Should update that store is closed. In heavy rain and traffic we went upto gate and then security guard informed store is closed. No more information such as temporary closed or permanent closed etc.

We ordered this dining table with chairs. Though the delivery was delayed a lot, the installation went smoothly by Sundeep Burse. There was a some finishing issues with chairs which they have assured us to resolve in a day by sending a technician for the same.

The store at LBS is closed until August 15 .. as informed by the security guard. Why don't you guys update the status on Google to make everyone aware before they plan a visit. Very disappointing.

They delivered me a damaged bed with paint chipped off on the edges. It was a costly bed of 75k and when I complained about it they sent a person who painted white colour over a cream colour bed. I asked him to remove the white paint as it was looking off in the cream, then he used a green cloth with thinner and now there is green stains over the edge which won't come off even after trying everything. When I complained about it customer care agent started shouting at me and misbehaved. When I said that I will complain against him , he said he doesn't care. I don't recommend them

Hello everyone... I would suggest never to buy anything from this so called Home Town... Everything seems only polish looks items with fake quantity without durability period. But yes by rate wise it is too much expensive but quality wise very poor. We had ordered a six chair dining table but when the guest who sat on one of the chair, it broke... Which was a shock.... It was an embarrassing moment... Very poor customer service when complaint is raised no response they will tell call here , and there. No replacement and refund services... if product is defect they will do patch up work.. and give the product...

That was a good mall i visited brand factory here. Thosr who don't know Brand factory is for clothes only . clothes here are branded and with some discount that usually you don't get in every mall so according to my opinion visit at least one time . And the outside view is also good there is one fountain also that looks nice to me and there is enough space to seat outside . I personally like the wooden varnished bench .

We do not recommend Hometown for interiors. Quality is pathetic Scope of work they say and actually they recover is too much difference. Finishing is Bakwas as some road side labour they might have got Fake people Fake promises fake work Worstest experience

Pathetic Service, Poorest quality and unprofessionalism. Material not as on paper. Unaccountability and poor carpentry work. Pathetic aesthetical understanding. Wastage of material, manpower and money. My humble request is don’t get your home interior done by them. While getting business they will give you fake promises and then these people will make your dream home turn into a disaster. I suggest go for interiors who are in their startup process.

Can't give below 1 star rating else I would have opted for that.. I bought a shoe rack and they took 8 days to deliver and they promised it will be assembled with 2 days but no one came and we are fed up of calling customer service they again and saying it will be done today but no one shows up.. I will not recommend anyone buy any furniture from hometown.

Ordered a springfit mattress which was supposed to be delivered in 10-12 days. They didn't show up on the promised delivery date, when contacted hometown, they said the customer asked for future delivery which is completely false. They gave me the next promised delivery date, to which springfit called me and said on the same day that due to the product being damaged we cannot send it to you. And now, hometown person does not reply to my calls and messages. This is completely unprofessional & unethical. It's been 16 days now, payment has been made fully I'm advance and this is how they treat their customers.

I was amazed at that fact that HomeTown did not take a single penny to get it assembled. The best part - I had to just drop an email and rest all was handled by the HomeTown. No follow up and no calls. Super stuff and true professional. The two workers who came were masked up and were wearing gloves. Did their job in 10mins. Perfect fitting and professionally executed.

The best experience I have got from Home Town. It’s fabulous service. The showroom display module is awesome. Mr Rohan singh (Department manager)has given the best Service to us. Whenever I called, in recent days he always picked up my call and respond me with a very polite manner and smile Even during holidays, he provided service. The staff is too excellent. They know each product details and whatever I asked questions they have given the whole explanation. The last but not the least is billing counter. When I moved into a new unfurnished rental in October I searched for quality furniture to do up my home. I just could not find choice of coordinated furniture anywhere else but in Home Town. Mr Dhirendra Tiwari was the salesperson who attended us. His patience and quiet nature ensured we made the right choices. Today, if I have to go to HomeTown I first check if Mr Tiwari is there and then only plan my visit. The furniture especially coordinated bedroom sets are top notch. There is everything for every budget. My only grouse is with the billing process, which is damn slow and the whole mechanism of delivery-assembly, which can range anything from a week to 15 days. If you visit Home Town Vikhroli do ask for Mr Dhirendra Tiwari!

I visited HomeTown 247 business park for a car wash service which is there in the basement car parking of this facility. The guy named Guddu does the job very nicely n thoroughly.. car washing n cleaning is done professionally..
