This is my 2nd tour with Veena World. Due to previous good experience in Nepal tour, we decided to book Europe tour with them. Unfortunately this is turning out to be the worst experience in this #VeenaWorld Europe tour (EUST) started on 23rd May'19. The food is worse than roadside dhaba. Indian food served from a tiffin, in plastic plates, plastic spoons, no cutlery. Buffet lunch and dinners have same menu of awfully cooked 2 veg, 1 non-veg curry, dried cold rotis. The food was served in one corner, secluded room by 3rd grade Indian restaurant. They cheated us by showing good hotels at the time of booking, and later changed all of them to highway Motels or cheaper substandard ones. Most hotels in Italy were in industrial areas, (like Oyo quality), 40-50km from any known city. Despite the hotel in Italy not having 'triple occupancy' rooms, we were cramped in tiny rooms like rat holes. The room had been stuffed with 3 single beds and there was no room to even stand or keep luggage. Despite complaining repeatedly, the consecutive hotel was similar, far away in industrial park, warehouse area. The rooms had no Aircon. The room temperature was way above standard acceptable range and had no other air circulation. We were told to open the windows, which were very close to an open terrace towards maintenance ducts and machine rooms. Which was totally UNSAFE for families with small kids. The place outside windows was full of mosquitoes and insects. The tour guide was aware of the all the facts, but kept the information hidden. The Mumbai office failed to take any remedial action despite repeated complaints. One can imagine the inconvenience we had to suffer after very tiring day long tour when people discovered the hotel conditions at the end of the day.

Did not book a tour with them since pursuing their disinterested team (with repeated calls)for a customized itinerary and quotation was frustrating enough!

Hi, I recently embarked on a custom tour to Kerala, Tirupati, and Kanniyakumari, spanning from January 28th to February 7th, 2023. The pricing charged for 4 adults and a child was Rs 4,70,000/- including Rs 1,48,000/- towards flight fare. To my dismay, the pricing charged by Veena World was nothing short of exploitative, exorbitant, irrational, and unreasonable. In fact, I was charged more than twice the actual cost. If you intend to travel with Veena World, I strongly recommend verifying the actual prices with the hotels, as failure to do so may result in them taking advantage of you. Additionally, I must point out that the tour itinerary provided by Veena World was inadequate and lacked proper guidance. Few photos of hotels offered by Veena are placed below. Had I completed this tour on my own, the same could have been undertaken under Rs 3,00,000/- with same hotels and same arrangements. There is big NO for VeenaWorld !!!

Non professional, we booked stayed with company during covid time, they promised us price lock but now they are asking more money, what is tour transfer charges, we did not cancel anything then why customers are being charged, they lied to us , it's quite disappointing , we got a real bad taste by booking considering a good company .

Chose Veena World for my baby’s first birthday trip to Kashmir. And to our surprise it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. The company is cutting corners and trying to save money over customer experience. So many instances where they disappointed us. Please think twice before you choose them for your special trips. Below average hotel stays, Subpar food (we were happy with the last stay they had for us because the first two had such horrible food). Even the once in a lifetime kind of experience of gondola ride was incomplete because the company wanted to save 950/person. They don’t even take the effort to edit the itinerary they send you according to your specific trip. Ours last itinerary also had snow experiences (which were nowhere to be seen ofcourse) mentioned in October. I mean they are just living off of some brand value they have. Please don’t let them ruing your special occasions.

One of the places to visit is Kashmir and this is how Veena World ruined the experience. Me along with my wife & 4 yr kid were exited to travel to Kashmir to enjoy the serene beauty.. But what was going to come was never to be dreamt off! When arrived at srinagar(from pune) from a long journey, there was no lunch arranged at houseboat.. Most of them travelling were dealing with the same situation but little heed was paid to this. All we got is boiled eggs/pakoda/tea/coffee. This is really pathetic service and arrangement from Veena world... Also the food served was sub par and we were told that don't expect much while you are staying in Kashmir(which is totally absurd & rubbish). You get good quality food else where but just Veena world does not want to provide it. They give all fundas at the begining which we did not feel the same way being there. On 2nd day, Pelhgam stay and hotel was very good. Then we were heading back to srinagar and thought that from now on the trip would be comfortable and pleasurable, but little did we know what was going to come. On 3rd day when we checked in to Hotel New Park(the worst hotel experience of our life) we were in for a blunt surprise with food containg insects. Our tour managers were informed about this and they said will personally be in kitchen and monitor but guess what, they next day potato sabji had insects too... Can you belive this. Many of them suffered from food poisoning & constant vomitting. Still Veena world did not take a firm stand. Finally few of us decided to take matter in our hands and informed Veena world that we will not have food in the hotel we are staying. We had lunch at different hotel, which was hygenic and quality food was served. Finally the tour managers connected us to VW emergency hotline and they later agreed to serve us food at Batra Hotel(very good hotel & restaurant?). Irony is that this hotel has tie-ups with Veena World, but they just do't want to provide a better experience. It's a humble request for those opting Kashmir tour via Veena world to have second thoughts because you will never get what you pay for. All Veena world offers is pathetic experience which you will regret forever. Kashmir is indeed very beautiful but Veena world ruins it a big time. You get everything with good quality it's just that Veena World does not want you to experience it.

They have looted travellers who have booked for tours during Covid19. They have collected full money for tours and are refusing to refund back even though they would not have paid to airlines & hotels since the Covid pandemic had spread more than 2 months before the tour date. Now they have started "Sherekar Scheme" - adjust only 20% of refund (amount remaining after deducting absurd, vague service charges) against a new INDIA tour where you pay them additional 80% !! Now they dont answer our phone calls also.

These guys took 5 lac + of my money, cancelled the trip, and now are refusing to give the money back! When asked for a refund, they're telling me I they'll deduct percentages of the total amount. I'll advise everyone reading this to never go with this travel company. Its a miserly system that only cares about getting your money in their bank. Customer service and responsiveness are concepts that are alien these guys.

Very sad interaction with there sales / operators .. they only have issues and problems to share and lazy and lousy Zero solution oriented and looks like they living in 1900 century with their ways of working . Had to drop my plans with them at the last moment and can’t trust them with sending my parents with them !

Visited with Veena world on recent trip EUAS 270523 to Austria Swiss. Overall experience not so great. Firstly they messed up with VISA which was due to rush for Europe tourists this year. They gave us a tour after one month without any charges . Tour manager was nice. Polite, Helpful. Name Sandesh Wagh Food for lunch and dinner was most horrible. Tour itinerary is too hectic and not much thinking seems to be done while planning the same. They booked us on different flight than group but refused to give taxi charges from Zurich airport to Hotel in Zurich. They paid us 20 Euros for breakfast. What I can say is whatever Veena word does on their own is average or your can say mediocre. Once you pay money they don’t care much and you are completely at their mercy. Personally I would not dare to go with them again for sure

I have not received tickets for return journey frm Chandigadh to Mumbai for which I have already paid to Veena World … Third class service by Veenaworld…. Worst experience with Veena world… Very poor service

Reception is tastefully decorated. Number of chairs may be less if more visitors visit the HO. We were provided with a service in very short time. Very informative staff

Today I visited veena World vidyavihar office. On phone their employees used to tell my mom office is closed. But their office is working. Also after visiting their office to get our passport we were seating for more than 25min , they dint even offer glass of water. My mother is senior citizens. I mean they have lost customer service.

Fully agree with Anil, I booked our trip to HP in 2020 Jan by paying in full. We were forced to make the trip this May by paying additional 99K. Itinerary was changed, lousy hotels, repetitive menu, no hot water, rude driver, uncomfortable cars, biased tour manager who recommended shops who cheated us. Whereas my friend went for 1/3rd of the cost for the same trip through an other travel agent. Not worth even one star. Would not recommend Veena travel to anyone.

Few points from my side The Corthone Hotel Dubai was most Bogus hotel , 1.No light at mirrors 2.Towels , Bedsheets cleanliness was so so 3.Hotel lifts always engaged 4.Break fast - a) Waiting for omelet 5 to 15 min b) Bread , Juices , fruits always shortage c. Shortages of Spoons and bowls d. Even after complaints to Chetan and Manager No improvements e. Hotel service was bad Veena world in their Itenary says Radisson or Equivalent Hotels , this Hotel was I think 0 star 5. Shopping experience at recommended Goldsukh and dry fruit shops was Not good , some of us had purchased at almost Double rates ?? 6. Overall , tour , places were good , but Limousine was a Zoal. Good travel company for those looking for fully-guided tour programmes. Not a good option for backpackers and free-willed tourists, or those looking for comprehensive tours. Highly equipped, air-conditioned office with a theatre room for orientation programmes, desks and waiting area for work and a terrace for fun activities. Washroom and drinking water ffacility available. Usually visited by travellers for their pre-departure sessions.

My first trip with Veena World was in March 2021 - NEWA: North East 3 sisters Women's Special Firstly, this isn't a COMFORTABLE terrain as it involves long road journeys; and especially Arunachal - winding roads, maintained by BRO, not like what most city dwellers are used to - 6 lane highways. One would be able to travel around approx 20kms per hour max. Additionally, the weather is unpredictable as when you reach a Pass it can snow and then the sun is out and then rain which could mean that travelling could be restricted. The State because of it's proximity to China can have border tensions which could mean you might not get to see what you set out to see; Eg: Bum La Pass you will know in the morning if you are allowed or not. The reason I needed to mention this is all this is managed by the Tour Manager in collaboration with the local transport and boarding facilities. In our case, we had a group where 80% of the group were 55+ and whilst they maybe 15 in spirit we need to acknowledge that there could be physical limitations and it's each one's personal decision to take a call on whether they would want to 'pass' any bit. Assam and Meghalaya are enjoyable, however, Meghalaya would definitely be more enjoyable post monsoons to enjoy the waterfalls and deep green valleys, but you may not have the option to take an Elephant ride then or the included Jeep Safari. Assam's temple visits - Kamakhya and Umananda especially intriguing as one is a Shaktipeetha and the other on the smallest inhabitable island in the mighty Brahmaputra. Given that this was one of the trips post COVID and almost slipping into the second wave; the women travellers were prepared and cautious to ensure that everyone would return back with happy memories ONLY. All this wouldn't have been possible without the tour manager, Santosh Ardalkar, who made sure everything was looked into during the trip from road travel, accomodation and food. Had to mention each of these as the terrain isn't an easy ride but the drivers were very experienced and swift and made sure our journeys were enjoyable; we often had a little bit of home in our meals - like getting a vada for breakfast at Bomdila. Even during the trip, when someone didn't feel too good he always had a smile and ensured that we were back in action. My initial experience of booking the trip wasn't great (lack of coordinated information) but I will say that one can literally just pack a bag of clothes, according to the weather, and take a Veena World trip as you will get everything you need. So for all those who want to take a trip and not really bothered where and don't want the hassles of handling the logistics - Veena World it is! We definitely had a great group who were inclusive without being intrusive and kept time which made it a great trip; especially for climatic conditions like Arunachal where a 5 min delay could cost you dearly - you might be stuck for the roadblock or snowed in. Not a good situation in thin air. Thanks Veena World for providing such options to travel and mostly, thanks Santosh, without whom it wouldn't have been possible.

A bad company. Do not respect tourists, stick queues, bad behavior, create chaos wherever they go. They should be more respectful with the others tourists.

Best tours and travel agency. We had an amazing time during our honeymoon to Thailand. Very safe travelling. Our tour manager Hudson Francis is really a great human being with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. He was very polite, active and lively person. It was the most memorable trip of our lives and the role of tour manager was really so important in making it the most successful and memorable one. Would like to choose Veena World for our further trips as well.

Not reliable at all...our trip cost is blocked due to flights cancellation..no intimation or no support to find out options...phone was switched off at all time . I will not recommend at all for any trip .. Before trip so many calls and messages how ever after cancellation no calls at all . Till date no credit note rec'd .

Disappointed with the pre-departure experience with Veena World for our Europe Tour kicking of next week for my parents (Age - 55+) It's currently 3 working days remaining before our tour departure and the team is unable to share confirmed flight tickets. Have been following up since a week but no update on response. Called customer care, sales team, sent multiple emails but to no avail. We've travelled 3-4 times earlier with Veena World but we expect better response or co-ordination to atleast responding to us with updates. If you need confirmed flight tickets for submission at your organisation, they won't be able to provide until 2 days of travel, only provide provisional ticket which is of no use. Further, since you don't have confirmed flight tickets, you can't purchase Forex currency as well. Only alternative is to purchase through them - Veena World at a much higher rate - and which needs to be collected from Mumbai branch on the day of your tour departure for someone staying in Surat. This has left a bitter taste before departure and caused us quite a bit of issues, so please consider this things before making your bookings and making full payment month(s) in advance of the travel date.

A beautiful office, well staffed with a inhouse auditorium for training. Plenty of space for staff to take a much required break with a open terrace, located very conveniently just outside the Vidhyavihar Station.

Pay minimum amount whilst booking foreign tour,even though the tour may be full and you are the last entry. Within 15 days after receiving full payment they may informe you that visa process temporarily suspended by that country,tour indefinitely postponed.They will not refund you.Your money will be blocked.Happened with a friend of mine.

It is just now we have returned to mumbai from the women's special tour to Ooty Mysore Coorg and Bangalore 16th feb 2020 to 22nd feb 2020. It was an amazing experience as I had travelled from Veena world for the first time. I was a frequent traveler with Kesari and many others. Here only thing which hit hard to all of us was our journey from mumbai to kunnur which was at 12.35 midnight and reached kunnur at 2.45 early morning. We very waiting till 4.30 to travel ahead. That full night and the subsequent day was really screwed up. Please see to that you do not not book late night flights at cheap rates. When we are paying so much we can pay more. But our comfort should be taken care off please.our tour Manager s were excellent Mr HudsunFrancis was utmost polite and very caring a very matured personality in this line he and Mr Virendra Bhagwat have immense patience in handling these so may women all of different ages. These two boys are really wonderful and all our members for this tour have decided to once again to some good destination with the same tour managers. Mr. Hudsun's connect with every individual is fantastic. And these two boys have always sligged to maintain the schedule. Hard iff to them. Overall it was a wonderful trip. Thanks Veena Wirld and our very loved tour manager s Mr.Hudsun and Mr Virendra.

I had traveled with Veenaworld for Bhutan package in Nov 2019 and had very bad experiences not on e but 3 times. 1. Had an issue and delay at the border point for permit to visit Bhutan because of mismanagement of Veenaworld. 2. Made us (me and wife) around 200 km with stranger Bhutanese without Veenaworld representatives. 3. From Bhutan border to Bagdogra airport they send 4 of us (including 3 ladies) with an inexperienced driver inspite of informing this to the guide and the driver took us in wrong way and was about to moss the flight. Sent detailed email to Veenaworld but no one even responded. i tweeted to Veena Patil but she never responded. Please be very careful while using their service. Once they get your money they will ignore you.
