Ordered one cake.. Not delivered on time.. All customers care numbers are either out of network or busy... Worst service ever I got

We tried the French Vanilla flavour. The salesperson said it would have a coconut filling. Honestly, coconut flavour was so subtle, no one could identify. The taste overall was good but not what was expected.

Ribbons and ballons nice cake shop u get all party items with cakes and veg pattice browinee pastry at a same place even u can purchase khari toast wafers lovely they r chocolates cakes are fresh and staff is good any branch is good at sakinaka its awsome at metro sakinaka junction

If you like eggless pastry than its worth visiting. They sell non veg snacks but all the cakes and pastries they sell are eggless so I was bit confused if it's a fully vegetarian food shop or non-veg.

Mai took choco mocha pastry with ribbon and balloon my little child who is 5 years old had fugas in the whole pastry after eating half of the pastry mai saw after 2 hours my 5 year old started vomiting my child did something what if i was about to finish or i would have liked to reply

Lots of variety with reasonable price... Cakes are also tastey...

I ordered many times cake from ribbons and ballons powai with fire candle the delivery boy did not give fire candle this is third time happed with me.they don't have manners how to talk with customer and 1 more thing they charge delivery charges under 1 km this is very bad experience.

Reasonably priced, hygiene and tasty cakes, pastries, and many more. They take care of every detail for home/office party orders.

We visit this place at least 3-4 times a week to have pastries but let me tell you the snacks are also delicious!!

In Galleria it is the best bakery amid all the hyped ones...great pastries and the chicken puff is to die for. The staff too are extremely courteous. Kudos to the team.

I ordered a black forest cake, what I got delivered was some cake full of cherry and pink cream inside, that too 1.30 hour late delivery which kept kids waiting in party for cake to arrive. It was even tasty, I have ordered many times from different stores of ribbons and balloons, this is the wrost so far, also ordered cupcake which too were delivered late but tasted good. Overall bad experience, won't recommend, won't repeat.

I love Ribbons and Balloons pastry and cakes. Esp chocolate cakes..why? Because they are not dense like most bakeries. They have this wonderful texture to their cake that is very filling and light at the same time and the cream is lovely with just the right amount of chocolate layering. They have a good range of flavors, not many but sensible range. The savouries were good at one time but don't interest me much now. It is more bread than filling. They had a lovely spinach paneer roll and lovely quiche but is missing from their menu now. Potato chips are of good quality . Overall nice and I hope they stay afloat amidst rising competition. For me, it's Ribbons and Balloons for great taste and complete value for money..

Cakes taste good, but then this is RnB I am not here to rate RnB since any RnB cake will taste good in any RnB shop. I will rate this on the basis of shopkeepers' attitude. They seem a bit judgemental and condescending. Answer what's asked. Also not everyone coming to your toilet sized 3x6 ft (circulation space) shop will be wearing Burberry and park a 'Bayerische Motoren Werke AG' outside, if I had those I'd straight away order them cakes at my doorstep....but surely not from RnB then. Powai me ho, Peddar Road pe nahi. Kahi bhi raho humble raho.

This Ribbons and Balloons outlet is located opposite to Haiko Mall in the area of Hiranandani Gardens. They serve good variety of both veg and non veg pastries and savouries. The veg fruit muffin is fresh,soft and yummy. The ambience of the outlet is good but due to small size of the outlet their is no seating space. The staff are very polite and efficient. The service recieved is fast and nice.

Nice shop , very different type of cake

The cakes and pastries are very rich in taste and quality. Cakes and pastries don't have too much of bread like other cake shops which is the best part of this place. They've non-veg and veg. snacks options as well which are fresh and are very appetizing. Price of affordable and it matches the quality, taste and quantity you get in return. Service is quick but the staff is a bit arrogant and that's the thing they can work on to improve the overall customer experience.
