I had great treatment in axis hospital. I got operated few days back, post-surgical care was we'll taken care of. Dr umesh sherry was very co operative and gave his best treatment. I will surely recommend it friends,family members as it is not over priced like other hospitals.

The hospital location is hard to find via the road. They have an ambulance service which is prompt and professional. There were at least 3 doctors which includes the surgeon who operated on my Mom who came into her room daily and we were there for 45 days. The doctors were professional and amazing. Hospital food was very basic, but, there are many restaurants that deliver to your room. The nurses need more training in how to communicate with their clients and their skills. The ancillary staff was patient and amazing. Even maintenance was prompt. The only reason they get a 4 star is that they need to improve on their nursing skills. Please remember that in case of any emergency there is always a qualified doctor present.

This place has absolute cheaters and highly unethical conduct. The prices are a joke, you are said one thing and at the end they overcharge the patients. They are just taking advantage of the sick people in emergency to make the money, if possible never ever visit the place.

Absolutely terrible. The doctor had already listed physiotherapy and knee brace before I even showed him my knee. Made me get an X-ray and then while assessing the report his employee secretly forced my friend to pay for some random pain patch with was ₹800. Then the receptionist charged me ₹500 for the attendant simply tying my own crepe bandage. Don’t recommend unless for emergencies which might not be helpful anyway.

Do not go to this place, complete garbage management, they are literally taking advantage of patients because they say they are gonna charge this much and after treatment they hike the price two times and get obstinately stuck on it that we are gonna charge this. Hospital staff has become money mongers.

Admitted my father for covid19, unfortunately he passed away. Awful experience at this hospital, DINESH called me midnight once to transfer 10000 rupees to his personal bank account for some medicines even though all the medicines were bought by me and provided for my dad. Even more heartbreaking that I'm not sure if my father was even taken care of properly.. Worst hospital ever, forever traumatized..

I was playing badminton in my college tournament. All of a sudden, I felt some strong pain in my left leg. It was severe pain that would remain even while walking and normal chores. I had to stop playing for some time. I consulted Dr. Umesh Shetty at Axis Hospital. In my case a tissue injury was diagnosed, which is common to sportsmen. He advised rest and medication for some time and thereafter some physio therapy exercises. I am feeling well now and all thanks to axis hospital.

Visited Axis multispeciality hospital for my mother's ankle and backpain .Unprofessional hospital ever I scene in my life.Dr umesh shetty and team just loots the patient..They will ask to do multiple x-ray then suggest physician for few days.Also gives lots of medicine to the patient which are very costly and most of them are not available in the market so we have to purchase for them only.Think twice before visiting the place.

Every winters, my mother faces a lot of problems due to rheumatoid arthritis. We consulted Dr. Umesh Shetty and he guided us properly with medication and what care to be taken etc. Also, the dietician at Axis hospital suggested us a proper food regimen for my mother. We all are so much relieved now for being able to manage her pain well.

My uncle was suffering from cervical spondylitis. He used to have severe pain in the neck while sitting on the desk for work. When we consulted with Dr. Shetty at Axis hospital, we were directed to his team of physiotherapists. Today evening had an appointment at 16:30 with Dr Umesh Shetty, reached on time and was made to wait as Dr is with a staff, later staff came out and was made to wait for 45 minutes as Dr was busy on phone in his cabin and making the patients wait to show how many patients are in waiting, got Frustrated as had gone to show by paying his fees rather than he was doing charity for. I would request people to think 10 times before heading to this dingy hospital which has no concern for the patient

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this hospital recently. 1. The first and foremost thing that hits you when you spend even 15 minutes at this hospital that it is run very very inefficiently. The waiting times are unreasonable and no clarity is given by reception other than to just wait. 2. They use the same room to do X-rays and to do minor procedures which leads to unreasonable waiting times. 3. While we waited, it felt like the doctor takes 15-20 minutes per patient easily. We thought maybe he is just thorough. But it becomes clear when you actually interact with Dr. Shetty himself that he is just a chatterbox. Out of the 15 minutes of our consultation, 10 minutes were spent talking about absolutely irrelevant things. It would have been okay if there were no other patients waiting outside. In mumbai, if someone doesn’t respect your time. That is very problematic. 4. And in the 5 minutes that he did talk about the injury of my husband, he actually didn’t bother explaining us properly that what seems to be an issue. On asking about explaining the prescription, he said nurse will explain and then proceeded to talk about random things. Btw nurse did a poor job of explaining what 5-6 different medications were for. 5. The biggest issue was that the doctor misdiagnosed a ligament injury to be a hairline fracture. We took second opinion because the overall experience with the doctor made us feel very unsure if this doctor has even paid any attention or is mainly interested in making a fat bill to the patient. 6. He just said I will do a minor procedure without mentioning the cost of the same. Later it turned out to be an unreasonable amount for the procedure that was done. On enquiring about break up of cost post procedure was done.. they said this is what it is. So we paid a lot of money for something that was not even required in the first place. 7. Lastly he prescribed a bunch of medications and suggested to call specific distributors to get them home delivered. Each medication required us to call a different distributor. That was just something we have never experienced in past and made us very doubtful about the prescription itself. Safe to say we didn’t take any of his prescriptions. There are many other small things I can mention which led to this overall terrible experience. But I hope it’s enough for the hospital to fix their ways and make Dr. Shetty realise he cannot treat medical profession like a money making business for his entertainment. And clearly it’s not a one off experience which we realised only after reading many reviews here afterwards.

We were all concerned about the impending operation when my mother-in-law was diagnosed as having a herniated disc in her lower back. She sought treatment at Axis Hospital. The staff made us feels very welcome on the day of the surgery and made sure my mother-in-law was at ease before bringing her in for the procedure. We received regular updates on her condition throughout the surgery, which reduced our anxiety. She received wonderful post-operative care from the nurses, who made sure she was at all times pain-free and comfortable.

It's a kind request that please do not visit this hospital and never admit your loved one's here as they charge very high amount for no reason and the health of the patient never gets better. My grandmother was admitted here for pneumonia and within 30 days she lost the battle against it and passed away and within those days i witnessed 4 deaths itself. So it's a kind request because it is a very bad hospital and there to empty your pockets

It is one of the worst , unprofessional hospitals I have ever visited. The staff and nurse at the reception is rude . They announce your medical condition in front of everyone in the waiting area. There was a visiting doctor Dinesh Yadav who for the longest time did not even know what my issue was and asking me to get admitted and take IV drip and what not. I immediately went to another doctor and by next day evening I am fit and fine. They just seemed like a hoax, money making hospital. Please beware.

My sister was suffering with severe back pain for many months. We initially used natural remedies, but the pain did not go away. After we met Dr. Shetty here at Axis Hospital and undertook his treatment things have changed. Medical reports indicated slightly herniated disc in the spine. She was suggested rest, medication and certain physiotherapy exercises and in just about two weeks we have seen significant improvement.

Unprofessional, untrained nursing staff. I visited for an ECG test and a male staff walked in to the room without notice. If you have to visit this hospital for walk in tests, please don't go alone. I have escalated the incident I experienced through my insurance agent.

Sheer waste of time.. unprofessional staff.. especially at the times of covid they should give proper appointments and maintain the timings. The staff expects the patients to wait endlessly for the dr, who is already 3 hours late than his consultation timing which is 1pm. Had called repeatedly to check drs availability yet after visiting the staff asks to wait saying dr will come anytime. After insisting on calling the dr to check, they did and he said he would take more than an hour..

They are not cooperative. I did a health check through particular health insurance but I was unable to download my report. I ask them to share my report and they said we can’t do that. Ask your insurance company.
