Colaba causeway is famous for its street shopping. Dresses, tops, shoes, sandals, bags, tshirts, earrings and other accessories etc are a few to name. A few book stalls are also available for the bibliophiles. As vendors' stalls are on the pavements, one can walk without being affected by the scorching sun. There is only one rule here: You must know how to bargain and walk away. Otherwise vendors will squeeze your pocket. You'll get share taxis from CST or you can go on foot also. It is some 15 minutes walk only. Don't forget to have something from Leopold Cafe or Cafe Mondegar. Colaba causeway is one of my favorite places in Mumbai.

Colaba Market is a shopper's paradise, brimming with a wide array of products and vendors. From colorful fabrics and traditional handicrafts to trendy clothing and jewelry, the market offers something for everyone. The lively atmosphere, filled with the sounds of haggling and the aroma of street food, adds to its appeal. While the market can get crowded, especially during peak hours and weekends, the energy and vibrancy it brings are part of its charm. The market's crowded nature may require some patience and careful navigation, particularly if you prefer a more relaxed shopping environment. Despite the occasional challenges that come with crowds, Colaba Market remains a must-visit destination for those seeking a vibrant and dynamic shopping experience. It's important to plan your visit accordingly, avoiding peak hours if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere.

From cheap road garments to in vogue boutiques, this path, which houses old structures from the British Raj, has it all. Colaba Causeway, also known as Shahid Bhagat Singh Road, is one of the best places in Mumbai for shopping and is a business road, and a noteworthy thoroughfare or land connect amongst Colaba and the Old Woman's Island in the city of Mumbai, India. While you can walk around the trails and search for garments, shoes, totes, and even gems in the most recent plans, you can likewise venture into one of the boutiques and take a gander at stunning decorations, garments, and so forth. If you are looking for some good shopping spot in Mumbai then Colaba Causeway Market is the perfect place for you. Show your shopping skills while bargaining here at the market and buy some of the amazing stuffs here. You can also taste parsi, sindhi and european food here.

3 words that define this market -Bargain Bargain and Bargain !! Good place to spend a day if you are in the area and want to buy cheap stuff and dine in at iconic cafes like leopald cafe. Picked up a few things from the market at fraction of price you would get elsewhere.

Amazing market in Colaba, south Mumbai. It’s a place which every girl would love to go, trust me girls go crazy when they visit this place. There are a variety of bags, earrings, slippers, shoes, anklets, bracelets, different kind of ethnic wear stores, western outfit stores, and what not. Man, me and my friends shopped close to two checkin bags on our way back to hotel. There are a few shops for men as well to shop but the options are more for gals/ladies. There are few eateries as well in between the streets. Leopoldo cafe is one of them. One would at-least three to four hours if you want to visit each and every shop. But a must visit guys if you are coming to Mumbai. Don’t forget come with a empty duffel bag though haha 😂

Most probably the best place for pocket friendly shopping. You will get great variety of products and in wide range. It's a long street of around 4-5 Km and most of the street vendors are Antique iteams, clothes, Mobile accessories, etc. A must to go place if you are in Colaba.

Colaba So peaceful place with an oldest architecture of buildings. This is one of the markets where tourists get their shopping by the road side vendors. Most of the stuff being sold is first copy, cheap imitation or downright fake. It’s the tourist central of the city with a liberal dose of rich history, iconic eating and drinking joints and artistic connections that have found prominent mentions in Gregory David Roberts’ Shantaram.

Huge and over crowded street market. There are some good branded shops as well like Woodland, Puma, Levi's etc and the famous Leopold Cafe. Unfortunately couldn't cover the whole street in a short time, maybe you will need a whole day if you are shopaholic. Passed by just after visiting Taj hotel and Gateway of India. Shopping wasn't in our planning that day and with lots of patience and good bargaining skill, we did very good shopping where finally no hands were free. A seller whose shop was in a back alley followed us and waited calmly for more than 45 minutes, so that we catch a glimpse of his products. Amazingly here also we did great shopping. You must bargain at least 5 times less than the propose price. If you like antiques items, you'll get nice one here. Also mehendi prints and after bargaining got 3 sets for INR 500 + some small gifts by the seller. Please note that almost all of the street products are fake and some are defective also. Checked all your items well before payment. Some sellers are very kind and they helped us to carry our shopping bags plus halt a taxi for us. That was a very nice experience and love my shopping here.

Some of the most popular restaurants of Mumbai can be found here. However, Colaba Causeway is most famous for its shopping centres. You can everything here, including clothes, antiques, home décor, electronics, jewellery, furniture, accessories, perfumes and handbags. And you can get all these at throwaway prices too! There are also some boutiques and high-end shops here. Oh remember to bargain.

This market is buzzing with all the latest trends of fashion at inexpensive prices. Bargaining is a must because almost all the vendors will try to sell you a price almost double of the actual cost but it's a fun experience in itself. Have an enjoyable time here with your friends or family.

This place is near to India Gate and Hotel Taj. So one can plan a visit to market easily. On final note, I would say that there is a lot of bargaining here. So , please ask for the items accordingly. It's a nice place to shop for ladies wear. Great place for tourists. It's a long walking lane where on both sides shops are placed. Trendy clothes can be found here. Footwear is more preferable here. But the only problem is the person who wants to shop here in reasonable price should know well to bargain because the shopkeepers here fix rates according to their convinience so the person who knows to bargain well can shop here easily. Must visit if one comes to Mumbai.

It's a typical flea market mixed with regular shops and upscale showrooms. Generally overpriced but you get souvenirs which are not easy to get anywhere else in Mumbai. You'll always find a good bargain. Be ready to haggle if you like anything. Arrive before noon so you can avoid the crowds and get best deals because you'll probably be one if the first few customers.

There is a whole lane of stalls here selling idols, clothes, footwear, eyewear, imitation jewelry, bags. You can bargain with shopkeepers to get reasonable rates. Girls can find all of their stuff here at good rates. The earrings, bangles, fancy tops, pants, shorts, night shorts, sandals, belts and bags that I’ve bought from here have lasted a good time and I even bought them at good rates.

Colaba causeway is a shopping street you can find a lot of stuff mostly for females. There are some really old and cafe which has a huge historic importance. Try and explore cafe Leopold it’s always busy so try to avoid lunch and dinner timings there’s usually waiting. Cafe Mondager is also quite nice cafe and has a good ambience. The street gets too crowded on weekends.

Colaba Market, situated in Mumbai, is known for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse offerings. However, there might be lesser-known facts or hidden gems within the market that aren't widely advertised or explored by many visitors. For instance, there could be specific vendors selling unique items, historical anecdotes about the market, or cultural practices among the local sellers that aren't commonly known to outsiders. Exploring the less traveled corners might reveal some intriguing aspects of Colaba Market. Its one of those paradise for girls. One can get everything in affordable or cheap price.

Colaba Market in Mumbai is a vibrant and iconic shopping destination that offers a unique blend of culture, history, and commerce. Stretching along Colaba Causeway, this bustling market is a sensory delight for both locals and tourists. The market's greatest charm lies in its diverse array of merchandise. From colorful trinkets and clothing to handmade crafts and antique treasures, Colaba Market caters to a wide range of interests. It's a fantastic place to hunt for souvenirs, especially as it's conveniently located near popular tourist attractions like the Gateway of India. The market's street food scene is equally enticing. The aroma of delectable Indian snacks wafts through the air, beckoning you to savor local favorites like pav bhaji, vada pav, and bhel puri. The experience is not just about shopping but also indulging in the flavors of Mumbai. Additionally, Colaba Market boasts a unique architectural blend, featuring colonial-era buildings and contemporary storefronts. The lively atmosphere, with haggling shopkeepers and enthusiastic buyers, makes every visit an adventure. Though it can get crowded, and bargaining skills are a must, Colaba Market remains a must-visit destination in Mumbai. It encapsulates the city's spirit and serves as a microcosm of its diverse culture and heritage. Whether you're a shopaholic, a foodie, or a culture enthusiast, Colaba Market offers something for everyone in the heart of Mumbai.

A large main street with nice shops on one side and opposite small shops and stalls of all kinds. In the perpendicular streets, a little more tranquility with real mini markets and other pharmacies. Some shops selling local fabrics, ties, etc. The whole area is scattered with hosts.

Colaba is south of Mumbai and has a beach promenade that starts at the Gateway of India. This tall basalt arch was built in the 1920s. High-end boutiques line the promenade, and the Taj Mahal Palace hotel is known for its colonial-style sea-facing tea lounge. The Colaba Causeway is lined by various cafes and restaurants, including hip, contemporary ones. There are also outdoor stalls selling handmade souvenirs. Colaba has historical monuments, busy markets, art galleries, and many more. It’s the best place for shopping due to the many malls and markets. You will find almost everything you want from different shopping malls and markets at the best price
