My visit to The Sassy Spoon was for a very short time but I will definitely visit again and again. The ambience is beautiful. In salad we ordered Warm lemony couscous with toasted almonds & grilled chicken which was the best salad I ever had. In small plates we had Apple wood smoked beetroot & goat cheese croquettes with tomato chilli jam which tasted sweet and savoury and really good in taste. Also we had Grilled chicken in house smoked BBQ glaze, mozzarella & fresh basil. Overall it was a wonderful experience at The Sassy Spoon. Kudos to all the staff for amazing service.

The look and feel of the restaurant is amazing. You will feel like you are in a different world all together. The ambiance is amazing. They have decorated different sections in different manner which is a pleasure to the eyes. The dishes we tried were all very delicious. There were few vegan options as well mentioned in the menu card separately which really made me feel good about the place. The tofu starter just melted the moment you put it in the mouth. The mocktails were equally gratifying. The loaded paratha with hummus ( some lebanese dish) was a bit of a disappointment. The whiskey sour was served in a unique way. We ordered two, one bowl dishes. One vegan and one non vegan. Both tasted very good. Great experience. Must visit.

I really wanted to like this place. The vibe was quiet, but that wasn't surprising on a Saturday afternoon. The music was great, its been awhile since I've heard Jack Johnson played in a restaurant! But the food was very bland and lack luster. The only thing worth eating was the tomato soup, and even that was a simple good. The other dishes lacked any flavor at all. I thought the service was excellent, but that may have been because the premises was almost fully empty when I arrived, and was completely empty before I left. I wouldn't make the trek over here again.

The fries had too much oil in them but were kinda good and the spaghetti was ok ok and the pizza was not pizza it was like the pizza we get at weddings! And they do not serve water and if you buy water they will charge a lot for water(โ‚น115 for half liter) so carry your own water!! THE SASSY SPOON SCAM!!

The Sassy Spoon is a popular cafe located in Powai. This place is vibrant and quirky ambiance and a menu that combines global flavors with a touch of Indian influence. They offer a range of dishes including salads, sandwiches, pasta, burgers, and desserts. My top picks were burger and flat bread .

The Sassy Spoon is ready to embark you on a culinary journey. It has some wonderful interior, great ambience and music and some really spectacular food. Cajun Prawns Hot and really tasty prawns with some bread. It was absolutely mouthwatering and a splendor experience. Grilled Cumin Chicken These chicken breasts stay juicy and tender on the grilled side. Served with a dip, this appetizer is delicious on its own. New York Fries French fries served with cheese and veggies. Really devouring stuff. John Dory Ideally pan fried, the John Dory fish was very tasty alongside the flavours and sauces. Crispy Chicken Burger Theย perfect Crispy Chicken, served on a bun, with jalapenos, homemadeย spicy sauceย and crunchy lettuce alongside fries. Chicken Scalopini The Chicken Scalopini is a delicious Italian dish which consists of breast chicken pieces drenched intro gravy with rice below it. A splendor main course for sure. The refreshments Passion Cooler and Iced Tea were also totally upto the mark. Everything right from the decor and ambience to the quality of food was totally exceptional.

I visited this place on Monday evening for a meet-up with co workers. The vibe was nice and cool, with good background music and the interiors are just perfect for Instagram lovers. Service was quick and staff was well aware and courteous. We ordered multiple items for which should suit both veg and non vegetarian people. The food presentation was awesome and worth mentioning while Food was average and desserts were just okay.( Was expecting more from the chef). . A bit on costly side but worth the experience for a visit.

We have ordered in a few times after the unlock and have not been disappointed. Burgers are superb as also the spare ribs. Food has always been on point. But, most importantly, the service has been exceptionally good with a special mention of Aashish who has made the experience a super one & worth 5 stars in itself. Thank you Aashish.

Dining here at The Sassy Spoon was an absolutely delightful experience! As you enter the restaurant, the warm and cozy ambience, at once puts you at ease. The tables are well spaced out to give you ample privacy. Large, medium and small tables, bar-style seating & cozy corners for couples, they have it all. The decor is fabulous. The staff are super friendly and super helpful. Service is quick. Food is super delicious. Prices are quite reasonable. Music's great. Thoroughly enjoyed! ๐Ÿ‘Œ

We were craving for continental food and we went on a Thursday night to Sassy Spoon. Hardly any crowd which worked well ( Covid fear). Ambience was damn good. We ordered Cajun spiced buttered prawns with French Baguette as starter. We enjoyed the dish and prawns tasted fresh. For main course, we ordered pan seared John Dory in corn lemon sauce. It tasted fantastic, the taste was rich and the fish piece was quite big. We shared it between 2 people and we loved it. Then we ordered Seven Textures of hazelnut and chocolate and it was good and unique taste with multiple layers of chocolate & can bite into big hazelnuts too. My friend ordered a tonic water which she liked ( I didn't) and I ordered Passion Cooler - which was okay -ish. Not worthy of mention. They did offer a small brownie wrapped in a sheet as a sweet with the bill which was nice. The prices are a bit expensive but for the ambience and the time we spent + the taste - it was fine. Will definitely visit again.

My favourite of the meal was the chicken teriyaki bowl. Really fulfilling. Followed by an amazing dessert with raspberry and dark chocolate. Flavours were complex yet delicious. Let down by the nacho platter. Very nice menu layout especially with the cocktail cards.

One of my favourite joint at Powai. Located on the 1st floor of Delphi building on the extreme right side. The best way to find it is to take the elevator to the 1st floor and take a right. The ambiance is classy and the vibrant colours provide a great sense of happiness on entering the place. The food is amazing and they keep adding new items to the menu. The service is a bit laid back but who mind unless one is not in a hurry. While the menu consists of continental and oriental but for some reason I always stick to the later. And I have never regretted it. These days my favourite is the ramen with chicken and soft boiled egg. Itโ€™s heaven The music is also not very loud thus an ideal place to have a conversation Valet parking is available by paying a parking fees. The cars are parked a bit far away from the building thus expect at least 7-10 mins to get back the car while returning back. There is no doubt this is a top rated restaurant in Powai and all foodie should make it a point to visit here

The Sassy Spoon โค๏ธ An amazing place in the Hiranandani area of Powai. I visited after one of my friend recommended this place to me. And I am so very glad that I visited The Sassy Spoon. They have a lovely themed decor with pink colour interiors and a pretty nice vibe to it and also soft music keeps on playing. The service was excellent. We tried most of their Signature dishes: 1)Cajun Spiced Butter Prawns: Delicious Butter Prawns served in a hot pan with crusty baguette which were like bread toasts. One of the finest prawns dish I have had till date. 2)Rava crusted Bombay Duck: This dish was so amazing, the crusted Bombay duck pieces were melting in my mouth. Surely recommended to seafood lovers. 3)Murtabak with a Chicken Rendang stuffing: This dish was basically a ode to our Baida Roti. It had delicious fillings of chicken with a lovely sauce to go with. 4) Blackened Tenderloin Steak: Very few places serve steak and I love it. This version was very good with the kasundi mustard mashed and grilled Veggies. The meat was a bit chewy so I would recommend it only to people who love to chew their meat. 5) Tamarind & chilly spiced Rawas: This fish dish was really good and they served creamy coconut rice with it. A really perfect combination, the fish dominated the flavours but the rice was delicious. We were lucky enough to try their Berry Sassy Desserts which are available till 4 th February. We tried Baked Strawberry Cheesecake, Sassy Strawberry and Chocolate tart and Strawberry Pistachio Tarte. Trust me if not for the food you must visit The Sassy Spoon for these amazing desserts. They were spectacular. Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Value for Money: 5/5

Service was extremely slow. They were under staff I think. So we had to keep asking for the order. Once the person who took the order forgot to inform in the kitchen. So we waited further. Food was ok (we eat only veg so can only comment on that) and not worth the price. Desserts were amazing though.

A very classy restaurant. A warm welcoming staff followed by an excellent service, waiters were very attentive to details on order to please you, and explained orders with patience. We ordered Paneer chilli, Chicken tikka, chicken lapeta, prawns koliwada, cheese chaska, and variety of Mocktails and found everything worth every penny we spent. They serve with a smile, and even smiled at our average jokes. Conclusion, if you have the opportunity to go and eat there, just do it.

Please allow me to explain the reason for my rating. We visited the place after one of my friend at college got placed with a good company. We reach the restaurant around 10, and we were rushed into ordering soon as the kitchen was closing soon which is understandable. We ordered pork ribs, Punjabi mutton curry, Spaghetti and a couple of starters. The first thing that shocked us was the portion size, the atrociously priced started just had 4 pieces, and the main course was half the size of a usual main course. The taste was also sub-par, and when we asked for the manager, they stalled us for half an hour and then they tell us that the manager is on leave, and then we asked for a feedback book, after which they again stalled for another half an hour and then they come back empty handed and they tell us they don't have a feedback book. That's just sad for a restaurant it's size. The ambience was good but I was expecting better hospitality and better tasting food.

Tried the set meal which gives some choices under soup, main course and dessert categories. The chicken and lemon soup was very good - flavorful with just the right balance of spices as well as small pieces of diced chicken. The sticky pork ribs (which I chose as my main dish) was superb with fall-off-the-bone tender ribs and a decent quantity of mashed potato and veggies - though a small bun with a dash of butter would have hit the right spot. Choice of dessert was slightly restricted, though the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream was decent.

Chic place, nice ambience, good staff and service, we went in for lunch on a Monday, wasn't crowded at all and that ensured super fast service. Ordered couple of starters and couple main course Food was amaze, taste delicious, spot on teriyaki sauce; they also do custom pastas if you ask for it, it's not on the menu, Alfredo sauce was creamy and cheesy just the kind I like. Quantity seemed less given the prices. Overall a great experience.

Food is good but the way they single handedly kill your dining experience is phenomenal. When we went, we had a reservation for 7.30PM. Booked a good two days ahead. It was an anniversary dinner. And on the day of dinner we were called and told to come late because there was a private event. We still ended up around 7.45 and we were told to wait for another 20 mins. And again we were told it might get delayed. The private event was extending further and that crowd was in their best pushing it further. Drunk and noisy like any private event. We were given a table but the private event still continued. Do you know the feeling of being in someoneโ€™s party without invitation ? That was my anniversary dinner with these folks. It was a Sunday and we had no other preferred choice to go. Except for one gentleman every one was helpful. But, if they want to have a private event, why are they greedy for more tables? And take reservations? Itโ€™s never about money or food. Itโ€™s about the dining experience and your personal moments. That was successfully killed. Despite the good food, Iโ€™m not getting my business here again. Especially after the shouted apology from that tall gentleman in beard who manages this place. Thatโ€™s my experience. Not necessarily for all.

A fun and happening place to be at on a Saturday night with friends, good music, the ambience is what stands out with the bar designed as a Volkswagen Van. The menu was well thought of, keeping in mind the vegan food and the peanut allergies, the food was average to taste, despite they trying to curate something different.... But the biggest flaw was that of service... The manager lacked good communication skills and so did the waiters so we're soo unaware of their own menu for any suggestions, that really set the mood off.... Hope they do improve up on that for better customer experiences and rating.

I visited this place with one of my friend for weekend and loved the atmosphere at Sassy Spoon. The ambience is pretty cute and classy. Staff was very considerate. Coming on to the food , for starters we had cheese cigars and I totally loved the thin texture of the cigars! The pepper chutney complimented the best with cigars! We also had corn,bell-pepper and Chipotle flat bread which is kind of like a pizza. Since I am personally not fond of think crust pizzas , I found this dish average. However, the toppings and loaded flavours were really good. Cappucino contained more water which I personally dislike so it was below average. Overall, would love to visit this place again and try new dishes!

We loved everything about the food here. From the lasagna to the pizza and the salad. The warm lemony couscous salad is an absolute favorite and I always have it when I go here. Tried a spicy korum drink called Sol something and it was yummy. Loved the tiny brownie that came at the end with the check. The staff is very courteous and very helpful with their recommendations.

this has found its second outlet and we couldnโ€™t be more excited. Thereโ€™s such a vibrant vibe here, the colours and decor really add to the funky atmosphere. Theyโ€™re a multi-cuisine restaurant inspired by global flavours; Asian, European, Mediterranean - you will find everything here! From all that we tried, MF recommends the Raspberry Mousse and spaghetti with lemon beurre noisette!

Sassy Spoon was a good experience. Quick , efficient service by Janak & his team of merry men. Soups, salads, sandwiches, mains were well prepared. Vegan, but free, Jain options are available & tasty too. Location is on the first floor of the building...newly opened so it has a very clean and classy vibe. Valet parking is available & chargeable. A must visit with family and friends.

Food quality was ok... had ordered Chicken Burger and Fresh lime... price was on a higher side... ambience of the restaurant is ok but not great. I requested for a wet tissue, was surprised they didn't offer!!! Nor do they provide finger bowl, which is understandable as they serve continental but then that doesn't solve customer's problem!!! I have my burgers by my hands like most people do!!! And with the sauces in the burger your hands are bound to get a little messy... then why on earth you wont offer wet tissues? Especially when you are changing a premium??? Well... if you dont care about such nuances... your business is in jeopardy!

I really liked this restaurant. The interiors are so nice and lively. It has a very positive vibe to it. We had 4 dishes here: 1. Onion Rings: They were really good and the oil in which it was made in, was fresh and not reused which is a very good thing. 2. Crispy Chicken Burger: The burger was good and really tasty. The fries accompanied with it was really well done too. 3. Pan Seared Chicken with Bacon: This dish was also so good. I loved the sauce in which the chicken and bacon were accompanied in. 4. Raspberry Mousse: This was THE BEST dish I had here. It was so so good and delicious. A literal must try! All in all, I had a lovely time and experience here. Will surely visit this place again.

The place is newly opened. Ambient. Busy and buzzing. But didn't enjoy the food as much. We ordered the Spinach chilly jam tarts for appetizers on the steward's recommendation. But didn't enjoy it much. The filling was a bit watery. So the ratio if the tart to the filling didn't sit well. Hoping to play safe We then ordered the Pizza which says thin crust. But this time around we felt let down again. The thin crust is so so so thin that you are simply tasting only the toppings. Come on guys thin does not mean non existent base. Service was good. I guess it was a bad time for us.

It so happened we had very particular preferences for the dish and the person incharge to take orders did meet them all , gave exactly what was asked and that made us feel very special. I had pink sauce pasta and my partner ordered chicken breast with mashed potatoes and veggies. Ambiance - 5 / 5 Food - 5 / 5 Service - 5 / 5

The Sassy Spoon.. The Sassy Spoon is quite in the heart of Powai. The building is overall lit with big brand restaurants. In which we chose to visit The Sassy Spoon as the family & Friends decided for a continental dinner for the night. The ambience was calming very pretty at first sight. The Bar counter had a theme of Volkswagen Metador Van theme.. which was quite interesting. We took a centre table and ordered some our favorite Italian and continental dishes. Chicken Risotto: Cheesy, perfectly flavored with garlic and good amounts of chicken added on top. This was super good in taste and we ended up ordering thrice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED CHICKEN STEAK & PORK STEAK: Honestly Pork Steak sauce was much better and I am glad being same dish the sauce tasted different and adequately perfect for 2 people.. Chicken was way too tender and was too perfect to have as a meal.. loved these dishes too.. Chicken Scallopini with Mushrooms and Rice: This was something that I personally wanted to try. I love White Sauce with rice and Mushroom and this was too settle and perfect. The flavors combined to perfection. The service was lil slow than usually rest all the dishes were presentable and delicious. We were very happy with our last minute decision of have a dinner at The Sassy Spoon. The quantity of the all the dishes is one portion. And some dishes you can share in 2 people. But it was a good experience over all.

Cocktails lack enough amount of alcohol, salads are like bhel, unhealthy vegetarian food options while ambiance attempts to compensate.

It's perfect for the time when you are with your family and want some good laugh with good old school chill music but when you are with your friends this place you might wanna skip or put into option because the ambience won't match your expectations. The food overall was good. My suggestion is that just the ambience could have been improved a lot with good modern music and different lights.

We had done booking for our uncle's bday party. First the hall, it waa spacious and everything was well arranged. We have done a booking for 40 people. The arrangement was proper and on request we got some extra tables also. Second the service, the service was fast and good also the staff was friendly and helpful. Now the most important part food...it was amazing. We had kept both veg and non veg as it was Sunday. 2 veg starters (paneer crispy n cheese balls), 2 nv starters (chicken kalimirch n chicken hot dragon), 1veg sabji (Deewani handi), 1 nv curry (chicken mallika), jeera rice, dal fry, in raita we got an option of dahi wada and in sweets we have kept jalebi with rabdi and malai kulfi. All the food items were very tasty and delicious. Our guests were also very satisfied with the food and service. They also provide dining which is also good. We have tried that too. I would recommend everyone to go and try out this place.

So I visited this place for the first time! It has an eye catching ambience..you feel like you are completely elsewhere! The food is tasty; however, quantity should be little more with the prices being slightly expensive! The staff is well maintained and proper precautions and guidelines are maintained as well.

Sassy spoon seems a good place for that Weekend hangout. The food served was strictly Ok. I will give 9/10 for the service as the food came to our table in no time. I had LIIT with Jaggermeister and it was potent af. If you are visiting Powai location you may need to pic place strategically as it may get super chil due to A/C vents. No Smoking zone so either all the way Down outside the building or Episode One.

Location - right at the heart of Powai Ambiance - nice vibe and spacious Service - perfect Food - Korean wings good, some charred chicken average in taste, my pork ribs was yum, ravioli was Okayish, ramen was somewhere between ok and good. Desert was a mixed bag liked the toffee but the 7 texture chocolate thing was not a great delight. I suppose sticking to the regular mousse and tarts is good idea. 3.8 from my side

  • 5/5 Leandra M. 1 year ago on Google
We ordered the grill buff steak, the grill wild mushrooms steak with chestnut and a raspberry cooler for dinner. For dessert we ordered the sticky toffee pudding. The food was great! The interiors of this place are gram worthy. The sound levels were just right. We had a corner table and hence getting the attention of the the service staff was difficult. But the food and vibe of the place made up for it. Will definitely go back to this place!

recently had the pleasure of dining at The Culinary Haven, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the city. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was captivated by the elegant ambiance and warm, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's attention to detail, coupled with their commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience, truly sets them apart. Let's talk about the star of the showโ€”the food. The Culinary Haven undoubtedly deserves recognition as one of the best restaurants for food in the area. Their menu showcases a tantalizing array of culinary delights, expertly crafted with a fusion of flavors that left me utterly impressed.

The sass of Powai The Sassyspoon never fails to deliver sass on a plate! Loving how vibrant and playful this place was with the interiors showcasing the brand's element and fun side. Whoever has been here knows the food is amazing ,they have new dishes added to the menu and who hasn't? Well, you in for a treat What I loved and had Crispy Chicken Burger It was juicy and love the coleslaw and fries with it Chicken breast with mushroom sauce and rice was the creamiest and if you donโ€™t like spicy this one is for you Mutton Galouti was soft and melted in the first bite with the right amount of spice and had a crispy cracker to finish off with the crunch The prawns were just amazing! It came with Mangalore bread. You get it in the south itโ€™s a little sweet but the combination of the spices and this was lit ๏ฟผ The Ruby Chocolate Dessert and Toffee Pudding for the sweet tooth along with Red Velvet Shake and Passion Fruit made the bartender drink was delicious

I have been here twice and both the times, I was full just from the appetisers and the drinks. I donโ€™t find the food to be that great- maybe it was my order. I also find their portions for some of the dishes to be v small for the pricing - I am forgetting the name but it was an Asian/Chinese dish. I do have a picture of a dessert that I ordered - raspberry something. It was great except for the coconut ice cream. The coconut flavour was too strong and the dessert was overall quite sweet, which is not something I usually go for. I like rich desserts that are of course sweet but not too sweet. I personally donโ€™t like coconut ice cream much, so that could be just my taste.
