Bunch of rude and non trained staff. The moment that sense that you are not going to take any membership, that will not bother to discuss anything. Never visit at least this branch if you want to take membership.

Its really disappointing that they misguide while signing up a new customer and later , dont take phone cals , dont revert to messages , do not answer emails . They cannot be trusted at all. They have no contact nos . There branch head is technically non existent . Go through the website , no person specific landline no or mobile no or even email . They have this automated IVR system which will disconnect your call every-time you call them and seek answers. Very soon i will be moving to consumer forum and update all images of the law suite against them .

Booking a holiday ...system setup is very bad.... If booking for minimum two or three days... then how availability chart is showing one day available most of times.... And other is waiting..... Very bad experience
