I would have given negative ratings, if google allowed to me to do so. Never go for mumbai darshan. Better you use private transport(taxi or auto) to visit your selected places. Mumbai darshan is waste of money and time. They are just wasting your time and money in visiting places which requires entrance tickets (500+ rs per person other than 300 rs bus ticket - total 800 rs per person) which useless. Even they do not give you enough time to explore those places. You will not see anything similar to what they show in photos attached here. NEVER GO FOR MUMBAI DARSHAN PLEASE.

They collect more money for museum entrance ticket and also collect Rs 220 for 5D show. 5D show is totally waste of money and time. They cheating the tourist. List of site seeing places are 36. But they show only few places. Guides speak only Hindi. They don't know English.

Very bad experience they were not covered all places properly. 1.Waste of money for 5D show (don't waste your money here) 2. Less time given for temples darshan. 3. Don't give money 540 rs for 5D show,boating,muzium. If you needed then pay. Finally it's bad service

I can't give negative stars otherwise I would have given it.. I booked 3 seats for me my wife and my mother .. they sent me mail with bus number and seat numbers. On the day of the Mumbai darshan, a different bus came and they asked us to seat near driver. No proper seat given. They said they will transfer us to different bus at cst . So we sat in driver cabin for 1.5 hour. While returning back they again transferred us in different bus in Bandra . They didn't show any place in Bandra even if it was in the plan. They they said they will refund 200 rs . But even after 10 days of following up they have not refunded money. They just care about money and not customer satisfaction of

pathetic👈 i would have given -5 start but its not there. very poor service tourist guide is horrible he did have manner to talk. they are just in hurry of completing the trip thats all. and are so much greedy. "money eaters". do not go for this if don't want to spoil your money and enjoyment.

Really good service, bus tour guide -Shankar and other staff were helpful. We were able to get darshan of both siddhivinayak and mahalakshmi temple. Tour guide gave details of lots of places, were shown Bollywood actors hones, etc. We took AC bus, which was 350 rs and extra charges were optional. Shivaji museum- 100 Nehru science City - 70 2 shows - 90 Sealink - 10(compulsory) Guide charge - 40(compulsory) Boat ride - 170

Price is not proper from some he takes 150 from some it take 200 and from some it takes 300, he will also not take you to many places you must visit in Mumbai he will only take you to all the musiums in mumbai. I will suggest not to go with him he dont even have manner to talk to tourist.

Hello Friends, this is a very good travel agency. There is not much money here and very good service is given here. Hai's staff is also very good people won't believe you.

Very bad experience. They only want to make money and no care for tourist safety and Mumbai experience. They lied that Siddhi vinayak temple was closed due to some maintenance, but later we came to know that it was open for darshan.

In December 2018, I and my wife (with our 9 months old daughter) were preparing to go to Mumbai for the first time from Delhi to attend a marriage in the month of February 2019. Checking online we came across Mumbai Darshan Tour buses being operated in Mumbai. After thoroughly going through multiple reviews for about a month, none of the bus services was convincing due to bad and better to say disgusting reviews. I decided to either go by our own cab or don't even try at all. After visiting Mumbai, people over there give us confidence and we thought to give it a try. We finally decided to take Shubhra Sharma Travels bus for Mumbai Darshan, as it was the only bus where few seats were already booked 2 days in advance. And then all good thing happened on the tour day. As soon as we boarded the bus, we sensed that something better is about to happen. We met this Guy Shankar, our tour guide in the bus, who was a lean guy in his early 30s, looking a lot younger than his actual age. He was energetic, helpful and had a good command on his narrative skills. He possessed all the good quality of an average tour guide you may find in such a bus. The AC bus was quite good considering a full day tour, however, it also had the operable windows as we have in normal buses. (Later we opened the window a little and enjoyed the fresh humid weather of Mumbai in a bus :D ). The fellow passengers were from all part of India and were supportive too. As soon as our bus started, Shankar started explaining the important rules, places to visit and other things to remember during the tour. He narrated all this using a small mic which also showed how much experience he had. The tour happened smoothly and on time, and we enjoyed and had fun visiting all the places. I would like to say Thank You to Shankar for such a memorable journey. Bonus: We later found out that he boards the same travels every day on Borivali route. So bet better on your luck to board Shankar’s bus for a mesmerizing journey. :) Here's Shankar after a full day of fun-filled adventure tour of Mumbai.

Very terrible experience it was!! Especially the guide and mentioning the Agency "ANJALI TOURS AND TRAVELS" Bus named "Bombay Safari" I had Mumbai darshan tour experience 8 years ago with my family it was fun and was a great experience. So me and my siblings decided to take Mumbai tour as they had never travelled in Mumbai before. I expected same experience this time but it turned out to be worst!!! We booked tickets at ANJALI TOURS AND TRAVELS through their agent as he approached us. He told us that the bus will take us to 33 places we agreed and bought tickets for Rs. 400 ( AC bus ). We boarded the AC bus and found out that the bus did not have AC but just had ordinary cooler vents at each seats. We realised we wasted money for choosing AC buses. The tour began. Our guide introduced himself and started giving information about the some places and streets for some time. Initially he behaved well with us , gave fine information. Then after he was silent for most of the time sitting at his place. We reached two important destination of tour i.e Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Museum and Nehru science centre. Both were large places to explore and we need sufficient time but the guide gave just 40 minutes for each place which was clearly insufficient. That's why we weren't able to experience this destination well. We were very disappointed and also this two places had tickets 150rs and 120rs per head approximately. They didn't even take us to some of the places which they had mentioned in their destination booklet like Rani Baug , Malabar hills , hanging garden , Tarapore aquarium. Also the places which we were supposed to see from inside the bus , the bus didn't slow down for us to see properly. He even said that if some people aren't able to see then I can't do anything for that?! Next we arrived at a place which we didn't visit and chose to stay in the bus. The bus driver rudely said to all passengers that "aapko baahar jana hai ya na jaana AC band rahega" (whether you go out or stay inside the AC will stay off). Especially the guide used very impolite language towards the passengers. At some places where there was time limit he said " Sabko time par vapas bus mai aana hai agar time par nahi aye to bus aage chali jayegi , fir aapko taxi pakadkar next destination aana hoga." The way he was speaking was very disrespectful and impolite. One passenger just got 2 minute late , he called him and started scolding him in front of all passengers. This was very shocking and unacceptable and complete wrong. You cannot behave such with the passengers. We all started losing our mood to travel further. We even thought that it was better to travel by ourselves then taking this tour. The way the guide treated us he was really spoiling the image and reputation of Mumbai and it's residents. Authorities of Mumbai Darshan should take strict action against such guides. Overall the tour experience was very bad , it was waste of money and time both. Never ever taking such tour and won't recommend even others too for the same.
