True and pathetic experience. Worst travel company. They Respond good till you don’t pay them. Once payment is done then they show their attitude. They Did not give us proper guidance for visa till the day of travel. When asked they said its common sense and you can find all info about visa on google. Seriously is this the way you talk to your customers. We Booked travel for 2 couples and they gave 1 SIM card to only saying booking is together. How together we paid separately. Waooo hats off to the strategy. SIM is imp when out of country. As we had no SIM card it was difficult for us to manage or go out separately. Very useless itinerary designers. Very rude staff. If possible do bookings on your own. You will enjoy more in less money.

No proper response from the team , very bad

Went to Gujarat on tour for 14 days in February 23. Arrangements made for lodging, food and transportation were excellent. Very good planning was made to visit different places. Enjoyed the tour.

Horrible service and super rude staff. I contacted Aneri from the team for my Schengen visa. I just asked her what are the appointment dates available generally since I wasn’t looking to book a slot immediately, and she wouldn’t share that with me unless I gave her my passport details. On refusing to share passport details, she is telling me to GO AND MANAGE ELSEWHERE! I mean who serves customers like this in hospitality business? Rude, arrogant bunch of females!

We consulted Mr Dharm Thakore of M/s,Vibrant Holiday Destinations for our Kerala Trip and he has submitted the lowest quotation than other Travel Agencies. Their driver has picked up as soon as we landed at Kochin and after site seeing in Kochin we went to Chitrapuri, near to Munnar for night stay. They have booked Bella Vista Resorts, which are very well located on hill top and very pleasant. Then in TEkkady they have booked t dew resorts which are as good as a three star hotel. Lush greenery around the resorts gave a eyefeast. After wards we moved to House Boat at Alleppy, which is ultimate enjoyment during our tour. We are totally satisfied with the coordination by the Travellers who provided wonderful and excellent services which made our five days trip a memorable ones in our life. I sincerely thank Mr. Thakore in particular. I also strongly recommend my fellow tourists to utilise the services of Vibrant Holiday Destinations without hesitation.....Murali Mohana Rao, Hyderabad

Pathetic experience

Our group was on a 2 week tour of Gujrat, covered majority of tourist places. The coach was good and a safe driving too. One area of improvement can be, the driver should have little more knowledge of the visitors timings at the places of visit. Also, can be more proactive to make the visits more comfortable. For example, at a couple of places we were dropped of at a distance from the spot, whereas we use to see other tour vehicles being driven close to the place. This becomes more critical during summer time and with aged tourists who find it difficult to walk long distance.

The best holidays of mine have always been with Vibrant be it Vietnam or South Africa or Baku ,the experiences have been top class . My family will never miss a single chance if the trip has been organized by Vibrant absolutely professional and no reason to complain I wish the entire team of Vibrant a great journey ahead and God bless

Vibrant Experiences create memorable experiences for all. We had travelled to Vietnam along with their team.From day 1 , each location, stay hotels and food options were selected keeping in mind our choices. We got a very delicious mix of vegetarian options as well along with non veg options, local authentic options and some Indian options as well. Our stay in all the hotels and cruise was amazing with very good facilities. Their team does lot of pre work before curating the trip. In all we had an amazing experience and would surely recommend to all.

Vibrant Experiences has organised two international tours for us. One at Baku (Azerbaijan) and second at Vietnam. They have exceeded our expectations. From the tour planing, to tour manager, itenarary, to luxurious hotel stays..brilliant organisation.! One specific incident I would like to share. Just before leaving for Vietnam 8-10 well wishers told me that you will not get Veg food anywhere in Vietnam. For the minimum everything will be cooked in fish oil and in each restaurant there will be a smell of fish oil. Since I had and awesome experience with Vibrant earlier, we just went with trust. Not only the entire tour was an amazing experience, They had organised pure veg, delicious, non oily, non spicy food for entire stay of 7 days. We were so full after each meal that we used to tell “today we will skip dinner”. But we never skipped! If you are considering going for a mind blowing awesome international tour experience I recommend Vibrant!

We went to Gujarat on 14 days tour. Places of accommodation, vegetarian food was very good.

Gujrat tour: Accommodation was excellent except at Bhavnagar where toilet/bath was not maintained in proper functional order. Vegitarian food at all places we stayed was good. On the whole the experience was very good.

Worst for traveling

Absolutely fantastic experience!

Last week we visited Gujarat with Vibrant Holidays. Overall experience about lodging facility and car facility was amazing. Driver Ishwarji who accompanied us throughout the tour was really very nice person. Will surely like to travel with Vibrant Holidays in future to some other destination.
