Shri 1008 Adinath Bahubali Digamber Jain Mandir Atishay kshetra. What to see: This is a Atishay Kshetra having Chandra prabhu Bhagwaan Temple. Peaceful, calm, religious place. Also Large Awesome 3 Tirthankar Murti of Bharat, Bahubali, adinathswami. Surrounded by 24 Tirthankar . Nature loving people will love to explore. Function hall is also in the basement. Manas stambh is under reconstruction as this was damage by Lightening. How to go: it at Borivali East. 4kms from local Borivali station. Autorikshaw upto Podanpur is readily available outside Borivali east station.it will take Rs 40. (As This mandir is situated just nearby Rajiv Gandhi National Park, Auto rikshaw will not travel upto the Gate. You have to walk about 500mtr. Gully area) Where to stay: Rooms are available for Jain Pilgrims only on daily basis at affordable rates. Food will be make available as per order at Reception. Total time required from Borivali trimuti mandir Borivali east is about 3hours. What to explore. If you have time of 1 complete day, then you can explore Rajiv Gandhi National Park.

A very beautiful place situated in the lush green environment of the ragiv gandhi national park. It has always been a good place to spend spiritual time. ****the only problem is that if you come here, come in your private vehicle bug not taxi because if you don't come in private vehicle you cannot enter the national park to get to the temple. If you don't have any means you can come through different route but in that after a particular point it is a 500m walk to the temple through the slums. While going it is on your luck if you can find a vacant seat in the car of the national park or you have to take lift from other people.

Jain Atishay Kshetra situated at Podanpur, Borivali near Sanjay gandhi national park. Tallest statues of Jain tirthankar in mumbai along with 24 statues of all 24 tirthankars of Jainism. Temple is open post covid restrictions.

I am not a religious person and usually am interested in reading and learning about all religions. Today i was lucky to go to this Jain temple. The place is near the borivali national park and if you follow the Google location, you will reach the destination. However, there is a slim area to walk where the famous lijjat papad are made. If you are up and can walk, take the walk, it isn't bad, infact it is very clean. If you wish to drive, the entry is through the national park, you will have to pay an entrance fee though. No excuses. A huge ground-level area with ample parking space for cars, bikes, and tourist buses is available inside the premise. There are two temples, and if you are there during lunch time they would serve you lunch at nominal rate. The temple has a lot of history. I would write down, what i could gather during my visit. If you are keen in knowing more, do ask the people you meet there. From the beautiful large entry gate, The 51 feet of Kirti Stambh is the first attraction to be seen. Three tirthankar Murti of Bharat, Bahubali, adinathswami is next which you will see as you cross the kirti stambh, there is a small flights of stairs which will lead you to the teenmurti. 24 Tirthankaras (24 Different Jain Lords) inside the temple is what one can see next, upon crossing the giant idols. To name them all are Adinatha, Ajita, Sambhava, Abhinandana, Sumati, Padmaprabha, Suparshva, Chandraprabha, Suvidhi, Shital, Shreyansa, Vasupujya, Vimala, Ananta, Dharma, Shanti, Kunthu, Ara, Malli, Muni Suvrata, Nami, Nemi, Parshva and Mahavira (Also called ‘Mahavir Swami Maharaj’). There are some food stalls selling home made traditional ready to eat sweet and namkeen. Also, one can see love among the older generation who are supporting each other even to walk, very rarely seen in modern world. If you are lucky you can witness some events which are conducted by a team of people who hail from pratapgarh (rajasthan). More on events and festivals could be taken from the property itself.

It's a big Digambar Jain temple in National Park, Borivali east. Here Moolnayak is ChandraPrabhu bhagwan. The temple has teenmurti and all 24 tirthankars as well. It has a dharamshala and bhojanshala as well. It has a snan-ghar(bathroom) for gents to change into clothes for doing puja. Has enough space for parking. It has upasara and open space for pravachan as well.

Jai Jitendra, so let me give you a few important information about this place. 1. Charges Rs 1000 per AC room ( enough for 6 people): Its a 2 bedroom with separate latrine (western) and bathroom with geyser, a large mirror, extra mattress etc. 2. The path to reach the teen murti temple is little tricky, if you are coming to borewali station (east side) just do a sharing or private auto to tata power station , they will drop you at signal, open a map to teen murti by walking. You need to walk through a small street that will leave you outside of national park back gate. If you have a personal car just make an entry from the sanjeev gandhi national park , they will allow you to enter once you make them talk to the temple authority, private vehicle charges are Rs 500. 3. Parking is available. 4. Bhojan shala is also there with average taste food. 5. Online booking is not available, if any of your Friend or family member is in mumbai, ask him to visit and make an offline booking ( they dont take advance payment, just make your entry in there book). You will get a room on arrival also, this place is not usually crowded. Overall good place to safe stay at affordable price with family.

Very calm place & beutiful spiritual place. Peace is the at its highest level here. You have to walk from main road to this place for aprox 15 min. to reach. Rooms & foods are available here for overnight stay. Beutiful scenes of sanjay Gandhi national park is visible from this place. If you want to drive your own vehicle to this place , you must have to come through national park only.

Shri 1008 Adinath Bahubali Digamber mandir. From Borivali East rly station around 4kms.3 gigantic idols and 24 Tirthankaras idols all around the temple Once you reach here then it is a completely different scene. Amidst heavy traffic, once you arrive in 10 min & you will find yourself in a different world. Temple has one side of skyscrapers and another side of a reserve forest - Rajiv Gandhi national park. Deers 🦌 can be seen roaming around the temple. 🐅 and wild 🐖 can be seen in the forest However, a lot of activities /vehicles create disturbance for animals and govt should avoid construction movement after 6 pm. One should visit this temple and Nature loving people will love this place. Temple pujari and all staffs in this temple are very cooperative and helpful. Food is very good 👍 spiritual place 💯 it was my right decision to come this place and spend some time in this beautiful 😍 place

No approach road. Not good for patients and senior citizens. No autos or cabs come to drop or pick. Around 200 m u need to walk from a very very dirty and narrow lane No cleaning and upkeep. Rooms are dirty. Bhojanshala is very dirty and unhygienic. Do not go for stay.

It's a good temple. There are three huge idols here. This place is accessible from Sanjay Gandhi National Park. When we went there was no one here, i guess it was not the opening timing. But still they allowed us to visit it. It's beautiful, peaceful, blissful, everything you would want after a hectic week to calm your mind with total greenery of the national park surrounding you. It's on the way to Kanheri caves so do visit it as it doesn't take much time. I would suggest everyone, whether Jain or no, to visit this temple for it's architecture.

This so called ancient religious place is actually encroachment on previous forest land in the name of religious place. Day by day the construction is expanding and commercial activities increasing . Creating disturbance for animals in reserve forest.

This place has facility to organize religious program. Has 2 to 3 small size hall and one very big pandal which can accomodate near to 1000 people very easily. It also has dharamshala behind with AC and Non AC rooms and rooms are also maintained nicely. People coming from out of Mumbai can stay here on daily basis and also have breakfast lunch and dinner in the canteen. Place is like with 2 to 3 km from Borivali railway station which is very well connected to Western railways.
