Dropped in here for lunch on a Monday afternoon. Was surprised to be allowed without a temperature check which was something I was not okay with however the place had only 2 occupied tables so I didn't mind. The place has a middle eastern feel to it. THE food here is definitely not something I've ever had at any other place that sells similar cuisine. Not that I've been to any middle eastern countries myself but having been a foodie all my life, I can tell you these guys are amazing. It is steep on the pocket so only those who have a palate for Mediterranean food will appreciate the place. Will definitely come back for more.

Cozy and elegant ambience. Staff is friendly and attentive. We tried their four course non vegetarian business lunch. The food is great, business lunch is different every day of the week. We had pumpkin hummus with pita bread and salad. Lotus drama which is lotus biscuit with cheese cake. Bayroute is a great place for business and casual meetings.

Love this place! Visited the Powai branch for the first time and the interiors are done up in the similar manner as the other one in Juhu! The food was amazing! Ordered the Bayroute hummus, pide and baklava (2 of them!) Bayroute hummus: This is served with a veggie platter and four pita breads. This is a must have here Ispanak Mantar pide: itโ€™s a canoe shaped stuffed flat bread. Ispanak means spinach and mantar means mushroom! This was super delicious barring the balsamic onions which were super sweet Baklava: A must have here. Baklava layered with ice cream and topped with rose petals! PS: If you donโ€™t eat eggs please let the staff know! Only two desserts donโ€™t have eggs!

Iโ€™ve wanted to go here for a very long time and I finally went w my sister for dinner. Iโ€™d recommend booking a table because even on a Wednesday evening, the place was pretty full. It wouldโ€™ve been a long wait had we not booked the table in advance. I really liked the lighting and the furniture and the cutlery. The cutlery was the best part, actually. For our meal, we ordered the hummus and the baklava. The hummus was served w 8 pita breads (wow!) and a platter of lightly pickled veggies. The taste was not bad but nothing that knocked our socks off. Same w the baklava. It was presented w rose and dry ice and the serving size was good enough for both of us but the taste was far from spectacular. Maybe it was us and not them. We are vegetarian gujjus- not the folks w the palette for middle eastern cuisine ๐Ÿซค

Itโ€™s a small restaurant in a line of such dining out places and they offer seating outside as well as inside. If itโ€™s noisy outside, the inside has its own noise level but muted by the not too loud music . The ambience nods towardsTurkey. But the winner is the food. Whether you order platters or dishes with main courses everything is impeccably presented and tastes really good. Be warned that portions are not too large. The platter is good for 3 hearty appetites and main dishes for two normal ones. The baklava icecream sandwich came with clouds of cold smoke and rose petal showers thanks to a birthday celebration being part of the evening. The service is good. The menu exhaustive. An enjoyable dining experience.

Valet available. We, 7 of us ,visited on a Sunday for lunch. The staff helped us settle down pretty fast. Menu was available by scanning a QR code as itโ€™s common these days. It was difficult to understand each of the menu and the staff was glad to assist and help and every step of the way. We started with Signature Bayroute Hummus with Pita bread. Since we were 7 of us the staff provided us extra pita breads and that too free of cost In the Appetiser we ordered 2 chicken shawarma and Harissa chicken kebab which we shared among ourselves. The Shawarma was not as great as I anticipated. Could have been better. The Harissa Kebab tasted like Kasturi kebab but much more succulent and is definitely recommended. In the main course we ordered Mutton biriyani( Yemen Mandi) . The rice was quite dry and the dip too little for it. Taste Wise not the kind of Biriyani I like. It followed with a Labaneh zatar on a pizza base. It was mind blowing and I am going to trying once again during my next visit. It was followed by a dish called Kuzu which is a mutton dish served in a long bread. The bread look like the long Italian bread. It was good but quite heavy. Even after over eating we were not done and gleefully ordered a dessert called Ice cream Sea salt caramel cheesecake. It was awesome Finally the bill was just 1.2k per person. Thus I have to agree itโ€™s complete value for money and the portions are good too. If you like Lebanese food I am sure you will like this place

The Ambience is beautiful decor with gentle music. The food is amazing, though the service portions are small. We ordered the platter and it was superb with a good mix of starters. Highly recommend the Bayroute hummus, platter and bakalva The service was top notch.

Located in a very competitive vicinity, Bayroute definitely stands out with their plain yet classy decor, exceptional service and unbelievably delicious taste. This is an authentic lebanese restaurant which also offers a decent variety of greek food. Everything we ordered was just too damn delicious. You SHOULDNT miss their Hummus. One of the best Iโ€™ve ever tasted. The only thing that was average was their fresh pita bread. Other than that, the falafels, the drinks, the soups Everything was phenomenal. The staff is very polite and displayed highest standards of professionalism. Their mis-en-scene is bang on and it literally makes you feel like youโ€™re having a meal sitting in Lebanon. Truly an exceptional place. Must visit.

What a restaurant!!! Maja aagaya! Its a very classy and expensive restaurant! You need to have a special taste developed for moroccon food! Its a little blend ..hence not so spicy n oily! All dishes were different and yummy! Presentation was number 1! Staff was so supportive..he was explaining to us every dish for us to order and we went by his recommendations! So thanks to Chetan for guiding us! Its an instagramable restaurant and we were happy to click snaps! Its has branches across mumbai! I think Juhu one is the best! We had been to powai outlet! We ordered the famous Bayroute hummus, chicken pide, harissa chicken kebabs , mocktails n the famous Baklava! The super dish Baklava was awesome and we did the ritual of shooting the video of the rose petals falling on the baklava! Highly recommended and a must try!

One of the best places to try Authentic Turkish and Arabic food.. This place is situated in Powai with Branches in Juhu. BKC. Colaba.. The mineral water cost arnd 250 bucks and you get a Bisleri Glass bottle. Coming to Ambience.. It gives a typical arabic feel. The arabic music and food sums up the exp.. Coming to food.. Their Hummus and Pita with pine nuts is to die for which is served with Salad and Pickles. Havent tasted any better pita anywhere in Mumbai.. Ordered an Orange Mocktail. Harrida chicken Kabab.. Ispanik Mantar Pide a Submarine bread which is tooped with veggies and chicken gravy served hot.. Finally the climax one cant miss is the baklava exp in desert.. The way the break the biscoff and sprinkle it on baklava is worth an exp.. Overall worth the Exp.. Price and Ambience.. Recommendes..

Literally, there are serving pizza & and biryani under the name of Manakeesh & Mandi...Would strongly suggest that they visit ZIMA at Bandra and learn how Manakeesh, Mandi are prepared, served with authentic flavors .... Price do not justify the portion....Valet parking is available....

Above average in terms of food quality (comparing with what you actually get in Turkey and Lebanon). The drinks were good, but expensive. We ordered Hummus/Pita and Lamb pizza. Lamb was well cooked and tender, Hummus was also good. Definitely a must try if you love this kind of cuisine.

I visited Turkey for Vacation two weeks ago.,had different Turkish ; Arabic dishes. I can say that here at BAYROUTE, the taste of dishes is much superior. In spite of staying & relishing food in Saudi Arabia, the BAKLAVA at BAYROUTE is the Best in what up till now I had tasted. Another sweet dish : GOLD SOUK : mine mine ,words May not be enough to praise it, though Costly as per Indian standard but worth every penny. I would like to Salute the Owner ( whoever he is), who must have taken real pain to learn such dishes from different parts of Turkey, Egypt, Moracco, Lebanon etc. The ambience is also very good & the Manager & other staff are really courteous. We had been at Powai outlet for Lunch & were happy to see & know that our fellow Indians like to spend & relish such dishes. I would Pray for it to flourish & serve our taste buds for long long.

Mismanaged buffet. If post covid the buffet can't be as before, you can depute one waiter to one table, especially when you charge Rs. 3000+ per person. Though the taste is fine, it gets irritating to order every dish and then wait for an hour for it. One of the Initially ordered starters came just before dessert, literally. Would have been hilarious if it wasn't so disappointing. Their focus on presentation rather than actual food is simply irritating. Just bring a bowl of each dish rather than bringing a plate for each person, for God's sake

This was magical experience, it was my birthday yesterday and we chose to dine out. This was my choice because I wanted to have a Lebanese food, and this turned out as the best option. The most important thing that made me fall on my Kees was, Baklava. I have never tasted anything so good. It was altogether a blast of flavour in mouth. I would definitely visit the place again: specially for dessert ๐Ÿฎ. Thank u ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ

What a afternoon! enjoying Turkish cuisines with rain pouring outside. We tried chicken shawarma, Shish Taouk, Bayroute kale and avocado amongst other. But a must try is Kebab Istanbul. The mince meat just melts in your mouth. The tahini sauce is awesome as well. The only complain is that they could have made better Sangrias. From current situation the restaurant has taken all required precautions. There is sanitizer spray in each table, cutlery are sealed, and staff have mask with vaccination badges.

We visited bayroute for lunch. Loved the ambiance of the place. Its a great place to catch up and talk. Coming to the food- itโ€™s one of the very few places which serves amazing hummus in Mumbai. Just loved the hummus served with pickled veggies and the soft warm pita breads which they refilled for free when asked. Definitely the star dish for me. Apart from hummus we ordered falafels which were also really tasty and had a nice crunch. We took the chicken afrikaana pide. This was like a boat shaped naan served with chicken curry and cheese. Taste was amazing. This might have been adjusted for indian palate, but nevertheless was very tasty. Overall we loved all the dishes we tried. Great experience!

Bayroute cafe is located in Hiranandani business park in Powai. It has itโ€™s outlets in Powai, Juhu and Bandra Kurla Complex. This restaurant is quiet famous for serving Greek, Lebanese, Egyptian, Moroccan cuisines. They do offer wide variety of dishes from these particular cuisines. The ambience is pretty amazing, which ends up giving you typical Middle Eastern vibes. Staff is friendly and courteous. They also do have a valet parking service which is pretty good as well. Food served over here is out of the box and Iโ€™m pretty sure this would be the very first time, that you would have came across such unique and delicious cuisine. Overall a luxurious place to spend some good time with your friends and family. Average cost for two people is somewhat around Rs 3000-3500. It might sound a bit expensive, but the quality of food being served over here makes up for it.

Bayroute powai ,Hiranandani Business Park, Powai, The space receives good natural light which is highlighted by a white screen. Interior lighting especially aligns with signature lights and balloon-shaped light holders. Plus there's a well-opened bar and the music in the background is enjoyable. Overall, if you visit a place where the atmosphere is extremely helpful, you will definitely love their cuisine. We were excited to taste their delicacies. Halloumi cigars: it was delicious. What made it taste good was the salsa that was served alongwith Adana kebab: An excellent blend of the spices, alongwith the soft soothing kebabs made it an awesome combination. Ispanak mantar: the combination of the crunchy bread crust outside filled with a cheesy filling inside was mouth watering. Lavash crust kabsa chicken: the soft and a properly textured chicken not too spicy along with the rice was great combo. Shukulata al habib: the fabulous presentation and the mouth melting mousse filled inside the chocolate ball was perfect to end the day there. Pistachio mille feuille: it, not being much sweet was the best part. The nitrogen icecream served to be a bettr side along with the cream. The one thing we cannot forget here is the sauce. This entire dish was presented in the besttt way the could. Greek goddess: the drink was refreshing as expected. Sumac delight: the crush sprinkled on the edges of the glass served with the drink added a bit of spice to it. Hibiscus cooler: not being much sweet when i expected it to be prooved to be an advantage.

The ambiance was great and the service and food was great too. We had a ka for lime infused cocktail and it was really really very nice. Very subtle flavor and awesome taste. The baklawa was out of the world.... And then the hummus was very good too.... Was so so filling that we couldn't manage anything else.... They served us hot hot pitas and pickled veggies which was too good. The serving style is very dramatic with all the smoke and all.... To be experienced Must try place... A little bit on the expensive side though.

Bayroute is one of the finest restaurants in Powai, they have a fantastic ambience, excellent service and the Mediterranean fare they offer is second to none. All the dishes are made of the finest ingredients and with a lot of care, which is evident when you taste the food. We tried the following: Musakhan Chicken Hash: roasted chicken rolled inside a thin and crisp pastry, served with a delicious garlic sauce. Kebab Istanbul: Perfectly spiced lamb mince skewers served with a Tahini Sauce and grilled onions. This was the best dish we had, the meat was very tender and absolutely delicious! Machboos al kuzu: flavourful rice cooked in lamb jus and topped with pistachio and dried onions. The lamb in this dish was very well cooked and fell right off the bone. Kabab Koobideh: Two different Mince Chicken Skewers served with grilled tomatoes, bell peppers and a saffron rice. The rice was really good and the chicken was delicious. Lotus Drama: A creamy cheesecake topped with rich vanilla bean ice cream. There was also a lotus biscuit soil and white chocolate wafers as petals in the ice cream. Loved it! Baklava: One of the best desserts I have ever had. A layered pastry with pistachio and almonds, a gulkand ice cream and topped with crushed rose petals at the table! Simply awesome! For mocktails we had Arabic Detox Treat and Reyhan, both very flavourful and unique We also had yogurt based drinks, Laban and Greek Goddess. These are a must try! I highly recommend you give Bayroute a try!!!

Do try the zatar spiced dishes. Turkish cocktails are also a must try. Both hot and cold meeze are best. Shish Touk in hot mezze and Baba Ganoush in cold. They also have craft beers.

Lovely ambience, amazing food but on the expensive side. Try the lamb skewers... Don't remember the fancy menu name... It was so good, we ordered it twice. The lamb shwarma was packed with such wonderful flavours. As most restaurants on Saturday night in Powai, there's a waiting time so keep that in mind when you're visiting.

Bayroute was a great restaurant, Lebanese food was delicious. Tried different dishes and the service was fantastic We reached around 3 pm for lunch, as it is all day dining the table was reserved. The ambience and the interiors were great. Menu card is QR based, just point out your smartphone camera and you can find the virtual menu on your screen. Ask anything with the team and they will let you know which is the favourite dish you can go for. Would visit again to enjoy the delight of Lebanese food. Must visit... They have it in Juhu, BKC and Powai Next visit is BKC and Juhu

The food and drinks are pricey. Service is very slow. After we ordered the drinks, the waiter returned 15 mins later saying that the drinks were not available. It took them 15 more minutes to pour 4 beer mugs, so was the delay with every dish we ordered. Bottled water is of some unknown brand and costs a lot. Not a very big restaurant, the menu too is very limited. To add to the discomfort you have to scan a barcode and view the menu on your own phone. About Rs4500 for a meal for 2.

Excellent place for a nice buffet lunch or dinner by the lakeside. Indian Awadhi cuisine is just amazing. Thali served has some real good variety. Though they don't have much to offer from Italian and Greek section. Starters and main course is just the same.

Valentine's day lunch buffet spread was very limited for the marked up price that they charged per person.. INR 2950/- (all inclusive). Salad options were minimal. Only 2 mocktails/ juice options were served after lunch was almost over. We were the first few to enter the restaurant. The lamb dishes had no proper pieces only bones. Continental fish-5 spices was good. Paneer tikka were soft n' succulent. Dessert options were very very minimal. Green tea was poor quality. Coffee Americano was good. Overall waiters and service was very poor. Failed to meet expectations. The restaurant ambience is very good with the poolside+ lakeside location.

A Very Horrible experience, especially on my birthday. Visited this place with my fiancรฉ. The buffet service and the place had the following issues. 1) Slow service. Took ages for the waiter to arrive and the food and the bill. Could have been done in an hour but took us a total of 2 hours from start to finish. 2) The food is definitely not worth 3000โ‚น per person or a 5 star level. 3) We ordered the Grill Chicken it was rubbery definitely frozen and not fresh 4) Ordered Lamb and Chicken both were rubbery and chewy. 5) The Spinach Risotto was so bland I guess the kitchen ran out of seasoning 6) The Amritsari Fish fingers and Paneer tikka starters were the only two dish which were good. 7) Air conditioning was not functioning properly or whatever, the area was too hot. Could have just ordered McDonaldโ€™s instead of going here. Over all my experience was horrible. I rarely write reviews but today this has to come up. Donโ€™t fall for the view, itโ€™s about the money you spend on good quality food. Definitely 7000โ‚น went to waste and would definitely not visit this place again or recommend this place.

  • 1/5 Reetika R. 3 years ago on Google
I don't know where to start. It was the worst buffet of my life.there was no taste in any food items. For the price they charge horrible experience. I have never felt the need to give a review for any place but here it's needed. The area was so noisy. The air conditioning was not working. None of the items in the buffet were displayed to us. To order we waited 15 mins. To get a glass of water we waited another 15 mins. It's not the staff. The problem is with the head of the staff. And the chef's. Not a single item was even s little tasty. 7000rs went down the drain today. Never in my life am going to this place again.

  • 2/5 Ramo G. 3 years ago on Google
    1) No buffet done here - you have to place your order with a waiter - no logic applies here, many hotels have opened and am wondering what is the delay. The service is bad because of the few servers around, no restaurant managers as they took to a herd mentality and were not present or obvious of the many tables not served. 2) the Gymn is closed even though the other hotels have theirs opened. 3) make it here if you are a wedding guest - the noise in the corridors the general feeling that itโ€™s more for a wedding crowd definitely not quiet.

The ambience is really good with green hills in the background, service is attentive. The goodness ends here. The food quality is very mediocre, thanks to the service I am being liberal. Now about the taste, dip your tongue in liquid paraffin before you taste anything, the chef has no idea if ever food had flavour or taste. Foodies better avoid the place or be ready to be totally disappointed. Lychi ki tehri was a decent dessert. And 20% discount made me add an extra star.

To start with, the ambiance was ok but the food made up for it. The hummus was amazing along with pitas, the kebabs were delicate and filling. The lamb dishes and baklava were the show stealers. A little pricey for what is offered. Overall they just need to ramp up the ambiance as it was a bit dull to compliment with great food.

Great ambience, authentic Mediterranean cuisine, great service and friendly staff that actually knows their menu well. More suited to the meat lovers palate but there is enough to go around for the hardcore vegitarians too. The Baklava is to die for - but mind you be ready for an expensive meal which you probably will overlook just for the absolutely terrific food and great service. The drinks menu - cocktails in particular has a lot of unique offerings too for those who love their alcohol

I have always been an ardent fan of Mediterranean cuisine.ย ย  Didn't had to google much on where to get the best of it, as Bayroute seemed to be the de facto choice on Google. So zeroed in on this one. To my expectation, this place did not disappoint me at all. The authenticity and the rich flavours they bring to the table is simply superb.ย  DO not miss their hummus and cold mezze selections and ofcourse the famous baklava.ย  The middle eastern speciality cocktails (middle eastern betel leaf Martini , palm islands) give you the right buzz ๐Ÿ˜‰.ย  Lastly,ย  you will feel aย  pinch on your wallet, but what the heck , go grab a piece of Mediterranean experience.

The experience takes you on a journey through the streets of Lebnon. A place where you get to try the delicacies of Lebanon, Egypt, Lydia, Jordan and the whole Mediterranean. FOOD: The menu is extensive and lots of choices of starters, small and large plates. The food quantity is moderate but the flavor and presentation is amazing. The mix of vegetarian to meat is also pretty impressive. AMBIENCE: The restaurant has both options of sit indoors or sitting on the porch outdoors. If you happen to sit indoors the decor is very much to how a Lebanese restaurant at the banks of the Mediterranean sea would be. Very cool lighting and pleasant service. ATTRIBUTES: Vallet parking is available Service is excellent and prompt Drinks are available

Took my wife to Bayroute Powai on our Anniversary to try the Middle east cuisine. Tbh being from south, not for my tastebuds. Food was good no doubt, but we grew up eating super spicy food, which felt too bland on my tongue.. Tried shorbet with mutton dumplings, it was nice. Chicken harissa was well cooked, but didnt excite my tastebuds. The hummus was meh.. heard a lot about it, but it was alright. Prawns pilaf was nice, smelled like my moms kheer. Only 4 pieces of prawns, cooked in coconut gravy. Tried the baklava, which they serve with date ice cream and frozen roae petals, it was good.

Decorated in a soothing ambience this fine dine restaurant serves authentic Lebanese cuisine. The place is heavy on the pocket but worth a visit for those middle eastern flavors. Great quality and rich in taste, there are veg and non-veg options. The hummus Bayroute is a must try. The staff is extremely courteous and the service is good.

A beautiful place with amazing ambiance and tasty lebenese food. We had tried a lot of dishe but want to make a special mention of a dish called kโ€™nafi Jibneh, it was the best desert to end with.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bayroute in Powai for lunch with a friend, and I must say, the experience was quite delightful. As enthusiasts of Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine, we eagerly ordered the business meal pack, which promised a culinary journey through three dishes and a dessert. Our taste buds were treated to an array of flavors, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. What truly stood out, besides the delectable dishes, was the exceptional service. The waitstaff were not only attentive but remarkably friendly and courteous, making us feel right at home. Even the valet service sported infectious enthusiasm, a rare gem in bustling cities like Mumbai . However, there were a few areas where Bayroute could enhance the dining experience. The side salad that accompanied our dishes seemed rather ordinary and failed to complement the main flavors. The portion size left us wanting a bit more, and it's worth mentioning that the price point is on the higher side. For a meal sans alcoholic beverages, the bill tallied up to around Rs 4500 for the two of us, which is notably more expensive compared to other establishments of similar stature. Certainly, I must mention that while the ambience at Bayroute was pleasant, it didn't quite reach the level of exceptional. The restaurant seemed to have aged over time, evident in its dรฉcor and furnishings. The walls, furniture, tablecloths, lamps, and even the design of the bar felt like they were yearning for a revitalizing touch. A noticeable yearning for renovation was evident throughout the dining space, which somewhat affected the overall atmosphere. The restaurant's location, unfortunately, dampened the ambiance a tad further. The presence of a noisy, busy road and ongoing construction nearby detracted from the cozy atmosphere one might hope for during a leisurely meal. In spite of these shortcomings, Bayroute's delectable cuisine certainly compensates for the minor inconveniences. It's an establishment I'd recommend for occasional indulgence, perhaps twice a year. Lowering the prices could potentially make it a more frequent haunt, but for now, the flavorsome fare makes it a destination worth revisiting.

Overall a very nice restaurant with focussed on Turkish cuisines. Food was really presented beautifully, However, less options for vegetarian. Baklava dessert is a must try. Service was excellent and enjoyed the ambience.

Special Hummus by Bayroute, Veg Pide is highly recommended. In veg platter 6 items were there, 3 were good and 3 were ok-ok. So will recommend to order individual dish. Best place to go if you are a Mediterranean Food Lover or want to explore something different.

Lovely and Cozy place. Great service with lip smacking food. Do try hummus and non veg platter and also the drink Rehan. Though a bit expensive but really a great fine dine place. Point to note that it gets too crowded on weekends so plan accordingly. Valet and self parking both available.

All the starters are amazing. Try any one. We ordered 2 sets of biryani (one chicken and another Kosher) after 3 starters among 6 medium eaters. It wasn't fulfilling. The service is amazing. The served me with extra sauces and dips of started with biryani as the staff noticed our liking towards it. They even served customised drinks. Overall an amazing experience.
