When you come to this place you will be greeted with rudeness and non cooperative staff. Some of my observations are below: 1) Not sure if we are getting our kids in a school of sort as for no reason they charge admission fees of 50 rupees. Why would someone charge admission fees even though you are paying for all the activities. 2) If someone wants to drink water one has to go upstairs on 1st floor. Getting there requires one to wear socks. Why would you want someone to wear socks there. What if someone does not have socks. Do mes the management expect their guests without water. Great planning. Water charge here is more as compared to what you get from outside. As per government directive no shops can charge more for water. 3) Of course you can get water for free too but there is a catch in it. DRINK TAP WATER. To top it the staff is not ashamed to serve tap water here. Attached photo. 4) To top it up the staff does not know how to speak with customers. They are very rude. If asked a question they would just say that its the management decision. Train ur staff to talk properly and courteously. 5) Management needs to consider their customers and plan accordingly. Small things like keeping water below might make a customer happy. Management is hidden as secret operatives. If asked by staff who is the owner they say sorry we cannot disclose that. Maybe god is running this place. Think before you go and plan accordingly. Cheers,

Excellent place to inoculate rock climbing bug in kids. My kids enjoyed and did all activities at least twice. Staff in main activity area is friendly and courteous. They help the kids if stuck. Safety measures are good. More guidance is needed for building activity where kids jump down from building. All kids I saw got dashed while coming down. Same thing can't be said about cafe staff, it seems they cant handle large group efficiently. There was a birthday party of 10-12 kids and cafe staff couldn't give me coffe due to it. Quite a blot to otherwise excellent experience. Either management is faulty or customer engagement is lacking Any way charges are 650 for 2 hrs on weekend , which was quite enough for all activities. In weekdays its 550 So choose your timings. It has different types of rock climbing , from easy to tough. They are fun. Aerial adventure is in 2 level , easy and tough. All activities can also be done by adults. In all good place to visit. Socks are must Shoes are provided by centre. In all great fun place for outdoor enjoying kids, who love to climb....

SOCKS ARE REQUIRED. Visited let’s play with 3 years n 5 years old. kids 5+ will definitely enjoy Place is neat and clean. I think Tuesday they have happy hour deal where kids can play unlimited for the evening Kids get to do physical activity

Amazing experience to be had in thane/Mumbai. Total value for money for kids as well as adults! There are many kinds of rock climbing and rope activities. (Pictures) The staff were friendly and helped us out whenever needed. Pricing: (as per july) 500 for 1 and a half hour (weekdays) 600 for 1 and a half hours (weekend) *Basically one and a half hour is enough to get you exhausted* 30 for socks (if you dont have your own) 1 of the climb is restricted (mid air jump) and requires additional 100/-

Very good adventure play area for 5 years and above.

it's a development for children my daughter went to let's play by school picnic she enjoyed with her friends it was a great park adventure to her it made her day special!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent activity area for kids and adults.... The time flies while you are at the various activity areas in this place. Kids and adults both can enjoy their time here. The staff is helpful and courteous.

Good place for kids to play. Indoor rock climbing and other fun stuff.

‘Let’s play’ is an indoor adventure play zone. It is well maintained n all the safety measures are taken.Socks r mandatory for kids as well as adults accompanying them in the play area.Children enjoy the variety of climbing attractions and other challenges.However, during rush hour especially weekends, there was rush n the kids have to wait for their turns at some of activities.the number of attendants were less.Overall a good experience but they need to come up with some solutions especially during rush hour since the activity session is time bonded.
