I
had
booked
this
car
for
Mumbai
Darshan
for
my
inlaws
with
the
package
of
12hr/120
Kms.
They
have
mentioned
on
their
website
to
show
26
places
and
committed
the
same.
We
have
asked
for
9am
but
driver
arrived
at
9:30am.
Their
policy
says
full
refund
if
driver
does
not
report
on
time.
After
asking
there
was
no
response.
They
said
he
will
come
from
Vashi
but
he
was
actually
coming
from
Andheri.
While
booking
they
mentioned
that
they
have
7
years
experience
of
the
same
travel.
I
booked
this
for
Monday
and
found
out
later
that
some
places
like
Nehru
Planetarium
and
Aquarium
are
closed
on
Monday.
I
asked
them
why
you
never
mentioned
about
it.
They
said
even
they
are
not
aware
of
this;
in
7
years
they
did
not
find
this
out.
So
the
journey
started
at
9:30
am
from
Airoli.
My
wife
already
told
him
that
excluding
closed
places
and
some
not
interested
to
see
these
20
places
we
want
to
see
so
manage
the
tour
accordingly.
Driver
was
converset
with
the
locality
and
agreed
to
do
so.
Driver
was
literally
sleeping
while
driving.
My
wife
suggested
to
pull
over
and
take
a
nap
or
drive
slowly.
He
did
neither
and
kept
on
driving.
We
have
had
already
lost
some
time
so
she
thought
he
will
take
the
rest
we
will
go
to
Sidhivinayak
and
avoided
to
call
travel
company
to
save
on
time.
His
drowsiness
was
all
the
day
of
the
travel.
He
skipped
some
places
saying
we
will
need
to
go
back
and
miss
some
points.
He
was
travelling
through
the
places
but
not
at
all
telling
that
Worli
sea
link
is
at
your
right
or
Mantralaya
building
was
at
you
left,
nothing
like
that.
After
asking
he
used
to
say
it
just
passed
by
(Abhi
to
peechhe
gaya).
Now
my
family
did
not
know
where
it
is
the
reason
we
booked
the
car
and
he
did
not
take
any
efforts
to
mention
them.
Overall
it
was
just
the
travel
with
13
places
(including
these
abhi
peechhe
gaya
places)
out
of
20
places
and
my
family
was
traumatized
by
his
driving.
After
reaching
home
I
asked
him
why
he
was
sleeping,
he
rudely
said
that
he
was
feeling
lazy
(Susti
aa
rahi
thi
sir).
And
also
asked
why
he
did
not
show
the
places
then
he
said
I
needed
to
go
tru
and
fro
and
also
I
thought
these
people
already
know
where
is
what
again
very
rudely.
I
talked
with
travel
company
then
they
said
they
are
vendors
and
will
be
penalized
for
this
behavior.
But
what
about
us
we
just
spent
a
day
in
the
car
without
seeing
anything
and
paid
in
full.
Also
there
was
risk
as
driver
was
sleepy.
I
had
to
again
book
a
self
drive
car
and
have
to
show
the
places
again
to
my
in-laws.
I
did
not
get
any
notification
about
the
reply.
And
there
is
no
option
to
reply
to
your
comment.
The
commitment
was
to
provide
from
Vashi
if
it
was
not
available
then
that
is
not
my
fault.
I
checked
there
was
no
accident.
Also
he
reached
in
Airoli
at
8:55
as
per
the
phone
discussion
but
he
was
touring
inside
for
30
min.
I
called
up
even
in
the
evening
when
the
driver
reached
back
home
but
there
was
no
such
information
provided
that
I
need
to
speak
to
customer
care.
Even
the
person
on
the
other
side
mentioned
that
you
guys
will
be
penalising
the
vendor
and
will
let
me
know
what
happens.
