I’m glad I came across this little supermarket. Perfect location for all locals and tourists to pick up everything you possibly need. The price you pay outside for a drink you’d literally get 3/4 day supply of goods here. Extremely friendly staff, very welcoming and willing to help if you needed assistance. When entering the shop I could not see any baskets, maybe they want people to take a trolley for what you call “indulge buying” the bigger your trolley is your more than likely going to want to fill it up. True story 🙌🏼 Good experience. Great prices 💯

I am an overseas visitor & happen to come into your store today.,.. Worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life!! Especially the staff members on the front Registers. No manners at all! And so rude. I was totally shocked 😳... All of your staff members act as though they really don't want to be there!! They're lucky to have a job! All the floor staff members just stand around chatting in groups & don't even move out of your way so as you can Shop. The manager Of this store should be ashamed!. No wonder your businesses in India do not excel or grow bigger! Your store actually brings down the whole experience of this Shopping centre! GET WITH THE 21st CENTURY Reliance Smart as you are definitely not a SMART Company!!

Visited this place and while shopping (self service) it was good experience but when we visited bill counter then that experience was not good. I purchase 1 t-shirt and tag was missing for that t-shirt so they put our billing on hold for 10 mints then they got confirmation and real rate was 449 after offer but they have taken 499. We already wasted 30 mints and exhausted so just asked once then billing person purposely ignored us so we left counter and paid 50 rs extra just because they were unable to find tag or price so they randomly entered amount in bill. However t-shirt quality is good.

Online Purchase Experience is Horrible After Full Payment I have wait for 2-3 Days & they Automatically Cancelled My Order and when I call- Customer care representative they Don't Care about customers No One Accept they Fault even we have to Wait 7 days for Refund the Money, I will Never ever Recommend to Anyone to Buy something from Reliance Online Grocery app, There are So Many apps witch will Give you Same day Delivery as well as Good Prices, Reliance is Chiter & Fraud Company

Everything is super fine except some of your staff... Me and my fiance visited today; in one section there was a body spray, but it was nowhere written that "testing is not allowed." The moment we tried, three oversmart staff members appeared there and very rigidly told us testing is not allowed, so you have to buy this. Not wasting a single minute, we were forced to take that spray, which was just 99... On top of that, when we walked away and turned again,they were laughing and saying something to each other. The most interesting thing is that after billing, we thought of talking to a shift in-charge or to a manager, but the manager was not available, nor did anyone have the concern's contact number. Then we checked with the doorman, who was basically a very young North Indian guy, who took us to a person behind the checking counter. We were amazed when we waited there for almost 5 minutes and Mr. Gunaseker, if I am not mistaken, whose name we came to know from the door lady, didn't even lift his laces to acknowledge us. Such a wonderful service. And at last we left, but nobody bothered. Please check your CCTV footage from 5 to 6 p.m. around... Dated 19.08.23.

Making a fool out of people. The discounted price mentioned on the display of a product is just to fool people you'll be fooled if you do not pay attention while billing as the price is not the same and usually more than the display price. Pathetic way of fooling people !

Reliance Digital is at Ground Floor of Phoenix Mall in Kurla. We first visited Croma outlet. We have to buy latest ear phones ( Dots). Price in Croma was 2800. Same ear phones cost us 2500 in Reliance. Reliance always gives better deal as compared to Croma. Even their staff is also very cooperative. I forgot initial name of that fellow. His Sir name was Gupta. He helped us a lot. Billing section didn't take much time. In short it was good experience.

I really loved this place. It is budget friendly. You can find almost everything and they offer you variety in everything. Good deals. It is situated in Phoenix market City LG level. The only drawback is you have to walk to the other end if you are entering from the maingate. Bus stop is just outside the main gate. Auto is also easily available. It has vegetables and fruits also along with groceries and household items, kitchen items, etc. Staff is friendly.

Good spread and almost all varieties available for shopping but the staff is quiet less available on the floor for guidance

Given time of open 9am and we make shedule according buy till 9.35 we r waiting, its not open, there is no value of time of customer, in mumbai time is price less , not happy

The billing centre is a mess, rest is ok. Hygiene is little maintained well. Must go to their 7/11 Mini shop for snacks. It's a good idea for people who are tired with hectic shopping and want to cool down for sometime.

Not really a big supermarket as the choices can be limited but you may get all that you need there

Good quality stuff (groceries, clothing, etc) to buy with good offers, there were multiple options to select the good ones.

So many interesting offers are running now buy 1 get 1 and 2 Etc., So go get grab something you needed. Too much rush in the counters we have to wait almost 20 to 30mins in que to get billed. When coming out near the exit the popcorn counter is there the popcorn very tasty and flavourful. so try the popcorn three different sizes are available 30rs, 50rs and 80rs small one.

Adequately organized store and had a decent selection of products, but some items were out of stock. The staff was friendly, but not particularly knowledgeable about the products. The prices were average, but not necessarily the best in comparison to other stores. The checkout process was slow. While the store had some positive aspects, it did not quite live up to my expectations.

Relience smart point is one of the best and reasonable shopping Mart in Phoenix Mall. I went there to buy some clothes and got to know that there are a lot of discount given on the clothes. Nice place to shop grocery and daily items.

Experience is always good... But the bag they sell that us large size one the quality is very poor

This airoli store is quite good and big. U will get 99% of stuff here.overall good for shopping on one rooftop.

While doing gorcerries shopping and other stuffs shopping I only choose 2 super markets either Dmart or Relaince Smart Both have a very good variety of products with a good price range. One thing I like most in Relaince Smart is they offer 1KG sugar for some sum range of producrlt u purchase Which is not present in Dmart
