Please do not buy any thing from this store. Especially furniture. We wasted 1 lac by buying a bed from here. The hydraulics got spoilt within 3 months and we have been following up with the store but there is no response whatsoever. WHATEVER HAPPENS PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I had asked them to get a clothing piece for me and call me when it arrives, they did. But I wasn't able to go and pick it up due to personal reasons and I live some 6km away. So j thought I could arrange for a WeFast courier to go pickup for me and get it delivered. So I called the store to confirm this and also an online payment option. They couldn't confirm this simple issue and said they'll callback. Haven't heard from yet and when I call the store, my call doesn't even go through. It just gives a blank tone. What does this mean? Seriously! From the stars I gave, I gave one extra just for the woman employee from the store who was polite enough to call when the product arrived.

There are brand experiences that delight you. And then there are brand experiences that barely deliver the minimum service for which you paid. FabIndia's online experience, I'm afraid, creates a whole new category of experience: one that will have you ripping out your hair in frustration. A simple online order was placed on 11th October 2020 with them for 3 items of clothing as a Durga Puja gift to my parents. The first frustrating decision is that FabIndia chose to ship those 3 items in 3 separate packages. The second frustrating decision is that FabIndia, a supposedly classy brand, chooses to do business with the likes of Ecom Express, a courier firm that has a truckload of 1-star ratings on Google, mostly because it's impossible to give 0 stars. The third frustrating decision is that FabIndia doesn't have a customer care department, rather it seems like it has a 3-line Python script running on what I imagine to be a dilapidated Windows 95 machine on a dial-up connection to reply to any incoming email. Regardless of how. many. times. you. email them. The net result is that if you stay outside India and want to gift someone anything through FabIndia, you'd better plan and order it at least a couple of months in advance. Or better, set up a third party intermediary to aggregate the different shipments coming in from FabIndia and forward them as necessary. Might cost you a few crores, but hey, worth it to save the embarrassment.

A great place to shop for clothes. You will find it difficult to choose as every item here is beautiful. The cost is high though, but yet worth it!

I love their collection. Their staff is super helpful and nice. Ask them to recommend bestsellers and they give some good advice.

Very helpful staff with wide variety of options and sizes to choose from. They have clothes for all sizes. They even have sizes which you can’t find in any ordinary cloth store.

Of all the fab India outlets I have visited, the one in Ambiance mall in New Delhi and this one in Rcity mall remain the best of the lot. The outlet is on 2nd floor, opposite W store. The store is supremely spacious and the variety is there for all to see. They have section catering to kids as well as adults. There are plenty of options apart from clothes for gifting as well as toiletries. Lovely experience.

Great collection. Some pieces are unreasonably high priced though few are actually worth. Makes me think who'll buy a regular cotton beige kurta for 4200 bucks. Loved their beige pants albeit and bought the same.

Horrible selection of products, overpriced, poor customer service. The staff is least interested in selling. You can get the same stuff elsewhere at much cheaper rates and better quality.

Very good collection is there currently due to Diwali. Their goods are classy, size is a little bigger, so need to be tried before buying. Price is high and maintaing the looks after wash is a problem. But the place is worth a visit.

Always love to shop here. One of the best in class.

FabIndia at R City Mall – a place where customer service takes a back seat. During my visit, Seema’s (a staff of FabIndia) attitude made the whole experience rather unpleasant. Mocking customers for taking their time and making exchanges is not the kind of service one expects from a brand like FabIndia.
