Amazing ambiance, good presentation, ok taste and textures. The duck while tasty lacked a crisp while the inside was a bit too dry. Sign that it was prepared ahead of time. The issue is that in a busy restaurant certain prep has to be done ahead of time to keep up, but the taste we receive should always seem fresh.

Hakkasan maintains the high label of cuisine and service. Food and staff was great and keeping the great name the have build. Congrats 👏 surprisingly full for a Friday lunch.

On a scale of 1 to 10 , I would give it a two star only. The ambiance was wonderful and the presentation of the food was very well however the taste was not upto the mark. Food had too much of salt and we also complained to the staff who was handling our table. They need to make sure to take care of the taste for atleast a signature restaurant like this.The noodles also were a bit hard and thick than normal. This place has to recheck the taste. We would not come back to dine again at this place.

The restaurant doesn't provide anything from their side. Even a roadside dhaba or some small eatery provides fennel seeds or salad which are complementary. I have been to other restaurants which provides chocolates which are complementary. When someone goes to such a good restaurants he/ she expects something which will make their experience better. They could have provided some fennel seeds atleast at the end. Food taste was very good and the staff behaviour was very polite. It is expected from such kind of restaurants but the experience was okay, not something to mention specially.

Wanted to visit this place for long. It is certainly a fine dine place with attention paid to details. The ambience is dim but soothing, no loud music, staff is very polite (Kulwinder our table lead was very good) and food is good too (pricy as you can expect). It’s a complete package for that special occasion and worth a visit. The chocolate delice was amazing.

As part of a business dinner, we enjoyed very tasty cocktails and drinks as well as a delicious Cantonese Dinner. Though looking rather normal from the outside, the interior is beautiful and the staff has been very attentive!

I would first describe "Hakkasan" as a place which creates ravishingly beautiful experience. It's not just a restaurant. The whole place has a cherry blossom and indigo vibe to it. And they maintain a beautiful glass kitchen. You may see your dimsums being prepared in wooden steamer. Our favorites were Classic Hakka Steam Dimsum Platter and Chocolate Delice with Belgium Chocolate Ice-Cream. The spicy prawns were in some sort of ambrosial sauce with almonds. The Chicken and Egg Fried Rice complimented well with it. Kudos to the entire team!!

My friend took me to the Amazing place! An awesome ambience with positive vibe. First time seen the Cantonese Menu and yummy ducks....! The bar and bartenders are amazing with their skills ! Excellent place to relish Chinese food!

Nice cozy place and tables are well spaced to give you privacy with seating comfort. 1480 per person is their set menu without alcohol. Dishes are listed and looking at the same first feel was that it will be too much to eat, but the portions are so well defined that there is choice and taste with just the right quantity in each serving. We were three and opted for different things from the set menu choices and then shared amongst us, giving us a chance to taste every available option. Staff is very courteous, professional, well groomed and there is valet parking. Lunch closes at 4pm and though we reached at 2:30pm we could relax, talk and eat till 4. But last order is before 3pm so don't be too late. Preferably call and book upfront. If in doubt, do ask the staff and their guidance was worth to understand and then make the right choice to suite one's pallete.

I went to Hakkasan with a group of friends, and I'm so glad we did. The restaurant is located in a beautiful fancy building in the heart Bandra, and it has a very classy ambience. The staff were all dressed professionally, but still friendly and welcoming—they made me feel like they knew my name. The food was delicious! We ordered some duck, which wad so light that it seemed to melt in my mouth. We also got regular dishes, which was served with fresh vegetables and dumplings. It's definitely an expensive restaurant, but it's worth every penny if you're looking for something fancy that will impress your friends or family members.

I came out witt a smile on my face and I could hear a happy groan from my belly. The food is typical Asian but the presentation and taste are lifted to another level. The food was quite sad, did not feel fresh and the flavour was not as it used to be. Huge fan but lost its touch post pandemic. The service is still great but it’s useless since the food can’t live up. Left without having mains. The staff was courteous enough to ask but there’s so many options to try, one doesn’t visit a restaurant again if disappointed.

They make you feel special but it's only because they are going to charge such high prices for food and drinks. Such little Quantity of food made my head rolling at such high price. My favourite restaurant. I visited 3 times and the food was excellent. Pancakes are my favourite here. I tried 'Lamb'orghini burger and it was awesome. I also tried 'honey Mustard Chicken' and I liked it. I also tried 'Peach Iced Tea' and I definitely suggest you. Coffee is also good. French fries are also not like the regular ones you get in all restaurants.

What a fantastic restaurant! The vibe here is really cool and modern, with dim lighting and purple colours setting the scene and the beats of house music filling the dining area. The long bar along one way is a great space to wait for a table with a drink and the range available is vast. The staff are all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the dishes available. As a fairly large group we weren’t made to feel rushed settling at the table and being rather indecisive it was nice for the staff to offer recommendations, and we ended up with a large number of sharing dishes for the whole table rather than individual meals. Each of the dishes brought was incredible, both in terms of flavours and the presentation and I'd have happily made my way through the whole menu if I could. While I wasn’t always certain of what I was eating having not seen the menu, I’d have recommended everything! The toilets are in super condition, attended by other member of staff which can feel a little too much when he’s handing you paper towels at the sink, but it certainly shows the high end nature of the place. Overall it was a fantastic meal here and I’d happily return, and also am encouraged to try some of the other venues in the chain.

Consistently one of the better restaurants in the city. It's become a Brunch staple for my family and I. I always look forward to the Cocktails and Set Menu meal they come up with every now and then. The ambience is a little on the darker side for my taste especially since I consider Hakkasan to be more of a sit-down restaurant. Pretty hyped for it's experience, food wasn't extravagant for the price we paid. Basic cocktails are extremely expense too. Sure to burn a hole in your pocket. Portion size is wayyy too small. We don't mind the price you ask but 3 tiny dimsums in a portion is a joke and embarassment!

A fabulous dining experience. Hakkasan pleasantly surprised and charmed me. The ambience is one to be experienced, the lighting is unique. Drinks and food were okay. But a special mention to the prawn dishes we ordered that day. Prawns fresh and very well flavored with herbs and sauces. The Chinese tea served at the end was a cherry on the cake. Another mention, the staff let us cut our own cake and eat it here. It was a double celebration that was done perfectly. Thank you team of Hakkasan for making it so special for all of us.

The food was of low quality and sweet in taste.. the quantity viz a viz the price was a rip off.. the food quantity sufficed 1 person. So when 2 people are dining we have to end up ordering 2 portions - 1 for each. Plus the mock meat (soya) was rubbery having no taste at all.

What a brilliant restaurant that I took too long to visit. Fabulous service and food that is interesting but familiar. Hakkasan captures the best version of Cantonese food in Mumbai with flavours that you will feel compelled to share with your friends and family. Great place for all kinds of settings. My much awaited visit to Hakkasan was to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. This is a perfect place to celebrate special occasions. The ambience right from the entrance is very pleasing. You are greeted right at the entrance and all the way to the restaurant. The decor is refreshing and each table has its privacy. The bar is heavily stocked and looks awesome. We tried variety of cocktails and food and I give full marks to the food. Our server was very helpful in helping us chose the right combination of veg and non veg food. Dumpling platter is a good way to start and try different varieties. Hakkatini, signature cocktails and Signature Hakka noodles are must try. Don’t leave without trying some dessert. Amazing experience and we had such an awesome family time. Thank you team Hakkasan, will see you again soon.
