Cream centre has always been go to place for us but this outlet at Rcity has been the worst experience We could ever have. We ordered for onion rings , chole bhature which was totally not worth the taste and price on top of it we couldnโ€™t consume the same because it was sooooooo oily and tasteless. When we called in for the manager he was not available and Team lead Shafaq was not guilty at all about what was served to us. Then we called in for the Chef so Shafaq introduced us to Ajay as the chef who is actually a trainee chef there and was not able to explain why such food was being served to us. How do you except an outlet to function without the main chef and manager around? Waiter Bharat was a little kind person we came across at the outlet orelse the outlet has disappointed us the most. Would never recommend anyone to be around. Worst experience we ever had. Its a request to stop serving such bad food to the guest . Cream centre has a brand value and with all you guys around it wouldnโ€™t work the way it should

Food was okiesh... The menu was really different. A bit on the expensive side but worth the money. The ambience was cool and on time food serving. Good for one time visit and their chola bhatura experience which they serve hot and tastes good. The only drawback is they don't have a washbasin for washing hands.

We had to wait for about 10 mins considering it was a Sunday afternoon. The waiters were well groomed and polite but muttered a foreign language (we couldn't understand what our waiter was saying and had to ask him to repeat himself). I thought the portions of 2 out of the 3 dishes we ordered was less considering the cost. I ordered the Channa Batura and was throughly happy to make a glut of myself as I swiped the bowls clean all by myself. You, that was the value for money dish of the 3. My only complaint is that the Batura was too big for the plate and kept touching the table (its not like the have time to clean the tables properly between services, I strongly suggest they should. Folded the Batura twice, problem solved) The other 2 were the Ragda Pattice & the Pav Bhaji. I didn't taste the R.P., the Bhaji tasted a bit burnt.

Cream Centre has its own fan following and I am one of them. To revisit my old memories I recently visited this place and I was disappointed. The Chole Bhature ( signature dish) was not good. The Amritsari Panner paratha was half cooked. The only dish that had great taste, was Panner tikka however the price killed it. Overall the experience was not so great as the service was also very bad.

Place was crowded, you have to wait ~30 mins over weekend. However they don't take phone number, so you have to be there to ensure your chances. Food was good, their famous ragda patties was must try, they have variety of sizzlers. Good potion for 2 people. However their drinks were not upto the mark. They do charge extra 5% service charge, so read details before going here. Overall good vegetarian place to eat. Edit - We have recently tried their monchow soup and pan fried noodles. And it was amazing , not much spicy , perfect taste. Portion size was good for 2 people Their service has definitely improved. shafaqut was very polite and friendly. Thanks for serving.

Cream centre traces its origins to Chowpatty. It is the evolution of the chaat culture from the iconic Mumbai beach that has led to its signature dish, the Channa Bhatura. The sheer size of the bhatura (from a time where visual delightful food items were a rarity) is what excites the appetite. And the distinct taste of channa (with its amalgam of home-made, specifically curated spices) simply completes the meal perfectly ! At R-City Mall, Ghatkopar West, the Creme Center's just a year old new center has the proper ambience, right illumination, pleasing hospitality and great service for a memorable dinning experience. I would like to highlight the Golden Choclate Sundae, which we had for our dessert. It has a pleasingly bitter taste of choclate transformed by the sweet taste of vanilla and butterscotch ice-creams, with delightful nuts and banana slips interspersed throughout the concoction. I will review other dishes in the subsequent visits. Till then I and my family look forward to Cream Center visit for an exciting feast to our taste buds and a blissful refreshing experience for our minds.

The food was amazing!! It was served quick and piping hot and tasted great. I personally also loved the atmosphere with the calm background music and the lights hanging from the ceiling. I ordered this lovely lemon ice tea, it was refreshing and delightful. The balance between the tangy lemon flavor and the subtle sweetness is spot on!! Would recommend this restaurant to others for sure.

Cream Centre Restaurant is located near the Food Court at R City Mall. Food here is amazing. All the dishes are really yummy; however, the portion is too less for a family meal as compared to the prices charged by them. So it's a bit on the costlier side. I noticed that for some of the dishes, they are unable to maintain the consistency in taste, for e.g. I reordered a dish on my subsequent visit because I liked it previously, but it didn't taste the same the second time...sigh. There is a waiting time of minimum 20 minutes on weekends. All in all, the food here is really good and the staff is very soft-spoken. When you ask for the bill, you have to specifically tell them to not charge 'Service Charge' if you are unwilling to pay it.

The food is very tasty. Must try chicken biryani, chicken masala, fish fry, solkadi and many other dishes. Actuly this is ordinary looking restaurant, someone might not possibly try to go inside but once you try some dishes here you will definite fall in love with the taste as I did. My personal fav dishes are butter chicken, veg kolhapuri and chicken biryani. Please dont think to much to enter the hotel just go give it a try.

If you want to enjoy some quality chaat and street food then this is the place to be. They have variety of delicacies from across india. You will get North Indian, Chinese, Lebanese, continental and italian dishes here. The price is slightly on a higher side and many dishes will seen to be expensive. The restaurant is small and the glass faรงade makes it a little open. At times the passers will make you a little cautious. The best dishes which you can try here mentioned below: - Chola Bhatura - American Corn Cheese Balls -Ragda Pattice -Onion Rings -Sizzling Brownie - The pink ice slush - Masala cola - Nachos - Potato bao - Papdi chaat

This is the second weekend we've come here. Wide variety of items available on the menu. Chaat is quite good. They are known for their Chole Bhature that you'll find on practically every other table. My favourite was ther Rose ice cream and sizzling brownie. The manager was also sweet enough to give us a complimentary mango ice cream since we missed their Alphonso Mango menu from last week. All in all, quite a good experience!

I won't recommend this restaurant for anything except basic Indian food . They don't know how to make Italian sizzler / Tacos / even basic pav bhaji... I would prefer street pav bhaji over this restaurant. About Tacos - 0/5 - it was just bland , this is mexican food , it cannot be bland at all..it felt like no salt no spice nothing ..just Tomato paste with beans About Italian sizzler - 2.5/5 Pav bhaji - 3/5 Not worth for money - each item will cost between 395-600 which is not worth the taste at all.

Cream Centre. It is one of the elite veg restaurant. Dont miss on their Sizzlers This is my regular place of dining because of its food presentation and taste. My favourite is cheese corn balls and pasta which taste very delicious. We always order for their Italian Sizzlers Ambience and sitting arrangement are really soothing and it's background music. It is spacious and can be good for groups. Service is quick and polite staff. I would recommend this place always. It is pure veg restaurant with lots of options

I just love their food. The first time I had food from Cream Centre was in the year 2006. Since then many outlets have come up. We have Nachos with cheese which was simply awesome. Then we had Tacos followed by Amritsari Parathas. The only drawback was they refrain from telling their loud customers to mellow down their voice. Maybe they're scared about the repercussions. Anyways coming back to the food price, it is on a higher side. So if you're planning a visit with a big group make sure that you're not the one paying for all

Honestly, I had gone to this restaurant based on my experience in Cream Centre, Thane. The food was pretty good there. Here, everything was bland.. Food and mocktails both were not at all worth it. American cheeseballs had no taste worth remembering Paneer chilli Sizzler was okay ish Italian baked Sizzler - overall it was okay, pastas were good in it. Peach iced tea - 7/10 Strawberry bourbon mocktail - the mocktail seemed to be made from strawberry crush and was soooooo basic and it had one bourbon biscuit in it๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Overall did not enjoy the visit at Ghatkopar outlet at least.

Cream centre's nachos are a delightful treat! The crispy tortilla chips are topped with a delicious blend of cheese, salsa and jalapeรฑos, creating the perfect balance of flavors. These nachos are a tasty and satisfying choice. I highly recommend giving them a try when you visit Cream Centre.

Cream centre is known for two things: 1) Amazing taste. 2) Exorbitant prices. Unfortunately, this outlet has let me down on pt.1. The taste that I was expecting didn't come out. Service was not great too. Ice-creams were good rest all was as good as any other restaurant. I might give Cream Centre a miss next time purely due to value for money issue.

  • 4/5 Pratik D. 3 months ago on Google New
Very similar to the OG Cream Center in Chowpatty! But disappointed with the Chole Bhature. The Dahi Puri was good with nice cold Dahi, could have been better with slightly more of both chutneys. Had a few things there and below are my ratings: Dahi Puri - 3.5/5 Nachos w/ Cheese - 4/5 (cheese needs some more punch, need a little more jalapenos) Cheese corn balls- 3.5/5 (the chutney doesn't compliment the balls. Chole Bhature- 2.5/5 didn't live up to its hype! Needs improvement. Honey Chilli Potatoes - 4/5

It's just an OK place... Being located in R City, it's definitely gonna be costly.. but it's much costlier compared to the taste of the food served. Chana Puri is very yummy, and talking about sizzlers, they too are good. Else the place is somewhat congested with ok ok ambience.

  • 3/5 Unknown 6 years ago on Google
It's just an okay place to visit. Nothing really great except for nachos and sizzlers. cholle bhature seems to be bit overrated and the same goes for their services. "Wow" factor is completely missing, hence I will rate it as 3.5/5 The only attractive point of this particular hotel is, it is a pure vegetarian hotel.

A fine dine option in Rcity mall on Lbs Marg. You can choose this if you prefer Jain options as this place is pure veg. 1 star less as it takes on average 20 mins for any order to be served. 1 more star less for average quality food served after waiting for 20 mins. Noisy place with people talking over each other for a fine dine option.

This hotel is very clever ..they charge separately for chole n bhatura..I had ordered an Dal kichdi n they just served in size of coffee glass...quantity is very poor over...it's not recommended for guys with an normal appetite. This place is a heaven for all the Vegetarian & Jain people . A must go chain restaurants in Mumbai. Ordered the trademark Chocolate Brownie and it was delicious and the dryfruits were a cherry to the icing. Overall a Good experience a perfect melange of a place for having Indian as well as Continental food. A very good restaurant one should always try it's chole bhature. The restaurant is quite expensive compare to other And even worth to spend such amount. One should not order garlic bread because it cost around 300 to 400 and taste is not so worth. All Vegeterian restaurant. Very different menu. Nice taste. Must try the pastas and most importantly the sizzling brownies with ice cream. Went to Cream Centre for lunch. This restaurant is located on the 3rd Floor, alongside other restaurants. The menu covered multiple cuisines. Starters such as corn cheese balls and nachos were very good. The highlight of our lunch was the double baked Penne Arrabiata. Since we were there on a weekday for late lunch, the restaurant was almost empty. Though their afternoon closing time was 3.30pm, they waited patiently for us to complete our lunch, although they notified that their kitchen would be closing around 3.10pm, at the time of our order. Staff were well-mannered and attended to us efficiently. The only negative with this place is that it is very expensive, which is something the restaurant needs to consider.

Staff is very polite and cooperative. Servicing speed is good. Ambience is fine. Food quantity is very less compared to the cost, specially the Starters. The taste is very very average and bland. Chocolate brownie was good. The most interesting part is they are charging Rs95 plus tax which is Rs 110 for one litre mineral water which is more than 5 times the mrp printed on the bottle. which management is to review for sure. The answer I got on this is .. it is restaurant , there are some extra charges.. but they got many complaints on this and they are looking into this matter ๐Ÿ˜Š. Itโ€™s a known restaurant chain . I hope they will definitely look into these kind of things.. however, my overall dining experience is not satisfactory

Haven't had such a bad pasta ever. The staff was overworked and completely overwhelmed. Service was very slow.
