I guess the sales person work here on there mood and treat customers badly. Have purchased phones from here many times but this time it was a worst experience where in the sales person threw tantrum while explaining the 2 phones i.e. 11 and 11R. Since both the phones have very less differences at the 1st glance we had our doubts but he didn't wanted to listen and just wanted to rant what's taught to them regarding phone as if he was tired doing it. One plus... You are lossing your hold.

Worst experience ever. They have my phone lying at their service centre from 9 days for just a screen replacement! I need to constantly take follow up for my repair status. I am from marketing industry, they need to understand that mobile device a really important part of one's profession or personal life. Thankfully I had third party screen protection insurance, so my cost of repair was getting covered but for that also I had to follow up with third party for their approval on estimation. Post approval from third party these guys weren't even aware that they have recieved approval. For that they took another day. Really fed up with the service. Now they aren't receiving my calls. I need to know the status of my phone repair!

I have a one plus 8 phone for the last 2 years now . Naturally i wanted a C type cable for charging as the current one was damaged. The store which is so fancy but has no accessories at all. I wanted to upgrade to your latest model but if you guys can't provide any accesories then why should one upgrade. Plus the store person was quite rude , looks like he is only intrested if someone is willing to buy a phone . Please train them properly. His idea was to buy a type C cable of a different company, so basically telling me to buy duplicate accesories. Amazing

The staff is rude. They just don't care about the customer. If you wanna buy then buy and if not just go someplace else. They are not at all interested in the customer's needs. I recently purchased a OnePlus11R from Pune (JM Road) experience center and found the staff to be quite helpful. But here they were completely opposite. Pathetic service.

Very very bad customer experiences- I guess the sales person work here according to there mood , No doubt company products will be good But before that i believe company/store (branch) need to work on there employees, The way they speak with customer is totally insulting and rude language and this is my today experiance, Definitely in future if my friend/family, I am think to have more OnePlus product but i will won't recommend them,just because of today experience. first store need to have good employees to get good customer .

My led screen of one plus 7 came off automatically without any mishaps. Took it to the service center they asked me to pay 10k to replace the entire screen. They are like do it or else we can't help you. So they aren't solution-driven which made me disappointed. Gum issues are the company's problem and not the customer's. The next thing we know one plus will start selling Gums with chargers for their phones. So now after their customer service behavior, I am shifting to Apple again!

The sales guys have poor knowledge about their own products. I ended up educating them about their products. I was given incorrect resale value of my current phone. The sales guys blatently told me " some One plus products are not available here but are available on 3rd party websites online. Not even on our official website or app. Coz people don't buy from our official shop but from other websites, thats how we don't have these products here" i was shocked when i heard that. So my friends....if you want to buy OnePlus products.....buy it online...the store doesn't have anything and definitely don't care to sell it to you.

Very bad experience..Purchased a 70K TV. Remote is not working within 2 yrs. Cost of Remote 2500. Which is not available. Takes 2-3 months for the stock. That also not sure.. no one is helpful. Staff itself says TV service centre is bad here. Mobile service is quick. Why should we Trust One Plus.

Nothing much just but when I visited the OnePlus store of Seawoods Grand Central their executive were so busy in showing product to other customer that when I asked them about particular product they didn't feel attentive. Maybe it was last hr of store and by attending the customer whole day they fell exhausted. And that's ok but just need to work little on that.

I wanted to buy OP 10 Pro, so I visited the store 2-3 times to enquire about the phone but I was everytime disappointed with the behaviour of salesperson. As if they were not interested to sell me the phone. Each and every time I asked them, they said the phone was not available. Also they were not telling me the features of the phone. Finally i bought the phone from Vashi store. My experience was really bad with Seawoods store.

In the times of online shopping with many good offers on the product , when people visit the store for purchase it should be noted that some additional free features be offered , surely you will earn a 5 star rating .

Give more details about the phone and its price at the table that would be helpful Because the salesman here is sometimes not interested to explain you the specifications about the product The salesmen at reliance digital and other similar stores gave. A better explanation

I visited oneplus store on 27 October with intention to purchase oneplus 11 5G as day prior i have inquired about offer to sales person. I came with icici card to avail offer. The moment we stepped in and started selecting color security person came and told us store is closing. No salesperson bothered to attend customer. Very pathetic service. Salesperson is very dull, feels like he's just there. Whether you want to buy or you have some query, doesn't bother him at all. It felt as if we came univited to the store. Only thing he does is will give you his phone to enter the detail once you have made up your mind about the purchase.

My friend asked them to repair her one plus nord. They said it would cost 43 thousand to fix the phone.. and the phone when bought costed nearly 32k. She got her phone fixed from a local shop at just 3k and now it's working just fine !!

Very poor staff. None of the executives were bothered to come and check the requirement and explain the products. The behaviour was kinda rude and cold instead. Oneplus should just make this store a window shopping center.

I went to the store looking for the latest model one plus 10 Pro , the configuration of 12gb ram, 128gb rom wasn't available there. Salesperson said this model would be in stock by 11th or 12th of May22 n would let us know once in stock. Never received a callback however on calling the store no they answered very rudely saying this model isn't there and have no idea when it would be available. They sound as if customer who's calling is asking the phone for free and they have too many clients to serve to.

The OnePlus service centre can be better described as a OnePlus collection centre. There was no technician present; and the staff was, without thinking, asking the customers to leave their mobiles and collect after 6 days. They were unconcerned about the kind of inconvenience this delay would cause their customers. My personal view is that OnePlus should cease all operations in India, till they improve the aftersales aspect of their business.

It is located in seawoods grand central mall. On the ground floor, you found both one plus selling store and service center. you can usually spend around 2 hrs depending on the crowd and issue. Also before visiting please backup your mobile data.

We can get all the updated products here The person there is also very good in nature they provide all the information you need regarding the product. I bought the tv from here they explained all the features before we bought it. Will recommend to purchase one plus product from here.

Worst place ever to visit,the que is very long,no proper response,query is not resolved, promised thing for particular period of time and timelines are not followed, common issues faced are of one plus bullet Z earphones, we see atleast 5-10 people with common problems. Oneplus is so much on cost cutting, they have hired goons instead of trained employees. People here are wolf in sheep's cloth. If you don't believe go and have a visit.

It was my first time visit ti any kind of service centre of mobiles phone. It was great experience about hospitality for there customers.

The staff is very rude , disrespectful and unprofessional. Their attitude towards customer is like if you wanna buy , buy or go to some other place , they dont care. Specially one of them was very arrogant when I asked him about some specification and features of the phone his tone was always rude, when i confronted him he had a worse attitude like you can leave if you want to . Oneplus please look into it.
