Worst service and worst experience This was the worst experience I've ever had at a center. So, my laptop was having an issue and wouldn't turn on. They told my laptop's motherboard was failing and that it needed to be replaced, and that the fix would cost me 34k. Later, I had it checked out at another service shop, and they only charged me 2.5k. My laptop's motherboard was in perfect working order. They wasted a lot of my time. I wouldn't recommend going to their center unless you have a warranty.

Worst experience ever as a Student!! My laptop was not turning on and I googled the nearest Asus service centre and then I found this shop. They checked my Laptop and told me that my motherboard is not working and that'll cost me 25000 rupees. I was shocked hearing that price. I immediately declined that offer and went to other service centre near me and then they repaired at 2000 rs only (also cleaned my laptop). Beware of such people and read reviews before you visit!!

If there would have been an option to rate in minus, then I would have done that. I had given my gaming laptop for repairing here. The laptop costs ₹62k and the store has charged me ₹60000 to repair. It is still under warranty. It is stupid to even think that someone would pay such a hefty amount to repair a laptop that currently costs 57k on Amazon. After many mails to Asus, my problem still hasn't been solved. A suggestion: Don't buy Asus products. And if already made the mistake, don't go to this particular service center. I have filed a consumer complaint. Looking forward to ajustificable outcome.

Had gone today for repairing the internal speaker for ASUS ROG Laptop. On the entrance I was asked whether the laptop is under warranty as soon as I informed its out of warranty the personnel took me to a different laptop repairing center located 4 shops ahead which was a different repairing store not authorised by Asus and asked to to get it fixed from there. It seems there is a nexus between this center and the other stores for making money from customers. Asus should take a note on this illegal activity and bar them from any laptop repairing of their brand. Paying thousands of rupees for a branded laptop and this dubious after sales service is pathetic. Try to get laptop repaired from some other authorised service center.

Could have given negative rating if possible. One of the worst places to go and I would advise to go to some 3rd party repair shop than this. My laptop was not turning on and they told me that its a motherboard issue and will cost 38,000 to change. I declined the offer and came to collect my laptop and they have scratched up my laptop and when I brought it to their notice they started arguing with me that you did it and you are blaming it on us. We dont care about your laptop and you are not that important to us (even their other staff who took my laptop said there were no scratches). So after all this, I took my laptop back and showed to a 3rd party service center near my house, and best part, they just tightened the screws and my laptop was working all fine. And the service center was quoting 38,000 for this. I feel like going to the police for this as they are clearly cheating customers. If your laptop is out of warranty I would recommend going to a 3rd party store as they will give you the correct solution.

I'm requested for onsite service but from java telecom they told their staff is not available due to covid and at the end I visited java telecom . They have taken more then 45 days to solve my issue and I lost my whole data with any information. I'm using dell,hp also but they are better in service. I faced worst service ever.

So first of all the service is purely biased only if you gonna give a booking amount they will look towards you, half of the things the staff doesn't know what all different payment methods they have everyone says a different one, you call them for enquiry and if you want a callback they wont. Didn't expected from a brand like ASUS such big name and so amazing beast (desktop and laptop) this company has made.

worst experience, they did not resolve any issue, just performed a system format and said the issue was resolved when it was not. Not only that, my laptop had food stains and the whole trackpad was oily. it was said that there was thermal paste applied, but that is not what thermal paste is, and there is no way that there would be thermal paste on the trackpad.

I got better solution, and I am very happy about that. They understand my problem and solve within an hour thanks.

wrong shop no. for ASUS laptop service. it is shop no. 16 2nd floor. Total chaos and poor management

Not at all satisfied. They sent me a replacement quotation of 70k whereas that job outside cost me just 6k.

worst service if your device is out of warranty then don't go there they will send you bill like your actual device price.its wastage of money as well as time.

The entire staff is illiterate. I wanted them to help me repair my phone, but in the diagnosis they replied to me telling me my laptop needs repairs. Additionally, for a component that costs 18k, they charged me Rs. 55k. Later, they said there is an issue with my keyboard. I don't know why is ASUS collaborating with such idiots who don't understand how to treat their customers. It's simple business rule, treat your customers with respect and help them with kindness, the customers will keep giving you more business and give you better reviews. But some idiots are self-obsessed. They simply don't understand the importance of valuing their customers. Anyway, I mean to say all this to ASUS and not its staff. Although the staff seriously needs training, but ASUS should improve their hiring standards. In short, DON"T TRUST THEM and THEIR SERVICES! THEY are PATHETIC!

It is multiple service centre in one & they just eat your 6 hours to 4 hours sitting. So better do all your other activities than go there & that to before 4:00pm else they don't accept new token.

Best supportive staff also provide additional information regarding our devices, both the front the desk were very supportive. Thankyou Java telecom.

Worst Service Centre They Didn't Fixed Mine Laptop Issue and charge for them. having problem of Heating Issue, it didn't fix and they open my display without knowing and they may be replaced my display and having issue with problem now...and without knowing they are saying your motherboard has damaged it will cost 60k ..

Let your laptop die in peace rather than bringing it over here. Sarcasm in the tone of the employee, they'll make you wait for hours and then will be asking for more time. Worst and worst place . No sincerity, no punctuality. I REPEAT DON'T VISIT HERE LET YOUR LAPTOP DIE BUT DON'T BRING IT HERE

I had a good experience every time I visited but this time I was a bit upset cause I was said to get my laptop within 6 days but received it 3 days late after servicing. Other than that the staff are respectful and talk politely.
