Don't ever book on OYO, they will cancel your booking and shift you to a dirty hotel like this... without even consulting you. I had to fight with oyo customer care to get refund. Had booked a good hotel with high ratings with, worth Rs. 4000 per day. But these oyo guys shifted me to this cheap low rating hotel.

Worst Hotel. Fan was not working. Bathroom lights were not working. Gyser was not working. Even the toilet flush was not working. Bathroom door handle was broken - anyone get locked in by mistake. There were rats in the hotel - also lots of flies. No towels soaps or anything. Also the entire roof was broken at different places. Horrible service.

Most fraud hotel I ever seen in my life. Rooms which is shows on the website is totally different from the actual, very conjusted, about 90sq. ft in which bathroom of 20 sq. ft. is included, comode flush not working, bed was too small for couple and child. Even they provide us used bed sheet and pillow cover. Cockroach and rat was everywhere in the corridors. They don't change anything after several requests. I request everyone not to go there, because it much better to stay at roadside instead to stay in this hotel.

Had booked a room here only for a couple hours, wanted to get freshen up and get changed. The room had countless mosquitos, the floors were very dirty and sheets looked like they had not been changed in ages. The sheets had stains of god knows what all over it. The air-conditioning doesnt work but you should expect that at this price point, even then the room doesnt meet even the basic sanitary requirements required to stay comfortably. Would not recommend it to anyone, 0/10. Please avoid

Worst stay, cigarette smell all over the room. Broken bathroom ceiling. Unhygienic and dirty sheets. Cigarette butts lying around and beer bottles inside drawer.

Firstly, I didn’t opt for this hotel. The one I opted was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances as I was informed and my booking was transferred to this hotel.The hotel smelled filthy as soon as you enter, room smelled even worse. In my opinion OYO should not feature such hotels as it degrades their name. To be honest I booked it just to sleep as for one night as I had to travel elsewhere the next day. There were hairs from different parts of someone’s body. They don’t provide and amenities. Also I booked the cheapest room and this is what one gets . You’re not allowed to order outside food as they insisted me to order it from them. I would have ordered if their menu wasn’t covered in fungus. Thankfully AC was working. Next was the toilet, it’ll feel like you’re in some public toilet of a railway station . As I said no amenities. There were filthy spots all over the wall and the furniture. Don’t go by the picture you see on OYO. Which I learned the hard way. Always check google reviews and pictures for a better picture.

Guys, Don't Trust on Reviews for this Hotel in OYO app. Cons : The washroom infrastructure is old and not maintained. Hotel Staff will ask to give your cellphone while check out and they will review their hotel by themselves which is pathetic and very unprofessional. Infact when i asked them why they did not give any reason for that. Earlier OYO used to provide 2 water bottles for free while check in but this hotel charged for it. External food is not allowed. Hotel rooms are compact. Pros: It was peaceful with no interruption.

Paid in advance only to arrive and be told that their name had changed so they wouldn't accept my payment. Reported as fraudulent to my bank. It's a big scam. They change their name every so often to try and reset the bad reviews... Don't be fooled. The source is still sour in the end

Worst experience ever Rooms are not spacious Cable connection is there but no tv AC is there but no remote and on asking the receptionist about remote, he said it's not there. Not even toilet soap and towel provided On asking i was said that as soon as it will be available we will provide u. And that as soon as meant next day mrng at 10 AM So even basic necessities were not there

Worst hotel i have seen which are charging high and poor service. I got very bad experience. I have booked room in this hotel and receptionist asked me to pay more 400 rs. I paid 1550 Rs for 11.00 AM to 7.00 PM. 1. There is only toilet which includes bathroom and basing also. Toilet flush also problematic. 2. Room are very small and dirty. Pls ignore pictures which are showing on website. 3. Staff is not following OYO standards. 4. There is no Mirror and table in room. I would say nothing in rooms. 5. Rooms like four side walls as per Bed size. Beds are also small. I would request to all please check your room before paying charges. Very bad experience. 👎

Booked from Oyo but this hotel does not exist. As per the owner the hotel is currently under construction and OYO is mistakenly added. Finally they shifted us to their other hotel at Andheri which was an even worse hotel.

We call since 5 time for spoon no one border... Soup become cold. We decided to return that soup. Called OYO customer support, they were unhelpful. Please avoid at all costs. Cockroaches everywhere, dirty stains on blankets, bedsheets and pillows. Water drips from the AC. Rooms have zero ventilation.

Can able to see a rodent roaming here and there like a regular guest there. Water dripping from the ceiling to avoid it a plastic cover was tied.

If it was possible , i might have given -5 stars to this property, it was so so bad and the room was literally smelly and awful. Bed sheets were bad. Water was dropping from roof. This is how they are making fool of us by showing completely different pictures. I request OYO company to please improve their quality check marks, otherwise the day is not far when OYO has to shut down their business.

Worst to the core. Please don’t go this hotel. If you wish to go dirtiest godown with cockroaches,etc…then you can book this hotel. Ac remote will not work, even AC will not work in some rooms. No water heater working. Floors are completely dirty same like bed. their service was pathetic....rooms were very unclean and unhygienic...looked like they weren't cleant since days....no soaps/hand wash was provided in the room. here outside food wasn't allowed..so had to order from their own kitchen...which took more than an hour to come after ordering....and was tasteless yet very expensive. really disappointed with OYO for partnering with such unprofessional hotels. i wish I could rate them in negative.

Worst ever room i have stayed so far. Rooms and restrooms are not clean at all, TV & Geyser are not available or not working in almost all the rooms of the hotel. Raised complaint to OYO support, they too did not help in finding different hotels in the nearby location and after negotiation they told they can give me only 20% of booking amount as refund. So, lastly i stayed at the hotel with my colleague without any option.

For a 1 day stay it is comfortable. But more than that it's not okay. Rooms are a little tiny but can be okay for a single couple. Bedsheets and others are a little smelly. Bathrooms are cosy but okay. The price is reasonable around 1500 for a single room along with the AC.

The location mentioned in the booking differed from the actual location, which caused me to turn around and search for the correct location. Additionally, the room was quite untidy and had a foul smell. However, the service boy could spray the room on my request, which helped alleviate the smell. Initially, the reception denied access to the TV, stating that it was not working, but it was working perfectly fine. The remotes for both the TV and AC were hidden, so I had to manually operate them directly on the TV

As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt bad. Room no. 211 was very dirty and full of mosquitoes. I got dengue from 4 days due to mosquito bites there. Please take care not to cause this trouble to anyone else.

It's an old hotel.. don't trust pictures which are posted by owner.. i had booked room for 3 nights It's in budget .. if u want to go there for night stay n do ur work n then leave its good .... students who came for visa n medicals , can stay if u can adjust.. I got this deal from the Oyo offer, the rooms were extremely untidy. Ciggerete buds were scattered on the floor, bathroom was not so clean. No wifi, no Television not even hot water (since they assure that these amenities will be provided).... Please check the rooms properly before confirming or paying for the service, otherwise you will regret!👍

Dear team, I was feeling scared while getting room which was not having door lock from inside. There are mouse moving in the bed, on roof and in bathroom too. I have loudly asked for help, called room service staff for 10-20 minutes, done phone calls several times on hotel number, but no one responded. Rooms are different from the website which was shown, there was no cleanliness, the room was dirty, the bedsheets were used, the washroom was very dirty and it was very unhygienic, The TV was not working, Ac remote was missing, There was no buckets or mugs to use in toilets, there was bugs, cockroaches and also many rat was their. I have booked online and they were not accepting they charged me extra amount to stay in the hotel, it was my worst experience with this hotel.

No water in bathroom when you need, else there's plenty. Drinking water in check in time also chargeable @ 1.5% of printed price. No house keeping you will not be sleeping alone on bed you can't predict next hour who else will be there. And finally when you book ac room with TV on OYO they will be only there till you book it. Even OYO will not listen to your complaints. Great hospitality in one of the countries best metro truly understand now why they call it city of dreams.

Rooms are in very bad condition The plow and bedsheet were very dirty We asked to change bedsheets but they denied . It's such a cheap place they were wondering about couples who could stay for a few hours as we have wondered. They don't have a towel, not a bedsheet, nor pilow , no room service even ,they have asked to cancel Oyo booking they wanted me to book it from them. I booked the hotel and paid online but totally wasted money. I left my luggage there and spent time outside because there was my flight after 6 hours so I thought I could rest for a few hours but that didn't work i regret my choice to be there. Condition of the room is very bad. When you are paying 1154 INR for a day. There was no hot water in bathroom. No toiletries in bathroom. When you are paying such amount then you can atleast expect some water bottle & toiletries. Bathroom condition is very bad. Bed sheet & towel has a stain. Cockroaches were roaming inside the room.
