Not good for me to say But may be other people would have been having a great time in the place. I mentioned the employees in the shop about eco friendly bag for me to take care of my purchased goods. The counter guy didn't even listened to me. Rude ignored insulted and above this it's not about treatment but the people who are in a certain department like cosmetics are not in the seems like a I don't care type of attitude or behavior towards me personally speaking.

This is my goto place for shopping of cloths, shoes and accesories. I went on 7 June for buy shoes, they have good new stock. I want to appriciate the staff Afnan in Mens shoes section who was super helpful to me. He had good product knowledge and knew what exactly I wanted. The selection was over in 10 mins with his help. 1 star less as their is no place to sit for accompanying person.

The Standards have degraded a lot. The sales representatives are more interested in up selling and lowballing techniques. Got a quote of Rs 8585 for a Versace Bright Crystal perfume from the perfume section. However, when we went to billing we we were asked to pay Rs 9200. Immediately called out their lowballing technique and when challenged they did not have an answer. Pathetic. Left without buying as I expect honesty and transparency.

Never had good experience of shopping at shoppers stop. The behaviour of executive towards customer is pathetic. They just follow the rules of their company. Actually no support to customer. While in other international stores they resolve the issues immediately. My gift card got expired and they asked me to write an e-mail to reissue it and I have to wait for 2 days for approval. Too much hassle and stress to use the money in the gift card.

This multi brand outlet is inside Rcity mall. It has an excellent collection of most Indian and International brands. It's a one stop shop for most products from apparel to shoes to inner garments. It has a huge collection of other items like perfumes cosmetic Eyewear etc. We get the full range of products. The salesperson inside the shop are most helpful to select products. They ate very intuitive and helped to make my shopping experience smooth.

It is located in R-City Mall across three floors near main entrance of the mall on right side. Ground floor is for Accessories like perfumes, watches, cosmetics, wallets, belts and travel accessories. Second floor has section for Men’s clothing and Sportswear. Third Floor is occupied by Women’s Clothing and Kids Section. Each floor has billing counter, trial rooms. Goods from large variety of Brands are available. Staff is very helpful. They help in getting right sized cloths also. Billing staff needs to be more fast. Overall Ambience is good. More sitting places should be added. An excellent store to visit offering everything under one roof.

The staff is not very friendly. Often block path while chatting with colleagues and don't bother to give way even when customer is trying to pass through. I literally had to squeeze myself through one such spot.

I can understand keeping/need of perfume and exotic accessories section at front/entry as per retail design but here it's too chaotic(who needs a maze) rest seems ok. Not able to find any good genuine leather belt for females, salesman tried to sale one weaved belt from mens section saying it's unisex 😝

Good Renovated place. Previously they had shoes at ground level, Men's stuff at first floor and kids/ladies stuff at second floor. Now they have refurbished the place and kept gender based stuff at each floor.
