Had visited this garden in Goregaon a long back ago. This garden is a popular tourist attraction and serves as a picnic spot. This garden has tree lined vistas, a lake and lush green forest that surrounds it. It attracts local tourists due to its surrounding beauty. The garden has a variety of flowers. It has an evergreen lawn and tall coconut trees. There is a small beautiful lake that is ideal for boating. There are some small shops in the vicinity. To get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the best place to be. Had enjoyed admiring the greenery of the garden as well as flowers as a school going child. This garden is an ideal place for families, couples as well as friends. It is a must visit and should not be missed.

Good Place to hangout.. Especially for couples! When you'll enter the park all you'll see is only couples. Anyways the place is very peaceful. Entry Pass for adults is Rs. 5, Childrens is Rs. 3 and Camera pass is also available for Rs. 20. We had a Camera pass and went in for shoot and it was really awesome shoot. I'd say it's a good place to shoot than hangout.

Basically chhota Kasmir famous for couple area. Sometimes the gatekeeper tells us that the smartphone is not allowed and charge the money from us to take the smartphone. Apart from these beauty of this place is awesome in winter season.

This park is located inside Aarey Colony,Goregaon East. You can get an Auto rickshaw from Goregaon Station to reach the place. Park is open from 9 AM to 6 PM on all days. The entry fees for the park is rs.5 and rs 20 for carrying camera. It is very serene place. This park is more of a Couples area. There is lots of greenery and flowers. Good place for photo shoot. At the opposite side of the park's entry gate there are many snacks corners available. Washroom is not well maintained. Ample amount of parking space available outside the premises.

It is a very good picnic spot to being your family's. There is huge playground area for kids to play. It is all very good place for doing photo shoots and making reels. If you are taking camera with yourself then you have to pay some entry fees at the check In point. You can also enjoy doing boating here. You will find a very peaceful environment here and you can spend all your day here.

This is our city's, our state's and on the larger scale our nation's wealth. We all need to be proud of it as well as take great care of it by it's conservation. Our future generations will be thankful to us for this. It's a very pleasant experience to be at Chhota Kashmir in the morning, although the garden is closed due to Covid. However, the natural surroundings rejuvenate your senses and spending time in the company of nature always feels like a divine blessing.

I recently visited Chhota Kashmir Park in Mumbai and had a wonderful time. The park is a beautiful and serene oasis in the middle of the city. The park has a variety of trees, plants, and flowers that add to its natural beauty. There is also a small lake in the park, which is a popular spot for boating. The park is very well-maintained and clean, thanks to the efforts of the staff who work hard to keep it tidy. One of the highlights of the park is the toy train ride, which takes visitors on a tour of the park. The train ride is a fun and unique way to explore the park and see all of its natural beauty. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to Chhota Kashmir Park for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful escape from the city. It's a great place to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty, and the toy train ride is a must-try experience.

Aarey Colony is situated in Goregaon. The place is easily commutable from the Goregaon railway station via auto-rickshaw at a distance of 5km. On the other hand, you can take 326, 341, 450, 451, 460, 479 buses which go through Aarey Dairy Milk Colony. If you want to see various sites in the colony, then it might be best to take your own two/four-wheeler. If you are takingΒ Mumbai DarshanΒ bus, then this place might be on the itinerary. 12th_Jan_2020: We visited Chhota Kashmir Boat Club and Park after reading reviews on GMaps. A pond which is not much big is where the boat club exists and the park is just opposite to it but their entrances are separated from about half Km. Boating here can be fun with family and friends but there are limited options as only manually operated (pedal) boats are available. The park is very poorly maintained couples only place. With family you may feel awkward especially when one starts to explore it a little deeper. The keeper asked ID of my wife while entering the park. The only thing i liked is it is located in the peaceful area of aarey forest. Both places can be better enjoyed in rainy or just after rainy season.

Chota Kashmir is located in Aarey colony of Mumbai. It is a nice place to hangout with family or friends. This place is very green and peaceful. You literally feel like you are not in Mumbai for sometime. It is a very big park like place and has a lot of different tress. There are benches to sit as well. The place is not very clean and also there are no proper sanitation facilities. Outside the park there are small refreshment shops and a cpuple of small restaurants as well. The ticket for the entry costs Rs. 5 per person.

It is good spot for family picnic but it's area is small and there is not much to look around just green grass and trees. I suggest carry food along with you before going in the park. Home made food is good. You can just go for casual picnic but nothing much to enjoy.

  • 1/5 Gizelle G. 1 year ago on Google
I found this place extremely creepy. The garden does not have any proper boundary or end as such, it extends into the forest. Moreover, there were a lot of men just wandering around near us and staring straight at us. At first we thought its the watchmen or Gardners but later realised it was just random men. It was honestly very creepy to the point where I felt like leaving. In my opinion, this place is not safe at all especially if you are going alone

During my recent visit to Aarey Garden in Goregaon, I was disappointed to find it under construction. I suggest avoiding it for the next few months. However, when not under construction, it's a popular tourist spot with tree-lined vistas, a serene lake, and lush forests. The variety of flowers, evergreen lawn, and coconut trees add to its charm. While mostly couples visit, it can be enjoyed by families too. Girls need to carry ID proof, and washroom cleanliness needs improvement. The entry fee is reasonable, and parking is free. Overall, it's a great place for nature lovers, but check the construction status beforehand.

I had visited this place after 26 years, it was most beautiful and well maintained garden before. But at present there is nothing left totally dried plants and road are broken, no grass, It was one of the favorite spot for bollywood industry too, even in many 50 years old movie we had seen this garden well maintained, but today I feel sad to see this garden is totally finished. Government need to take care of this Historical place, I would like to share my old pic with new one Same spot
