Cafe is located in a quite lane and on the back side of hill road. It actually got me a feeling of being in Goa similar to some quite lanes which I have walked The place is idea for a biker 🏍 or Auto as it’s situated inside a very narrow lane, Cafe has a valet parking though. Place is calm and gives space to spend quality time. Menu as they say Organic cafe has option of vegan and healthy stuff. I had Flat white and vegan humus sandwich 🥪 which was delicious 😋 and flavour were blended so well, to top it up the potato 🥔 wafer had unique and crunch taste. Do visit for a unique place for a delightful experience.

We ordered - Vietnamese coffee, americano, signature French toast and avocado on toast (sourdough). The place might be a good option for people who eat organic food only although the quality of food didn’t live up to the expectations. The taste was average. Considering the premium price paid for the coffee the coffee didn’t taste anything more than ordinary. The breads are made in-house and the sourdough didn’t taste like one at all. Overall the place is conveniently located, has good ambience but really lacks the taste.

The mushroom risotto is subtle and delicious. The tomato soup was on point but could have done with a little bit more of seasoning. The garlicy flavor of the soup was on point.

Visited Birdsong for a quick lunch on a Monday afternoon. Drink: We ordered the Cafe Mocha which was rather mediocre. Mains: Then we got the Veggie Hummus Sandwich & Caramelised Onion, Mushroom Swiss Melt. Both of which didn't look great but tasted amazing. Dessert: For dessert we got a walnut cookie which was too hard to break into and the famous Gooey Chocolate Cake which definitely lived up to the hype. Vibe: This place largely seems to be frequented by working professionals typing away on their laptops during the weekdays and has a chill vibe. Place felt like a library compared to the din of your regular Starbucks. Service: The floor was waited on by just one person but she managed to keep things together as it wasn't a very busy day.

Just loved the cafe. Had hummus veggie sandwich, Vietnamese coffee and gooey chocolate cake. Hummus sandwich was loaded with veggies, avocado, mushrooms. Just yum and so filling. Coffee was also great and best thing was the cake. Must visit. The owner is super sweet and ambiance is great so rustic and cozy.

The staff isn't competent enough to handle customers. They were rude; arrogant and talked back when we simply asked when will our order arrive. After waiting for 40 minutes since our food was ordered, we were told that our food had already served and food and paid for it. When we questioned them; the staff simply refused to have written down our order. Further, they refused to accept their own mistake which is triggering me to write such a review. An extremely horrible experience; I would strongly suggest everybody to never visit this place. I would recommend the managers of this cafe to train their staff enough so as to have basic courtesy on how to serve customers.

Classy ambience. Located in a quaint street next to a busy main road. Ideal for someone looking to have a intimate time with friends or even by oneself. I sat for over three hours to write and it was nice, mostly. The staff however could really use some etiquette training. They're nice, no doubt; but a little effort to apologise when wrong could go a long way for cafes like this. The AC duct out of the blue leaked loads of water right on top of me and the staff didn't even bother to apologise. They kept arguing between themselves about why it wasn't dealt with before. I waited standing by the counter and decided to find another table for myself. Minutes later, another AC did the same for the table next to mine. Yet, the staff didn't bother to intervene. Surprised with the callousness. The Ice Mocha and the Hot Mocha were both good but the Risotto was undercooked. Told the staff and although he could see it himself, again, no apologies and he just nodded and walked away with the plate. 500₹ is no less for a medium portion of food that is undercooked and tasted meh. Disappointed on that front and wouldn't recommend it for someone who is particular about price. But I would give them another visit just for the vibe of the place and hope they take serving their customers seriously.

A place amidst the heart of the city but still away from all the hustle and bustle. Will give you Goa feels. Good place for coffee and pastries.

I just love the ambience and the food is delicious, also I got my gluten-free options. In love this place, like a favourite place to be in now! I want to get my friends here! The service is also very quick and people are very warm. A place to spent a calm relaxing time.

Seemed to be a good place with a vibrant atmosphere on the face, but the attitude of staff was disappointing to say the least. Been visiting cafes around the world and in India, and never ever experienced a good one where staff asks if I am done even before I had finished my coffee so that they can give the same table a customer who just walked in. Sorry folks, irrespective of how the amwricano and the cake were, I can't rate such a place very high. It would an injustice to the others who are more customer centric.

We've been coming to this place since a long time but our recent visit was extremely unpleasant. Lakshman (from the staff) was extremely rude to me when I asked him about an offer that they used to have (which has been discontinued). I only asked him as I still had a voucher and he asked me to stop arguing when I had merely asked him some details about the offer. He also just waved me to go away. We walked out. Probably never going back - there are hundreds of other places which serve good food but also take care of their customers.

Cozy quaint place with great ambience, decor, well curated menu, attentive staff and high quality ingredients with organic, keto, gluten free and vegan options available upon request. It's a really nice bohemian style with ample seating managed well in the limited area available. It's meant to be enjoyed at leisure with friends or a date to sample their various speciality breakfast, brunch, baked goods, dessert and beverage offerings. Slightly pricey when compared to portion sizes but it's worth it for the ambience, privacy and quality time you'll spend here. The road outside is dug up but once you're inside you'll forget all about that minor inconvenience. Looking forward to revisiting this place.

I love coming here as I grew up in Bandra. Love everything about the place; - the ambience, the food, the coffee, the music, the aesthetics, everything! It was raining yesterday, had a nice lunch watching the rain and the world go by. Bliss! This time I had the spiced mutton stew as always, with a watermelon juice, followed by the Vietnamese coffee! DELICIOUS AND SCRUMPTIOUS! Also the poppy seeds coconut muffins and sea salt caramel cookies I took home are to die for! Sadly the orange muffins I love are not being stocked here anymore. I also recommend the Roast Lamb and caramelised onion sandwich which I have here sometimes. With their delicious whole-grain mustard of course! Yummy! One of my favourite places to dine in! Get lost in another world here!

The food is delicious. Absolutely loved it. Ordered Veggie Humus and Avocado Coconut smoothie bowl. It looked amazing and tasted goooood. Only after I had reached the bottom of the bowl did I realise I forgot to click a picture. Loved the ambience too. It's on a quiet street, so you can enjoy your food in peace.

Excellent ambience and food. No compromise on quality (although I must admit that it is on the pricier side!)... But then they are completely organic (they even bake their own bread!). We had the following; Red lemonade (fave ❤️) - Lemonade but with a pomegranate twist! Veg hummus sandwich - Awesome combinations of veggies, hummus and even avocado. The flavours blended really well together 👍🏼 Potato millet burger - Well done on this as well because everything from the potato patty, sauces and bun were on point! The only thing I wished was if the potato patty had been a little more spicy but full marks for flavour though.

Ambience and feel: A spacious, relaxing café with a good ambience. It has beautiful art on the walls showcasing and promoting the use of organic ingredients which is quite interesting to look at. Food and service: We tried the vegan chocolate cake which was also gluten-free. It was made of oat flour that gave it a dry but crunchy texture, the dryness of which was covered by the rich chocolate filling layered well in the pastry. The service was quick and they had good knowledge of their products.

Worth a trip to have lunch here. Standout among the many Mumbai cafes. Coffee is decent by Mumbai standards and the confectionary is delicious. Great atmosphere. Will definitely return every time I visit Mumbai

First thing I liked the environment of this cafe. There’s parking exactly in front of cafe. Place is near by Bandra Promenade and Hill Road. Like the name they have mostly organic food even the cafe you see mostly from organic things. Food is tasty and coffee is good. Good place to chill out with friends. I liked the Chocolate Eclair suggest you to try few cakes and cookies.

Being located in a relatively quite lane this place is not an obvious choice. Luckily me and my friends stumbled upon this place and I would describe it as a hidden jewel. The food is good and the ambience is amazing. It is a really calm place next to a very busy and crowded street. The staff is exceptionally friendly and kind, and they got some really good pics of us.

Its a very cosy little place at a quiet small road in Bandra. The place has a good vibe and maintained very clean and neat. The food is good.. Portion size is decent for mains.. Starters portion size is small but good taste. Lot of options to drink here in juices, lemonades, tea and coffee.. Desserts are great.. esp Carrot Cake. The burgers and pastas are good. Starters we tries the Quesadilla and baked wedges which were very nice in taste.

Quaint little café tucked away in the by lanes of bandra. Called for the eggs benedict, it was great! The mushroom and capers were cooked well and seasoned perfectly. Watermelon juice was average, although the “cleanse” juice was fresh and yum. Staff was polite and efficient.

Worked all day at this cafe on a busy day this month. Tried a variety of things. Everything was decent, barring the cleanse juice which was too watery. Americano, eggs benedict and mexican bowl were all excellent. Good WiFi. Highly recommend!

Went to Birdsong for brunch and the food and coffee were delicious! They have lots of vegetarian and vegan options for food and deserts. Wide variety of choices including healthy bowls, salads and smoothies. We tried vegan omelette (made with chickpea), a delicious protein rich option. Also liked the vibe!

My go to place to have work meetings. It quite quaint. Also a great place to go to work alone if you need some peace and quite. No one bothers you. Have a great food options that are nutritious , healthy and great tasting. Had a quick meeting the last time I went there and had a cold coffee with oat milk. Visited again for some peace and quiet to work. Sat for about 4 hours , no one really bothers you and their choice of music is conducive to work. Ordered coffee and poached egg with beetroot hollandaise

At Birdsong Organic Cafe, the atmosphere is a delightful blend of earthy, warm decor that radiates an old-world architectural charm, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. What truly impressed me during my visit was the exceptional quality of both the coffee and food. The avocado toast with eggs was a standout, a true masterpiece of culinary craftsmanship. Each dish is not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making every meal a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. For those who need to stay connected, the cafe offers Wi-Fi access, a valuable feature that allowed me to work uninterrupted for a peaceful 3 hours. The service at Birdsong was top-notch, with attentive, friendly, and efficient staff who clearly understand the importance of great customer service. In summary, Birdsong Organic Cafe is a hidden gem that should be on everyone's must-visit list. Whether you're looking for a delectable meal, a serene work environment, or simply a place to unwind, this cafe has it all. I highly recommend a visit; you won't be disappointed.

I visited this cafe in 2019 and I did it again in 2023. I've traveled to many cafes across countries and I have not found a better hot chocolate than what this cafe offers here. If you love hot chocolate. This is it. I found the one.

Extremely poor service. Ordered food, one hour later we call the service team. Were told they will check it with the kitchen. 20 minutes later someone comes and asks what our order was so he can check with the kitchen. After two hours cancelled food order, paid the bill (for drinks) and left after wasting over 2 hours with no food.

The food is really good, prices are slightly on the higher side. We ordered a multi-grain mushroom lentil burger, avocado smoothie, cold coffee, brownie, cookie. The bill ran up to 1900 bucks. The burger was around 450, smoothie was 350. The other thing i didn't like was there were houseflies near the window. If you found this review helpful, please like it.

From all the places I’ve tried, I think They have the best chocolate in Mumbai. It’s just too good! Although They don’t have more options in cookies without egg or vegan cookies, I think the overall ambience of the place is really good. I just have one complaint, the staff there is not really good as they denied one table saying it’s reserved for a group of 3 and in another 5 minutes 2 foreigners just walked in asking if there was any vacancy and they gave the table to them. Which was pretty unfair to be honest. That’s the staff part but overall I like the place.
