bank...my work got cancelled and trip got wasted...I hope she starts to listen and the art that she had mastered to “ Lie” I called her hundreds of times and she blatantly lied. To my face saying she didnt get any calls. I am sure with just low ethics and lack of education is not going to take her a long way.i hope the bank hires better employees.

Went to this branch to open an NRI account. Was told minimum amount required is 1.15 L. Submitted a bank draft and a check totalling 1.13 L and that was accepted. Its been over a week but account is still not opened. Was told acount login details would be emailed. No mail received. Made frantic calls to the person who gave her phone number to call if any issue, she answered once and has no clue whats taking this so long I have to leave the country and feeling absolutely frusted by this bank branch for a total lack od customer seevice

Not worth to open account here .Employees are not professional to solve customer issues .Even after calling many times, the call is received but the given commitment is not fulfilled

it been 3 visit in the bank just to update my new phone number i dont know what it is they are taking so much of time just to update new number i have received credit card due to old number is registered i cant change pin number cant use that card anywhere what shall i do with that card if bank cant update my number on it even after multiple visit in the branch, also it does not have a facility to change the number through customer care or mobile banking.

Went to get my OTP phone number changed. Branch was busy but I received professional and prompt service

Bad experience with powai branch with home loan team.. Representative didn't have a clue on the process and spent so much time just explaining and giving wrong information especially given my family has been banking with icici for many decades..

Terrible branch to work with we have a current account which received funds for running business from our partner abroad it’s been 18 days they have still not cleared it . Horrible bank to work not at all customer friendly . Don’t ever open an account there they don’t care . Don’t think anyone takes heed of reviews also .

Have very bad experience. Staff behaves very irresponsibly. there is no on support. Helpline number is full of IVR menus. No one physically available on line to help. Have immoral work ethics. ICCI Bank is black listed from experience

Very inefficient staff. Try some other branch. Staff acts very busy. Won't answer you and keep pointing to some empty staff seat saying they will handle. Male staff chatting any point of time.

Worst worst worst service ever I submitted DD 2days back deputy manager has kept in drawer did nt process bcoz it was of other bank DD n they say it take 7days they purposely do that bcoz bcoz we have nt made DD from there bank it is natural we are submitting it is our wish this is call jealous noone was helping me to fill the form all were ye karlo all were rude negative people in this branch.they should improve branch manager fault they kept this kind or people also they are getting less rating still they are shamless worst worst branch of icici bank chi chi chi

Horrible customer service!!! What an indifferent and arrogant attitude!!! Mr. Manohar who sits under ' May I help you ' board was not willing to help. Pathetic!! I had approached the bank for conversion of our nri account to resident account. With this kind of customer service, i will have to search for another branch and not set foot here again.

The worst branch and functioning. Applied for a travel card, which is activated in other banks in like 2-3 hours, took these people more than 7 days. Disgraceful. These jackasses should close down the branch. IBIG BIG MISTAKE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I have a salary account and a policy which I am going to close down following this experience, and give them in writing because of what and whom I took such a step - Just to teach such worthless people a lesson. Security guard should not allow more than 2 persons inside. It is noticed that people are making que inside, one for ATM and one for passbook updates without social distancing in current pandemic situation.

Unprofessional ...don’t know their own bank rules ...don’t know how to behave with costumers

I went for requesting NOC against vehicle loan. The staff took my contact details to revert me with the procedure. But never connected again.. I informed them about the urgency but still they failed to connect.. I had to visit again for knowing the procedure..

One of the cash deposit machine was out of service but that is the beauty of this branch, it's big and they have alternative machine available. Staff is very kind and was able to help with some additional queries as well. They follow covid guidelines as well.
