I have been trying to get in touch with mmt for over 2 weeks and there is no response to any mails or calls. I am not able to use my credit voucher of spicejet and It is showing as error when I try to make a rebooking using the voucher. They are scamming us by taking our hard earned money. It is not a small amount and there is absolutely no response from the MMT team. Will take strict action against them in consumer court.

Very poor and bad service given by MMT. My booking was made in feb by MMT for Go Air PNR IC6Q5K, MMT ref num NN7812652291196. The flight was cancelled due to the current pandemic situation but till now I am waiting for the refund. I have tried calling MMT but there is no one tom listen to my query. I am not able to talk to any representatives, whenever i call them the line get disconnect. It seems that MMT has NO INTENTION to refund the money. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

PNR: EBG2FN Go Air cancelled our ' flight which was on 6th June.done our booking through make my trip And now they are asking extra amount to get it rescheduled to some other day and if we are trying to reschedule the date they are asking the whole amount again On top of that, their customer support is unresponsive of both make my trip and ho air and there is no way to get any information from them. They are trying to take advantage of people in this pandemic situation they are keeping the money of cancelled flights and no replies from them shame on make my trip and go air both are acting as a thief in this pandemic situation taking advantage out of peoples .everyone should start taking legal action against them. And make my trips employees they don't even know anything about the status of thd flight such a pathetic service they just take service charges and don't provide any service instead they will ask you about the flight status disgusting service I don't know why they are running such a pathetic service company their customer care will assure you that they will get back to u within some time but will never get back to u and they will hang your call if you try to connect to them

Poor service of response, not yet provided refund of cancelled flight. There is no facility to talk to customer care, Auto response is set in customer care so no one can interact personally with them

I have got some good deals in hotels across India through make my trip . My interaction with customer service was also good. Knowing the scale of operations and the high customer service expectation in this industry. I would not rate one star down because of the big advantage this online Industry has brought to people like me.

All I say is simply superb, they have been providing services to me for the last 3 years booking air and rail tickets, hotel bookings, car rental services​ and many more. The service are superb, hassle free travelling, cancellations have been a worry, refunds credited on time. Discounts offered on hotel bookings are terrific. Thank you MMT.

I had booked my air tickets on 23rd Jan 2019 via Make My Trip for a flight from Chandigarh to Mumbai on 26th May 2019 which got cancelled as it was a Jet Airways flight. Even after repeated follow up I have not yet got my refund inspite of the fact have I have been a regular client. They have got the refund but are not paying the clients.

MMT has closed all offices including this one. I am giving 1 star beacause there is no provision for zero star. Due to Pandemic my return air flight to U.S. was cancelled by Cathy Pacific and it refunded the amount. Instead of crediting the amount to my card as per what their legal policy states, they have credited it to My Wallet for future use without my permission. After repeated requests to transfer it back to my card, no action and holding my hard earned money illegally.

I had the worst experience with them. They just want you to book the tour without giving complete information. I had booked a France package and my visa was rejected though I followed all norms as told by them. They never told me that I will not get any money as refund of my visa was rejected. They deserve one star for not being transparent with customer and just creating that urgency to book package with them Beware

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the way they handled my child's booking. They failed to verify his age correctly and booked him as a child, which caused me a lot of trouble and expense. I had to buy a new ticket for him at the last minute, which was very costly. Travelling from vadodara to mamnali for our trip thru MMT. After reaching Delhi we were assigned a tempo traveller to manali. After reaching manali the next day while coming from vashisht Temple. Our tempo suddenly caught fire and burned to ashes. while we evacuated ourselves safely. However, post this such an unfortunate event mMT did not take any responsibility and we didn't even got call from them during the entire trip. Wafter 24hours tempo was sent that too was in the same bad condition. It's anever ever travel thru mMT

I have booked tickets NF21132279124291 PNR XBR8VD G8 327 and go air cancelled the flight of 25/08/2020 .Refund request initiated on 23/08/2020 by make my trip.The air lines refunded the amount Rs.10845/_to make my trip on 01/09/2020.I am not getting any one on the numbers given in make my trip site and no e-mails are able to the IDs given.Nor the method given by [email protected] is fruitfull.

Booked Air Ticket for Mumbai to Ahmedbad on 15th August, 2020 for my travel by Go Air PNR No R6DV6P dated 6th September, 2020. Go Air has cancelled the flight No G8 2504 hence after contacting Air line Go Air has initiated refund of Rs 6,135/- on 3rd September, 2020. However, Make My Trip instead of refunding the amount has issued Credit note/credit Shell. I am trying to contact Make my trip, but not able to talk to any of their representatives and options of communication on Make my trip are awful. I need refund of Rs 6,135/- and not credit voucher or credit shell.
