This is the first review where I have given a five star rating ever. I have been a regular customer since past 2 years now. I remember when they started they had only one shop, now they have a chain of 18 cake shops all over Mumbai. They did not even do marketing, their fame spread purely due to word of mouth. The taste and presentation both are simply brilliant. Do try them for an appetizing experience.

If you want to give your taste buds a touch of extreme delicacy with smooth brownies and fresh made cheesecakes, then 7th heaven is the right place for you. With the great variations of cakes, donuts, delicious bakery products, this place is a must visit for the outsiders as well. The ambience is pretty good as well and it was a good hangout when I visited along with my friends there.

7th heaven is the heaven of deserts, I doubt anyone has given them any order to deliver in 24 hours.One 3-D cake, 1 photo cake 80 cheesecakes,80 cupcakes and there fritters custard, from seasonal deserts to eye-shattering cakes, Cupcakes and donuts, everything was yummy and awesome.

It was a good experience. They're version of stone cold ice cream is really good.

Ravenous, want to try some off-track food, then go for the dessert and cupcakes in the 7th heaven. If not satisfied, then kit kat cakes are there to take care of your hunger and taste buds. I have order Dutch truffle premium cake the picture on ZOMATO different then what I have received from them. Even after complain they were not accepting their mistake and the taste is worst .The cake was not at all fresh at all.worst cake I have ever eaten in my life.I have also upload the conservation how they fool around the customers.Dont ever buy cake from them.

The place is rich in variation of cheesecakes, mousse, and macaroon to name a few. It seemed like I was really in heaven after cherishing those desserts.

Want to celebrate a birthday party with the customised cake or have your favourite character placed on your cake, you just have to order here and the rest is assured. We celebrated our friend’s birthday with his favourite character of Spiderman printed on cake

Good Cakes

7th heaven is full of love with the variations of cakes and desserts. The Christmas is coming and you would love to fill your baskets with the fresh cupcakes and mousse. The mousse just melts inside the mouth and it gives you a feeling of extreme pleasure. Even you are late for home, you can still taste the bakery products till 1 at night. I ordered muffins close to 12 at night and it was all delivered to my doorstep by 12.30 at night.

If wedding is on the way and you want a cake, then 7th heaven is the right option for you. Well, you just have to give your pic to them and wait for the special day. You can have the cakes customised and designed in your own ways. Made my wedding cake here and it was amazing!

BAD SERVICE NO PROFESSIONALISM i had worst experience here, on 24th june i went to order cake i wanted to surprise my frd with printed birthday cake the boy took picture of print on WhatsApp. i gave them half payment they told me cake will b ready on time. and guess what when i came to receive my cake on 25th june they told me that they forgot about the order and will bake and give you, are you kidding me ? and they started blaming each other that he didn’t informs me about order. they took full payment that was a worst birthday surprise for me

I had ordered for home delivery of a one kg Dutch trufle birthday cake, I had made the entire payment in advance 2 days prior, they promised to deliver the same on 19th at 4pm. But to my surprise on 19th when the cake did not come at 4:30 I tried to call them up and noticed that the return bill that they gave me did not carry their contact no, on calling them up from the website contact no they told me that they have forgotten about the order and will bake and send, the cake got delivered at 6:30, when the party was about to get over after calling them up half a dozen times. Very very poor service and the lady at the counter does not know anything about the cakes or their pricing wonder why she's been placed there. Overall very poor service without a single sorry or a call back from their end.

I am always in search of new dessert shops and that’s exactly how I landed up here , let me tell you firstly they have some amazing festive specials and they are a must try . Ordered in for a gulab jamun cake and it was mouth watering delicious , similarly tried the rasmalai cake too which was fresh light and made very well . They even have a motichoor laddoo cake which I would try next time but looked quite good . Picked up some cup cakes and a chocolate well cake for family and they all loved it . A new addition to their menu is the dome cake I loved the blueberry flavour but there are many other up for grabs like strawberry mango pineapple etc . The counter staff and the chef are very well trained and are doing a wonderful job . My cake was made live in front of me within 10 minutes what could be more fresh than that . Do give them a try they are a complete stop for all birthday party stuff . Special mention for Swati who helped me decide and made my experience wonderful .

Got a customised cake for a friend's birthday, look at the finishing it's very not okay for the price they charge, just look at the football, it looks a bit deflated from one side

This review is to bring this to the attention of the owner of the shop.. We had a bad experience with the store staff called Suman… during the entire ordering process, he was rude… we ignored it considering the fact that we have been eating their cakes for 10 years… the taste has always been good… we had customized our order and he barely listened to what we were saying… During the delivery, the cake was not as per our specifications… he put the colourful garnishing at the back of the cake, rather than the front ! He refused to accept his mistake and on the top of it never offered to correct it… the cake gad quite a lot of cream… while speaking on phone before delivery, his tone and interest was poor!! Note to owner : pls check upon his behaviour else the name earned by your shop will start deteriorating !!!

This place is the best option when it comes to having a good dessert. I visited 7th heaven lokhandwala outlet on 4th Feb 2020. I took Death By Chocolate Cake.. It was filled with lots of chocolate flavour, Spongy and freshly baked. The packing was good too, it came with wooden knife and small candles. So, if you are a dessert lover you must try this place once. Thank you...😊

7th heaven is a must try place for desserts in Lokhandwala. Their pastries and desserts are amazing at an affordable price. Their rasmalai and gulab Jamun cake is something which you cannot miss trying... Along with desserts they also have a variety of savoury options too . Small and pretty place, Staff is attentive and truly helpful.. Which makes you feel comfortable. Today I visited 7th heaven Andheri Lokhandwala Outlet. They are Having many outlets across mumbai. Coming towards dessert and cakes we had, Death By Chocolate Cake : Filled with lot of chocolate flavour. Spongy and freshly baked cake, literally melts down in your mouth. Cupcakes : I had Oreo Cupcake & 24 Carrot gold cupcake, I can say both are mouthwatering. I personally liked it. Pastries : (Highly Recommended) Red Velvet Pastry traditionally a red brown and layered with white chocolate cream and cheese. Second one is Rainbow Pastry as per name you will get seven colour combination pastry. Tasted really good. Amazing ....Amazing...experience surely visit again for sure!!!!!

Worst Banana walnut cake I've ever had.. along with the tantrums of the franchise. They completely spoiled our special day. The best thing is, we had to pay for that as well.. Big 'NO' to this bakery going forward..

One can never regret having a chocolate cake. 7th Heaven Cakes bake one one of the best choclate cakes we have had. Not only their cakes, but every dessert we had was zestful, not only for our mouth but also for our pockets. We started with their Red velvet cupcakes and Oreo cupcakes. They were tiny but really flavourful. The Choco lava cake was really exploding. We also tried their donuts and macrons. Kiwi macrons and pineapple macrons were really delicious. Overall 7th Heaven is a true heaven for all the dessert lovers out there

We have ordered Blueberry photo cake 1.5kg. Cost 1500rs. We have received an 1kg cake with vanilla flavor inside.. 70% was only cream with vanilla cream red in color. Huge disappointment waste of money,our guests refused to even taste suck cream chunks. I will suggest not to order from there. 😐 I have pictures as proof. We gave the whole cake out side kids to eat.

This outlet was located in the middle of the bustling Lokhandwala market . They had various options to choose from . We tried out their 4 of the assorted cupcakes . Snickers cupcake Oreo cupcake Hazelnut cupcake Mint cupcake . To be honest I have had the best cupcakes of my life The cupcakes were perfectly executed and was dripped with the yummilicious and smooothest cream. They also have designer cake which weighs about 9-10kgs for some special occasion . Will soon try out their cakes as well🤤

Very bad experience. I ordered Oreo cake on my daughter's birthday today which was customized unicorn cake. They charged Rs.1400 per kg but delivered normal creamy black forest cake which had bad taste. They spoiled our birthday party badly. On complaining they are not ready to accept and said mam u won't get full oreo cake..I told them it didn't taste anywhere like oreo it's clear cut black forest cake. Shameless behavior....pls be careful and think 100 times if u want to order customized cake from them...
