I have been here in childhood but this visit was mesmerizing. BMC has really stepped up in beautification of this beach. As it is a shallow beach you can walk far inside the sea during low tides. The view of Sea link bridge is peace during the sunset. The sunset here is a must to wait for.

On 6th Dec every year many people from all over the world comes to Chaityabhommi (चैत्यभूमी) . It's a very good place . But always good things comes with a bad thing , that is there's a lot of pollution around Deck View . Also along the beach there are many couples which distrubs the atomsphere.

It has two main entries. Both are beautiful. One will open on the beach and other opens on the promenade. Both are connected via stairs. The beach is not at all clean. Can't even think of soaking my feet here. It has too much garbage scattered all over the place. There are many eateries here. Horse ride, horse carriage ride and few other rides are available. There are lots of fancy knick knacks for the kids. They are overly priced. The promenade looks amazing especially in the evening. A lot of sitting is available here. The beach is not beautiful but the sight of the sea from the top is breathtaking. The settings Sun and the wind are awesome. The sea link is visible straight ahead. You can spend a few hours sitting and chatting with your loved ones here. Parking is a big problem here.

Great place. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's last rites took place here. Every year many followers of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar come here on the occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti on 14th April and on 6th December (death anniversary) in huge numbers. This place is open everyday for everyone. Maintain silence inside. You can come by taxi to this place from Dadar station in just 10-15 mins. By walking it will take one hour to reach. Eating places are available nearby. The garden is there to sit. One can see the Bandra Worli sea link bridge from Chaitya Bhoomi. Many books written by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar are available for sale near Chaitya Bhoomi. Keychains, photos of Gautam Buddha and Dr. Babasaheb is available with many designs. A variety of books based on Buddhism, Constitution and Social topics are available here. One must definitely visit this place if you are visiting Mumbai. Washrooms are available and are clean.

And i visited this place at 6 Dec Midnight on the occasion of death anniversary of Dr. BABASAHEB AMBEDKAR FATHER OF INDIA CONSTITUTION. There were almost 5lakhs + people's and the work done of development by government of Maharashtra is Nicely. The structure is square in shape with a small dome divided into ground and mezzanine floors. In the square-shaped structure is a circular wall about 1.5 metres in height. In the circular area are placed the bust of Ambedkar and a statue of Gautam Buddha. The circular wall has two entrances and is furnished with marble flooring. On the mezzanine floor there is a Stupa, besides the resting place for Bhikkhus. The main entrance gate of the Chaitya Bhoomi is replica of the Gate of the Stupa of Sanchi while inside a replica of Ashoka Pillar is made.

Hi everyone one, yes the place is really nice, nicy constructed, totally photogenic as we can see sealink, however, this place is much more crowded on sundays of course because holiday, request to maintainthe premises clean and neat, not to throw anything in sea or on beach side area as it is going ro damage the serenityof the place. Overall nice place to visit with family and friends.

Chaityabhoomi is just 20min away from Dadar station.The pleasant view can be seen at 6-6:30p.m.You can get few good cafe near the place. The Dadar market is opened which starts outside the station itself.

A place for spiritual thing after death. People roaming around not keeping this place clean but you have no options, we have. All spiritual things can be done here and you will get spiritual gurus easily as per Hindu culture

Very Crowded and unhygienic foods. Good for Photography. Can ride a Horse but very very short distance. No Parking for 4 Wheeler, if you are lucky you will get 2 wheeler free parking. Under the Bridge you will get the Drainge water and smelling very bad. Found some couples are enjoying, so not good for Kids. Must Visit Buddha Temple.

I am thankful to BMC who created the view deck. It looks five Star deck with view of sea link. Whenever we are Nearby Dadar we just walk to this area and sit and view the sea link at evening. Photoshoots are amazing. Avoid going on beach nearby as water is very dirty. Lot of sanitation openings are nearby. Just sit on deck of chatyabhoomi and enjoy the sunset view.

We Visited in evening but unfortunately after sunset yet experience was too good. The view of Bandra Worli Sea Link was just too good. Really enjoyed the breeze. The place was very well maintained and clean. We really had a nice experience and enjoyed it. As per my experience it is highly recommended to visit this place in evening during sunset for a soothing and mesmerising experience. The place is just to sit and relax.
