Very unprofessional service, i waited almost 40 min to get table ( that's ok usual waiting time) but then they took 20 min to notedown order, they said most of the dishes are not available, but serving the same dishes to other table (occupied after some time) they don't even asking for glass of water. Very unprofessional attitude of staff. Keep waiting inbetween our meal. I would not recommend this ..

First of all where is the half star option, This is second time I ordered food and suffered from food poisoning. I ordered porotta with Chicken and Beef. Did you poisoned any of these animals like they are taking any revenge, should have killed them with kindness. I'm not even scared if you all will put real poison in my food because I know like every time the quantity would be low. Thank God.

Decent place...Β  Good pricing. Not a bad decor either.. I ordered beef roast n porotta and chicken curry. Nice food. Quite authentic kerala food I would say. Don't think they have all speciality food available as per Display. Waiting was longgg. Not enuf staff and hence billing n ordering is bad. But as a customer that's not acceptable to me. Hope they improve that fastttt. But all in all a decent place. Worth a repeat to reconfirm the review πŸ˜‚πŸ€£

This a small restaurant, just inside the IIT Market walking distance from the main gate. They have very good authentic menu ranging from the all the traditional vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. Meals are good in presentation and taste. Worth visiting for your South Indian cravings at a budget price.

If you're a mallu or a mallu food enthusiast, DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE! Everything on my banana leaf was super incredibly flavorful and authentic. And their pricing is also very reasonable. I've also been ordering their pothichor via Zomato and the whole thing is such a bang for your buck!

One if the best places to have authentic South Indian dishes. The ambience will give you the vibes of Kerala like the vintage antiques and the staffs are super friendly.I don't know why people are complaining about the services but according to me the services were excellent. The place is well maintained and clean.

We ordered fish pothichoru but instead we received uncooked chicken pothichoru. The rice was very cold and stale. The sides that were given with the pothichoru were also horrendous. It is also severely overpriced for the quantity and most importantly the quality. The quality of food is nowhere near good.

We tried Travancore Cafe for the first time and were truly amazed with the delicious, authentic Kerala preparations. The flavours were bang-on, with some dishes also having the smoky, wood-fired cooking aroma. An absolute must if you live in Powai and dig Kerala food as much as I do.πŸ‘Œ Was so busy eating, I forgot to take pictures! πŸ˜› The ambience is comfortable, nothing fancy....but neat. Wait time was quite long but I hope that's not a regular feature. They also have Zomato and Swiggy services if you prefer to eat at home.

Store advertised 24 items to be given in a thali (sadhya). I was only given 8 items and they took 500 rs per plate. I ordered 3 plates. Tasteless food. Same masala used for every item. Total rip off. Won't recommend at all.

Very bad experience with onam sadya. Which we ordered today, ordered for rs 650 each. There were 14 to 15 items and the quantity of each item was not even enough for a 6 month old babyπŸ˜‚. There was no sambar in the sadhya and rasam was just oil mixed with water with no taste at all. Honestly should have asked for some refund

This is the 2nd time where I had a bad experience placing an order for an Onam Saddi. They promise to deliver by 1pm.or max:1:30 and don't bother to execute their delivery on time leaving people hungry on festival days. Never again from them.

Probably the most unprofessional restaurant I have ever come across. I ordered a fish thali and waited almost half an hour. In between 3 waiters came and asked what did I order. Finally someone came and asked me to place a fresh order. In between other tables (having 2+ persons) were served. Left the restaurant disgusted. My suggestion: come here with more than 2 persons, otherwise they won't take you seriously. Surely not visiting again. All the best to the management.

This is a new kerala restaurant in powai. Very nice food they are serving. I think price may little high compared than other restaurants especially those who like more ( not for sankies). Now a days they took more time to make foods. Only limited Seats are available there. Keep the quality maintained .

The first time, I visited this place with two of my Mallu friends. This place offers authentic Kerala food at an affordable price and the ambiance is quite good.
